  1. Cheers for that BjornAgain. I appreciate it.
  2. Very disturbing times indeed. Keep safe GoldMember.
  3. Emie/1981...or anyone else. I cannot open your link, as I keep on getting "unknown error". Is there a possibility of resending it, please. I would like to find out the name of the boy I chose and some of the photos of the other boys tickled my fancy too.
  4. I always stay in On Nut for part of my vacation in Bangkok. When this forum alerted me to the existence of Fafa Massage I was only mildly interested as the few photos I saw of the available boys did not fit my normal type. However, I eventually decided to pay an early afternoon visit. I was a bit diffident about going inside and I sat on a step over the road for several minutes. A man who apparently was the manager was the only guy outside and he was tinkering on a motorcycle and went in and out of the venue a few times. I saw a young guy walking inside and I did like the look of him. So I finally plucked up the courage to go inside. The manager gave me a comprehensive photo portfolio, but before I had the chance to peruse it he brought in a group of about half a dozen boys, including the one I had eyed up. I selected him and I was told that the fees would be 800 baht plus 1500 for the boy. I was told that it was for 1 1/2 hours. So we went upstairs and after my shower the boy stripped down completely and started to massage my back. I actually found myself very attracted to his lean physique. Now he wasn't a great masseur at all, but it felt good to have his bare skin on top of me. After having my back massaged he turned me over and he indicated that he was ready to fuck me. During the whole process he did not say one word of English. Oh, I tell a lie as when he was fucking me, he kept on saying "fuck...fuck...fuck", which I found arousing as I do like verbal. He then signalled that he wanted me to fuck him. Well, we didn't do the allotted time. But that didn't matter and I left more than satisfied.
  5. No, just 3 customers there. I went 3 times and there were never more than 3 customers in the bar during the apparent show time.
  6. It still mystifies why you would advertise for staff after opening the bar. I'm still hoping that it will survive.
  7. I imagine the Quarter Silom could get very cruisy, considering how many gay men stay there.
  8. Silom is the most convenient place to be if you want to go to bars or clubs, especially if you intend to bring someone back with you to your hotel. If it's massage parlours that you mainly have in mind, it isn't such a barrier to being further out of town..
  9. If you strike up a conversation outside in Soi 6 with a guy who particularly appeals to you, ensure that you tell him that you want him to be your masseur. I was approached once by a guy I found to be very desirable and he took me inside, where he handed me over to a masseur who kindled no magic in me at all. But I didn't want to embarrass that poor guy, so I just decided to grin and bear it and put up with rather a disappointing experience.
  10. I was disappointed that we missed each other too. Maybe on your 13th trip.
  11. I have sad tidings to bring. I went for the third time last night, accompanied by an English gent I met at Dream Boys. I told him not to hold his breath, but he agreed to come with me. There was one customer there, no lip syncers and there were two guys on stage, one being the bodybuilder and the other being the slim, ripped guy. No sign of the untoned boy. Maybe he is still with the aforementioned ASIAN gent. At least I managed to get Arthur to do a full monty on stage. I wanted to support the club and I want it to succeed, but you just don't open a bar if you don't have a full stable of guys. I don't want to put anyone off from going, but that's the reality. But, if you do go, Tae the bodybuilder will happily let you feel up his muscles.
  12. Just to make clear, you absolutely do not have to buy drinks for anyone, apart for yourself, at the bars, unless you choose to. I have never heard of anyone skipping the massage. I had a massage at Arena today before a handjob, and I actually felt revitalized afterwards.
  13. Vinapu, I will go there one more time and report back. They really appreciated our two attendances there. No, I didn't off Tae as I already had in mind to go to Tawan and off one of my regulars there instead, which I certainly ended up doing.
  14. Hopefully there will be a fuller line up of boys tonight. Vinapu and I were treated like royalty and 400baht for a drink is competitive pricing. But they really must do their homework, ie, advertise on every social media site, fix up the sign and let the high volume foot traffic be totally aware of what is going on upstairs. And having boys who will draw in the customers PS Vinapu is a great guy and very generous with the boys too
  15. No, Wild Cat was a bar for men to ogle at women, but has since closed. So White Cat, now in the same venue, needs to get its act together and at least change the signage before doing anything else.
  16. Well, last night I decided to check out (for the second time) whether White Cat had opened. At 1045pm I decided to call it a day as there was no sign of life and the door remained closed. However, I saw a drag queen I recognized from Atlas, who exited the bar and returned within a few minutes, so I guess that it will open, but when is a mystery still to be solved.
  17. And those of us who holiday here.
  18. I'm disappointed that your experience at Quarter Saladaeng wasn't up to scratch. To be honest, the breakfast buffet area seems to have halved in size since I first stayed there. But it is great to have easy access to Lumpini Park. Enjoy the rest of your holiday.
  19. Both gyms have cafe settings, but I think the Pattaya seating is better, as you can sit inside or out on the deck And if you can't see any eye candy at either gym, it's a bad day. By the way, the fees aren't cheap. More like Western prices.
  20. Yes, both gyms have cardio equipment upstairs. If you did go to Muscle Factory Bangkok, you might consider going afterwards to Krubb sauna at Phra Khanong, one BTS station away, to unwind!
  21. To To be honest they are both out of the way. If I'm staying in Silom I get the BTS to On Nut station and it's about a 20 minute walk from there. To get to the Pattaya gym, it's a pleasant walk from Dongtang beach along the seafront, maybe taking 25 minutes. I could use Bolt, but they are both easy walks.
  22. It's called Muscle Factory and also has another, more modern branch in Pattaya. It is a magnet for quite a few bodybuilders who are attracted by the availability of steroids in Thailand. You can buy daily, weekly, monthly and yearly passes. Heaps of equipment. No air-conditioning, just fans, but not too much of a problem at this time of the year.
  23. I'm attracted to masculine men. Lady boys do nothing for me
  24. Probably GoldMember has already booked his accommodation, but I would like to share my accommodation experience. Agoda has been a lifesaver for me. When I am in Bangkok I alternate my accommodation between Silom area and On Nut, where I like to go to a famous gym there. Last year in the low season I planned my itinerary according to the prices on Agoda. When there was a special deal, I would book Quarter Silom and occasionally Tarntawan, when QS was a lot more expensive. The weekends made the prices skyrocket in Silom, so I would go back for a few days to On Nut, which is considerably cheaper. This year I did the same, even though I suspected that the time of the year might catch me out. But, no, I was shocked to discover that if I played my cards right, I could get great deals if I booked according to the prices (which could vary considerably), and used any Agoda enticements. Ok, I don't use American currency, but to put things in perspective, I got accommodation at Quarter Silom for between $US70-75 a night. Now that's not too bad, when you consider they have a gym, steam room, sauna, swimming pool, rooftop sunbathing and close proximity to the scene. You can also get a breakfast buffet for 245 baht and there is a good selection. So, if you can put up with a fairly poky room, I think it's value for money. And you never have a hassle taking a guy to your room. I always book Quarter Saladaeng at the beginning of my holiday, as it helps me to unwind after a long trip and it's close to Lumpini Park.
  25. From the information given in this thread, I understood it would be opening on Sunday, so I went along to check it out. People must have thought who is this weirdo wandering backwards and forwards. One of the Tawan boys was negative about his boss and I know that some of the boys had already left Atlas to return to Tawan. Last year I suggested to the boss that they needed to advertise the times of the shows, etc. Anyway, the sign is up now and I guess it's just a matter of time
