Hey guys… thanks for all the reviews and recommendations in the forum. I want to make a contribution on my next trip to Bkk, beginning in a week. I would love to know what H massage shops I should visit to give you guys an updated review. Here is where I am already thinking, but please give your suggestions. I’ll keep this thread updated as I go along:

Fafa: 4 hands

Jey Spa: TBD on masseur but it’ll be 90 mins

Shifu: was thinking about this for 4 hands as well, but not totally sure.

Gentle Hands: would love a masseur recommendation.

Avoid Fafa. It is squalid, rooms are filthy. They take money on arrival. Service is awful.

TCS Spa at Ari branch is very clean and nice. Service is good too, but be prepared to pay min tip of at least 1000. Boys are good quality too. The other one that i have tried is Motion Spa (a few branches), also the tip is high but boys good quality.

The "seedier" massage places like: Fafa, 15M, starman, kman spa etc. their premise are not great so its best to have them come to your hotel. lots of boys to choose from but quality of service may not be of TCS or Motion. you get what you pay for i guess. some of the boys picts from these not so nice premise are mostly touched up. so best is to confirm the picts with the booker. but lots of boys to choose from so im sure one would stir your loin hahahahaha...

Their marketing is good, but they are in effect only offering a service which the Saphan Khwai shops are already offering at a cheaper price. I would say it is better to follow FaFa and only seek it out if they have someone special in their selection, which occasionally happens.

Starman Massage has an "outcall" service for most of their guys who will come to your hotel. They say the includes their tip - 2,900 Baht for 90 minutes

That's completely opposite to my experience, albeit that it was just one visit and a few years ago. Hope it hasn't gone downhill.

The thing about reports and reviews is that to make sense, we really need multiple reports over time. For what I think is a less-frequented place like Fafa, this may be lacking.

Same with the Saphan Khwai places. Ever since reader left this board, we haven't had many reports. He was a regular patron of those places. Yet, by all impressions from their social media, they're going strong.

Yes, I wouldn't take a single review as gospel especially one that tells others to avoid a venue. To state the obvious, perceptions are highly subjective and we need a range of reviews to form a sliver of objective opinion. Better yet, go to the venue and experience it for yourself. Recently, @aaroninatl totally slagged off the Bupphachat Host Bar in Chiang Mai telling readers to "avoid, avoid, avoid" the venue without providing the slightest bit of explanation as to why despite requests from his followers. I thought that was a bit unfair to the venue, more so as his was the only report of a visit to the bar in this forum to date.

They have condoms with all sorts of different textures and designs. Cheaper and less painful than mooks. And most importantly, not permanent

Should we assume that an enhanced dick was the primary reason you were unhappy with your visit to Fafa? And that poor housekeeping or asking for payment upfront (objectionable though it is to me too) were secondary reasons?

I would agree that a place that is essentially a knock shop should have the manager knowing that customers dislike enhanced dicks and the manager should have checked before hiring. Failing to do so would be unacceptable. But it doesn't mean that all the other boys too had enhancements, and therefore a single instance of siliconisation does not warrant, by my books, a complete write-off of the entire shop and its entire stable of boys. @Keithambrose you have hope yet.

The last time I encountered an enhanced dick was some years ago in one of the shops opposite the Meridien on Surawong Road. Naturally, it was a big disappointment. Unlike Fafa, these shops are Type 2 - they don't see themselves as being in the sex business - so the managers would not have a right to inspect the genital equipment of their staff (male or female) before hiring. I therefore could not blame the management for my disappointment.

Yet, that incident was memorable. After I discovered in the massage room that my guy had been enhanced, I simply decided that I wouldn't do him, and with my eyes mostly closed, let him do me. What resulted was one of the best edging sessions I had. The bugger had skills!

Dunno the percentage of customers who like or dislike enhancements, but I generally agree with what you wrote. Moreover, there's nothing to stop the guys from getting it later once the money starts rolling in. Same same with trinklets, toys, full back tattoos, big bikes and kiks.

The current thing with these enhancements is hyaluronic acid, not silicone, and they're supposedly performed by aesthetic doctors. I'm not sure how qualified these doctors are or if this is a recognised, legitimate medical procedure or one of those "off-label" ones.

Recently, a handsome and popular Chiang Mai social media influencer and businessman had his penis enhanced in collaboration with an aesthetic clinic and had the experience chronicled on his social media. He's an ex bar host who's done very well for himself. His girlfriend, who had also been enhanced in various ways, was by his side all the way to give "support" and later intimated that their sex life had become much better after the enhancement (gee, that must've been embarrassing for the boyfriend!).

I've never seen penises that have been enhanced this new way but the "after" silhouettes that they were allowed to show were impressive in terms of size (no "before" silhouettes were shown). So perhaps penile enhancements are slowly being normalised into the mainstream as safe medical procedures like nose jobs. 🤷 On the contrary, the few mook and silicone implanted penises that I've seen looked awful. 🤢

As I have said on another post, one of my Brazilian regulars in London had silicone enhancement, and I was not happy, ended up with a dick a bit like a sea cucumber! I had told him it wasn't necessary, he had a perfectly good dick, but he wanted to do it. I think because he is approaching 30, and concerned about the future. He also had facial enhancement, in Turkey, implants, etc, that went wrong, infections, etc, real disaster, had to have second op to remove them! However he is still a good bottom!
