True And also in the past ( and NOT with this hotel ) but I booked through the hotel website only to turn up and be given a different room because the "balcony or the garden 🌿🏡" room is now not available Had I booked through a third party website I could of easily got a refund so sometimes better to book through a third party Don't do it with airfares ✈️though , better to book through the airline directly And one last word......if you don't like it .... LEAVE!🏃‍♂️
