Boyz boys boyz 1130 pm show 500 baht a drink ,so packed at 1130pm I couldn't get in the door ...no room 

I had to leave full.of Chinese tourists no room to sit

Surely a night owl and a man of your financial status could have flashed the Dinners Club and hung around for the 01:00 show?

I went to Jomtien complex instead and done my dancing 👯‍♂️💃🕺

Winner Boys has a Facebook page that I follow and is still going ( somehow). I always visit there when on holiday and I'll be there in May 😜

Glad I'm not in Thailand. Just read Winner Boys had closed last week.

They were advertising the bar for sale for 50,000 baht.

Wonder what the rent costs are? 

 

If I was there I might have done something unwise. $$$

Never been there, so don't know anything about the club or its potential, but 50,000 Baht seems like a paltry sum for a business.  Someone on the forum was talking about opening up a bar in Pattaya in the future.  Maybe they should jump on that now at that price.  Sounds like a bargain.

The rent was 8000 baht a month but was only giving 12 months lease agreement 

The area will be developed eventually as you know

The boy (named Win or Wim) got sick some years ago.

This has nothing to do with the bar closing,

I was just concerned about him

Thanks. Quite right...good for you. I respect your sentiment. The poor guy was probably suffering from TB (Thais call it "wanna woke"). It is often (usually?) the first infection caused by  hiv+, and is when the virus is first identified in a victim..
