What's the matter TY, can't fuck and chew gum at the same time? The little bald head distracts you? I love a full head of hair. I like long hair. I have had some guys with bald hair that really turn me on but it takes a special one to get me going. There was one that worked at Chelsea Guys many years back and I saw him often. As the summer travel months are in full force, the price of gas just keeps on increasing. In many parts of the country it is 4.00 USD a gallon. Some analysis's predict it will top 5 before year's end. Continental is the latest airline to cut costs because of sky rocketing fuel prices. It says it will cut 3,000 jobs from its 45,000 employee roster. Food prices keep going up as most items are linked to trucks getting food to the shelves. I recently tried to get a package shipped from California to friends in Michigan and the costs were crazy expensive. They said they had increased 20 percent in the last 2 months. I spoke to my cousin who is a 18 wheel trucker who transports logs from one state to another and he said that he is down on business as the rates some companies pay are just not enough to cover the costs of the trip. When on a recent stint in LA, I noticed a great number of people using their bikes to get to work. If I were in LA permanently, I would do the same. They have great bike paths and bike lanes in the streets just for this. Unfortunately, most cities do not have as extensive of a bike network as LA does. It seems like ever sector of the economy is dependent on oil and gas. Is there an end in sight?

I was staying at a hotel recently and the housekeeper left me a note. It said. Dear Mr. Oz, I saw that 6 dollars was in the bathroom area and I thought this may be a tip for me. I really do appreciate it but if that was not your intention, I'll be around tomorrow. I was floored. I copied the hand written note, told the manager I wanted my money back. It was not the 6 dollars but the thought itself and I forbid anyone at the hotel from ever entering my room. What would you have done?

I really didn't notice a change if there was one. We are not going to have women on the site. We turn down profiles for them all the time. However, I have no issue with transgendered or drag queens, etc on the site. This is a gay site and I would not exclude any of them. Plus, I have a thing for very sexy lady boys, but that is another story. Perhaps on my next trip there, I'll take a few pics and post here for you.

Yes, Thai Air is the only ones that have offered nonstop. The NYC-BKK flight was usually much more crowded than the other airlines going to Asia so I am not sure the issue. EVA, Singapore and several other airlines go to Hong Kong, Singapore, etc and have one stop there and then catch a flight to Bangkok. NWA, Continental, Delta, United etc all go half way and catch another leg. KLM, Air France, Lufstansa etc all go to Europe and then to Bangkok. I have done all the above. I much prefer the Europe stopover but it is more expensive to fly that direction. NWA was my choice for many years but they go Detroit, San Francisco, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, etc to Tokyo and then to Bangkok. I don't mind this route but the upgradeable fares have gone from 1900 when I first started doing this trip to 2400 to 2700 to 2900 and now they are 3700 for full coach fare that is upgradeable. That is now just pricing itself out of my league and it is no longer worth it to me. I loved the Thai Air Premium Economy as it was 1500 roundtrip. Premium economy is the same at domestic Business. Larger seats, more leg room but not a full down bed. Still it was easy to rest and relax on.

That I can understand for sure. When I told my very liberal family (immediate family as my other relatives are all Republicans) I may just not vote at all they all said, "That is so fucking stupid" or "you want another 4 years of W" and my favorite "for someone so intelligent, you're being ignorant." Well, I guess I know how they really feel. Where is Ross Perot when I need him?

I have listened to his every speech on national television. I see why many like him. He gives a great speech with hope but I have yet to see anything of substance come from him. Hopefully, he is smarter than George Bush in that he will surround himself with those that are looking out for the good in this country rather than the party, themselves, special interests. Unfortunately, I don't think he will grow on me.

I have used this flight before and enjoyed it as it was a nonstop to the Land of Smiles. I have always tried to get others to visit Thailand and I do think it is one of the last paradise's on earth. Thai was just not getting the numbers they needed to keep this going. They still have the LA to BKK nonstop. I have been told that the NYC to BKK will stop in July. Just an FYI.

Looks like Obama will get the nomination and it appears he has the delegates needed. As a die hard Clinton fan, I am now at a crossroad. I am not angry in the least. I also don't know that I can cast my vote for Obama. I have not voted Republican my entire adult life. I am not sure I can vote for McCain. Stay at home? I have never done that. Perhaps this will be my first time to cast a non vote. Yes, I am a bad democrat and a bad liberal.

When David A. Paterson was growing up and his parents would go out of town, he and his little brother would stay in Harlem with family friends they called Uncle Stanley and Uncle Ronald. Mr. Paterson quickly agreed, not only because the state risked legal exposure if it did not, but also because such a directive would be a strong statement about an issue he cares about deeply. He met with his inner circle, and there was no dissent. On May 14, Mr. Nocenti’s memo went out to the agencies. The governor’s plan called for not publicizing the directive until after June 30, when the agencies were asked to report back to Mr. Nocenti with the revisions necessary to comply with the court ruling. Once the governor approved those changes, he planned to announce them publicly. But Mr. Nocenti’s memo was reported on Wednesday night by The New York Times, and the governor described its contents at a dinner with gay advocates on May 17. The price of airfare keeps going up. I was once able to book full-fare upgradeable flights for 2000 USD. Then, it went to 2400 and then 2700. Now, it is 4300 for the upgradable fares on NWA. It is just crazy! I am sure the airlines are feeling the punch of the high price of gas but come on. American Airlines just started charging for ALL luggage. EVERY piece of luggage will now have a price and I am sure other airlines will follow.

I don't know much about what it means to register as a sex offender. I do know that most places in the world that require a long term visa will want an FBI check and verification of no felonies. If you ever want to teach English in a foreign country, this is also a requirement. When I was in NYC and owned an escort agency, we always made sure the guys were over 18. I did a background check on each of them to verify this. Another agency in town did not and one day a boy appeared on the site that we knew was not yet 18. I called the agency and the owner and got a very nasty snippy remark about me interfering with their business. I decided at that moment not to try to help them ever again. They did remove the boy from their website that night but had anyone seen him, that person would be guilty of the same thing you were charged with. I hope that others will give any advice they can on the registered sex offenders list. I don't know anything about it.

We all have things we love and enjoy. Well, I tried this past weekend a pinkberry for the first time. It is a LA yogurt shop. They don't have a wide variety of yogurts but, what they have is excellent and a choice of fun toppings. Anyone visiting LA needs to try one!

I think the best thing I ever spent money on was a motorcycle for the boyfriend. It was something that he really wanted and has taken great care of. The worst thing I spent money on was a VIP telephone number on my 2nd trip to Thailand. It was at MBK and I walked out after buying it and hit myself on the head and said, "what the fuck were you thinking?" What about others? California just became the 2nd state in the USA to allow same sex marriage with the Supreme Court for California overturning a ban passed in 2000. At least 2 states in the USA are moving in the right direction. In Thailand, I have heard many guys talk about a wedding ceremony for same sex couples. What does this entail? Also, are there any legal protections for partners?

FOREIGN PROPERTY OWNERSHIP Government considers longer leasehold terms PARISTA YUTHAMANOP & KANANA KATHARANGSIPORN The government is considering allowing greater foreign ownership in property firms and extending leasehold periods beyond 30 years to stimulate the business, according to Finance Minister Surapong Suebwonglee. The amendment would stimulate market segments that have been hit by sluggish demand, he said yesterday. ''This has been discussed quite seriously over the past two to three months. We need to think about the percentage of shareholding and leasing access compared with the number of years. The crisis that we have had in the past two years led us to think and look at a new paradigm,'' he said at an investor forum held by Euromoney. Dr Surapong said the government would consider new rules on leasing more on par with the region. The government has also abandoned a controversial proposed change to the Foreign Business Act, which tightened the definition of foreign ownership to promote foreign direct investment, he added. Longlom Bunnag, the chairman of the real estate agency Jones Lang LaSalle (Thailand), said property related to tourism and recreation was expected to benefit the most from any changes because of high demand. ''Existing laws allow foreigners to secure 50-year leaseholds in Bangkok's red zone, which is the commercial area such as on Sathon Road. ... I think Phuket, Samui and Pattaya may be in the government's sights for changes in regulations to benefit villas, resorts and long-stay travellers,'' he said. Mr Longlom said the idea could improve Thailand's competitiveness, since many countries now offered longer leaseholds _ for instance, 50 years in China and Hong Kong and 99 years in Singapore. ''Thailand has the shortest eligible period for lease contracts.'' Issara Boonyoung, vice-president of Housing Business Association, disagreed with the idea of allowing foreigners to freely conduct transactions related to exchange of properties because it could restrict housing access for Thais. ''Thai people have lower purchasing power than foreigners. If the government allows foreigners to sell or buy freely, there will be no land left for Thais,'' he said. Foreign ownership should have conditions and limitations, he said. For example, the government should continue protecting land for agricultural purposes due to its low prices, otherwise the country may lose most of its land to foreigners. Regarding the increase in the foreign quota in condominiums from 49%, the government should limit the size of land plots to prevent developers from using legal loopholes to register townhouses as condo units, Mr Issara said. However, Assoc Prof Manop Bhongsadadt of Chulalongkorn University said the issue was ''very sensitive'' and unlikely to survive the three readings required in Parliament to change the law. It would be easier to extend leasehold periods from the current 30 years to 90 years as in the UK, he said. ''It will turn illegal transactions as in Phuket and Samui into legal transactions. The government is likely to collect more taxes.'' Mr Issara also agreed that extended leaseholds would create transparency and prevent the use of nominees. However, he said longer leaseholds and higher foreign quotas in condominiums should be allowed only in specific areas.
