July 28Jul 28 So just reading on another forum there is no more Fast track service.🏃♂️💨 Arriving at a midnight time 🕛next week (on business class) I'm hoping to be able to use the "Priority" Lane although some say it depends on what Airline you arrived . Not looking forward to a 2 hour🧍♂️🧍♂️ airport queue 🧍♂️🧍♂️🧍♂️🧍♂️🧍♂️if that's the case. I wonder what happens if I order a wheelchair👨🦼👨🦼👨🦽 to pick me up from the plane , do they just wheel you to the line and dump you or take you through Priority Lane?

You have posted several times that you are 82 years old. Anyone 70 years old or older can use the Priority Lane, regardless of aircraft cabin class, so it won't be an issue for you. No need for you to pretend you have a disability by requesting a wheelchair.

Last Saturday somebody I know very well landed at 10p.m. and it took him whole 21 minutes from time he left the plane to clear immigration and buy a Sim card and be in the escalators down to train station. I must say however I was through within 15 minutes on my last trip only to be let down by Malaysian Airlines baggage return who made me wait over 15 minutes for my luggage 🛅 A 4 page complaint letter was written to them , unfortunately their reply along with all my other complaints was not worth the paper it was written on !!!!!!

July 29Jul 29 Returning to the original posting, I am a great believer in being provided due respect to my age after a twenty hour journey and so I always use Priority. OD's post sent me scurrying to google and I'm pleased to report that I can find no indication that the facility is no longer available.

July 29Jul 29 I just used a fast track service last week as I had been seeing reports of 1 hour + waiting times And the fast track can still be booked via the AOT app (I used a different one as I left it too late and AOT was booked up). Suggest not paying any heed to online rumors unless officially reported in the news
