What about Da Nang in Vietnam🇻🇳 and Phone Penh in Cambodia,🇰🇭? I have been to.Pattaya in low season and yes better to get a seat 🪑in a bar but can be depressing no one around including less boys to choose from

Certainly less customers in bars but hardly empty. Lots of boys too so as far as I'm concerned no reason to sweat about low season, just go.

But it always feel worse when the outside temperature is slightly lower over the 'summer' period. Only seems to fall a bit in the Nov-Jan months. My thought is it feels worse because of the increasing number of Bangkok's high rise buildings. As in Hong Kong and parts of Tokyo, they prevent air circulation and light breezes from reaching street level.
