On this Cosy Beach cliff are several restaurants with similar view. It looks that we need to be more assertive looking for what we want. I see three options: - specifying clearly what we expect and being very clear that if expectancy won't be met , tip will be cut - sticking to known quality guys only or at least mostly. Fortunately there is no shortage of those - when adventurous , trying new guys, start with short time and expect nothing much and flatly abandon those too greedy , even if extremely attractive. Fourth option is simple stay home and nurse good memories from the past, if desired
