I saw a pic of him recently posted on a mutual friends Facebook, he was in Brasil, he's doing ok apparently, not sure he spends much if any time online anymore.

Having said that I remember bumping into the old American farang who wore a 🍊 orange wig and walked or should I say "hobbled" on his walking stick most nights in Sunee plaza , I think his name was Bud ,looked like old  Ronald McDonald...anyway he mentioned to me he was sick ..so I said "old chap you look like your on your last legs ,,don't buy a yearly lottery ticket!!

Might I ask which of the 6 main walks in Kakadu you plan on taking, I've been there a few times and they range from easy to a challenging climb? Or per chance did you mean Kokoda track in PNG?

I take your point. Perhaps we should revert to the 'multiple personalities' label. Mind you that would cover neuro divergent! I agree re guidelines.  One or 2 members are gratuitously  rude. Usually the same people, though they do come and go.

I'm no expert but I think that would be disputed by some people who do know what they're talking about: not every difference is a disease or a disorder; some conditions are innate but others have an identifiable external cause etc. etc. Can of worms.

Maybe we should stick with "immature, uncivil, discourteous and gratuitously rude" ?

Always pays to remember that people older than us made it there already and we have only chance , by no means guaranteed, to follow them there.

I realize that I am relatively new here compared to other forum members, but this post goes far beyond the friendly banter that takes place among the group.  From my perspective, this post is hurtful, targeting, and shifts from good-natured teasing to bullying and harassment.  I cannot speak for Gay Button, but I, for one, am offended by this post.
