NormandyCoast got a reaction from khaolakguy in Chiang Mai Off Season September 2026 Updates(Chapeau.)
Says the wannabe travel agent who routinely confuses seating with social standing … and kneeling.😏

NormandyCoast got a reaction from khaolakguy in Rabbit cardCareful. Once Mama-san scans that barcode, you’ve bought her a Macallan and offed three dancers. Suddenly that fiver pales as a rebate.

NormandyCoast got a reaction from Xclay in Ele91 sauna in São PauloAgree, no indicators. I suspect not, but I suggest simply contacting an establishment through WhatsApp to be informed. It’s an amenity, not illegal. Interestingly, Carioca, in Rio, has tantric massage on site; Ariô in the same district does not welcome sex trade. Both walkable from 117 but Monday closure there may propel you towards Carioca if you prefer the area. Of course, your mileage once in any establishment may vary from the original party line.

NormandyCoast reacted to Xclay in Ele91 sauna in São PauloNice pic but no hints of GPs or any massage services. The only review my AI found (Aug 2026) stated:
"Achei tudo muito bem organizado, e demonstraram profissionalismo. A experiência poderia evoluir um pouco." (Found everything very well organized, demonstrated professionalism. The experience could evolve a bit.)

'Iconic' is one of the most overused word in the English language but the Stahl House is an icon of the 50's. It is very familiar to people interested in 50's architecture & design. Like the image of Marilyn standing over the subway grate, it's very recognizable.
The huge price tag means the house is being marketed to a handful of very wealthy collectors who are interested in preserving it like a work of art. So, the number of bedrooms or parking spaces are not part of the equation.

Is there a recent trend for high end homes in LA going for less than the asking price Seems like this is not the first I've heard about it lately.
On one hand a lot of homes were lost in Malibu and the Palisades fire, but a lot of celebrities are relocating out of California. Maybe the demand won't always meet a sale price going forward.
My place is close to the beach, cooler temps, so the values here remain strong. Hopefully when the time comes I'll get a good price.

Today's Los Angeles Times expressed some surprise at the inability of the Stahls to sell this house at $20 million. Yet it's tiny, has 2 parking spaces, and no street parking to speak of. It also has rather precarious architecture. IMHO, probably worth a tenth of this price...

"...The house has been unoccupied since 2007, but available for public tours. On November 21, 2025, it was listed for sale at $25,000,000, marking the first time in its history that it had been on the market. In a statement on the house's website, the Stahl family said "it has become increasingly challenging to care for it with the attention and energy it so richly deserves", and indicated that they were looking not just for a buyer but for a "steward" who appreciated its cultural and architectural importance. As of August 2026, the house listing remains active for $20M...".

L.A.'s most iconic house can't find a buyer. 'It's a pair...
The Stahl House has been sitting on the market for nearly a year and is currently listed at $20 million. Real estate agents say the price of reputation is hard to pinpoint.Quite frankly, I'd be surprised if it sold for $10 million. One can get a much nicer house in the Hollywood Hills for that kind of cash.

NormandyCoast got a reaction from Department_Of_Agriculture in Massage Reviews RequestedFor somebody so remarkably obsessed with diagnosing verbal diarrhea you seem extraordinarily capable of keeping it flowing. Case in point, Paragraphs entering 2-digit territory. Time for 🍕, as mods are sometimes wont to say.
If you’re so certain of my identity, why are you so desperate for confirmation? You seem unable to take no for an answer. I suspect you hear it rather often. And why are you acting as tantrum proxy for demanding an answer? Are you his spokesman or his bitch? Symbiotic, trending to outright tag team parasitism is the beat I’m getting. Get that room; you deserve each other.

NormandyCoast got a reaction from Department_Of_Agriculture in Massage Reviews RequestedClearly amateur identity archeology knows no bounds and I am sure the infinite array of related likes will nevertheless require readers to stretch their imagination to discover anything meaningful in your drivel, as well as a visitors visa to crazy town: population 2 so far … get a room and some shitty pizza.
And isn’t it the height of irony to devote several paragraphs to complaining about verbal diarrhea? Apparently, brevity is something best preached at length.
Adieu to you and you.

Name sounds like a singing goatherd with whom you engage in long distance yodelling with half the Alps tuned in. Are you lonely in your peculiar little pink outfit and in need of some attention? Silly. This is the place, to run fast and loose, with the forensic Von Trapp door. 😏😆

“Amateur identity archaeology”? Good grief, nobody needed to dig. You arrived wearing a fake moustache, a tutu, and announcing yourself with the same old verbal 🎢
And now you're reviewing my pizza without ever tasting it? How very you. At least my customers come back for more. Can't say the same for your audience 🤷♂️
“Adieu to you and you”?
Another fake farewell performance? Careful, you're going to wear out the revolving door....but please do😘
