I think it all depends on the boy. Many have ID's from other countries and have no problem getting into a hotel. If the mamasan tells you they can't go with you, I would question their age and stay away from them. The ones I met with did exactly what promised and I had my hotel security check their ID's as I had to sign them in. I have taken 4 boys from there outside of the venue and had no problems at all. However, if they say they can only do short time room upstairs, I would stay away from them. IMHO Good luck and let us know how your trip goes!

I have spoken to my boys in Thailand and they are OK. It is nearing the end of Rainy Season and they are excited for the celebration that will occur. My hotel rooms are usually 20 or more floors up. So, don't worry about me. I'll always survive a flood.

The forums are integrated with the login on the main site. Thus, the login on the main site controls the login on the forums. I have spoken to the programmers to work on this but they can't keep you logged into main site if you shut off your browser. I keep my Firefox open and I never have to log into the site to access the forums. But, when I restart Firefox, I do. When I go to the forums and am not logged in, I click log in at the top and it is less than 2 seconds and I am logged into the site and the forums. If you are on the forums and hit log in, it takes you to log in page and my name and passwords are saved and I click enter. I guess I have never understood why people have an issue with this. In any case, I am aware that many do not want to stay logged in to avoid clicking on log in each time and have asked the programmers to see if they can find a solution.

I have always thought of Sunday as Lazy Man's day. I don't rush to get up. I don't rush to shower. I don't rush to do anything. I agree with Heygay on this one. I was at the Royal Palace several times on my last trip and I loved it. However, I always walk around with another Thai boy to interpret for me. I have driven the area many times but I find the way easy and fun. You run into great guys there but you do need to speak Thai or have someone that can. Most of the ones I have met there over the years don't speak great English but I have met many university students who do speak English on my little jaunts to the area.

Yes. They do it to farangs all the time but they also do it to other Thais if they view they have money. I agree. I have even gotten into a confrontation myself with one guy who almost ruined a movie for me. Normally, I get up and get the manager to come take care of it. Not sure if anyone is watching Patrick Wilson in the new show A Gifted Man or not but I really like the show. Years ago, I saw Patrick before he was so famous in a Broadway show in which he bears his goods. I saw how truly gifted the man was and have had a crush every since. I am never surprised at which threads get the most attention. There was one thread I wrote years ago that was a lady bar I had went to that had ping pong pussy contests. It made its way around the Internet fast and many read it that have never visited this site. I think the Obsessions thread was great and loved the photos. I lost the battle with that as some were offended even after the thread was moved. I do think many of us went back over and over again to that thread to view it. I did every day a new post was made by the OP. I think most people read threads they think are interesting to them. I know I do. I also read threads in this forum more than the other forums. I don't know why but I guess I tend to stick here more. When I branch out into the other forums, I find great stuff I wish I had found when the discussion was going on. I think it is a matter of habit just visiting this one forum. I'd be curious to find out the most read threads on the entire site. I can't find that button anywhere.

Owning more than a few websites over the last 20 years, I am always amazed at how many people get taken in by these "scams" every day. I have had to effectively block all IP's from Nigeria on some of my sites as they are overly aggressive and cause so many issues. Of course, they then use proxy servers to access the sites, but it just makes it harder for them. I would never send someone money that I met over the Internet. I am amazed people still do this. I know of one boy who worked at Star Boys in Pattaya many years ago and is adorable and makes his entire living for at least 7 years doing this. He has 5-10 chat windows open at all time and he makes more money per month than any boy I know in the bar scene. So, apparently there are still many that keep falling for this.
