Bangkok has it too but it's not as low as legends have it. Certainly less customers in bars but hardly empty. Lots of boys too so as far as I'm concerned no reason to sweat about low season, just go.

Isn't low season when you will sweat  a lot?

Bangkok's humidity stays high virtually year round. But it always feel worse when the outside temperature is slightly lower over the 'summer' period. Only seems to fall a bit in the Nov-Jan months. My thought is it feels worse because of the increasing number of Bangkok's high rise buildings. As in Hong Kong and parts of Tokyo, they prevent air circulation and light breezes from reaching street level.

A moot court competition simulates a court hearing (usually an appeal against a final decision), in which participants analyse a problem, research the relevant law, prepare written submissions, and present oral argument. Moot problems are typically set in areas of law that are unsettled or that have been subject to recent developments. They usually involve two grounds of appeal, argued by each side.

That's it! Sorry. My Moot is the International Maritime Law Arbitration  Moot. IMLAM  for short. I was a Maritime  lawyer. I have helped with IMLAM in various places, Singapore,  Brisbane, Exeter, Rotterdam and Swansea! This year 28 Universities from all over the world. They argue a contractual  shipping law problem. One year I set the problem! Good fun.

Interesting. Recently, we have an issue that i believe falls under this in malaysia. Would love to hear your opinion about it, and perhaps, it can become a topic for the moot competition lol.
