I am contemplating Salvador, Recife, Porto Alegre, Belo Horizonte or Brasilia.

Too early to be certain. I may be in SP also for pride week end. If I am there, there is a good chance I am then flying to Salvador. I will know toward the end of April.

I will be in SP in April, second and third week.

I just booked Salvador for 3 nights since I have never been there. It'll be during the weekend.

I love Barra but would also consider Ondinas, Rio Vermelho, Centro y Pituba.

An AirBnB in Barra with a view of the ocean. Sauna Fox was my favorite sauna. Didn't have a great time in the other one. Planet 9 or something.

Yes to Fox, but I do not give up on Club 11. Everything is about getting the right days and times to be there. I have reports on these two saunas in my blog, plus the extinct Thermas Club 13.

I'll check out Fox on the first night and Club 11 on the second. Last night, I will see which I liked better. Does anyone know which night is better on both? I'll be in Salvador from Friday until Sunday, leaving on Monday.

Salvador’s saunas are not hyperactive and crowded like the ones in Rio or São Paulo, the Bahian culture is different, so maintain reasonable expectations. They also tend to clear out earlier than the ones in Rio or SP.

Wednesday — Clube 11 (Tie for best night)

Thursday  - Fox 

Friday — (1) Fox (best night) (2) Clube 11

I would also add that Clube 11 may worth an early visit. I was there before the pandemic, so my data may not be accurate nowadays. However, the local GPs told me that the place could become very active near opening time, when the closeted office workers would stop by before going to their wives after the work day.

Interesting. I have never been in saunas others than Salvador's and Rio's. Specifically speaking about Salvador, what the local GPs told me was that Clube 11's location, close to the city's office workers hubs, made that sauna more popular in earlier hours than Fox, relatively far away in Pituba and more popular at night hours. Again, this was shared by GPs, back in 2019. Hopefully, I will be back to Salvador this year and will be able to share fresh reports.

Thank you for the info. It looks like there are not many options for late-night sex venues apart from cruise clubs (Zoom) and dance clubs (The Hall, Labirinto)

This has been discussed a few times.

It’s commonly the most confusing venue to find when one is actually on the street, if merely in possession of the address, as you’d expect it to be up near the corner of Joana Angelica. However Rua José Duarte is inconsistent in terms of even and odd street numbers and the club’s true address should be approximately #100 as it is adjacent to #110. It’s as if somebody just decided to take off the second zero. So it is situated on the mostly even-numbered side, a distinctive blue older structure directly across from Rua Duarte #95. Some streetviews according to various dates depict the “11”; others don’t, but I’m pretty sure it’s showing. 

Interestingly, the Uber platform seems to have figured out the ambiguity.

Uber probably “learned” from all the tourists visiting lol.

I'm ready fo SP Pride and hope to bring him  to my room! It's going to be a packed event, especially for the big club. I usually stay away from these big Pride parties, but I'm making an exception for Brazil this time. I'll give it a try and keep my expectations low. I hope it will be a lot of fun, and I'll be sure to send some free drinks here and there. And let my wallet be my biggest muscle.  😛The worst that can happen is a lot of no's, but there will be plenty of GP to get me going. and a lot of red bulls. better now that I still have some energy in me.

I found a party called "Fck Party - Pride Edition" on Saturday the 21st that was supposed to be more about sex than dancing. Tickets started at just 100 reais, which is great! There were cheaper options, but unfortunately, they're sold out. I'm getting the VIP ticket, which gives me immediate entry to the party without waiting in line, and some type of bus that I will see . I'm waiting to bring one of my GPs with me so I have support. I think I know one or two of them who have been to parties for the past two years, and they are cool. The VIP ticket is only R$200, which is really reasonable! I'm not in a position to wait in line. There's supposed to be a bus that will take you around.

Honestly, it's a bit intimidating for someone my age. I'm shy, and I'm not in the best shape to walk. I will definitely be cautious when getting on it and when getting drinks. Usually, I get unopened bottled water or Red Bull.

A bit confusing. If you bought (bought meaning done deal as I interpret it) them why are you wondering if not having a CPF is an impediment? Is it that you have not reached the payment stage? That said, I do think you require a CPF. Your local consulate abroad may provide a CPF acquisition service online. Mine does. It starts with a complex online application step and culminates with an in-service appointment. But I can walk to mine. 

By the way I’m pretty sure you can create a new topic and migrate your most recent post to it.
