In Hong Kong I knew three named Elvis, several named Michael and a host of others known by English names

April 4Apr 4 Author Active Members A man with more classic model looks, who I think did more actual modeling work is Dutchman Philip Van Den Hoogenband. He's also worked in Australia and the US.
April 4Apr 4 Author Active Members Two from his twinkier days, which a prior poster would like (I think he's in his late 30s now).
April 4Apr 4 Author Active Members Another one for the twink lovers, this is from my old files, I believe 2017 or thereabouts: Philip Witts. He looks like I could carry him with one arm...
April 4Apr 4 Author Active Members I also have these photos from around 2017 of model Philipp Brem. His instagram page uses the Cyrillic alphabet, so I'm guessing he's from some Slavic country. From his instagram page, it looks as though he's still in prime shape in 2026!
April 4Apr 4 Author Active Members Austrian model Philipp Knefz lives in Graz with Virginia Rohrhan, which he describes on his Facebook page as a "relationship with," and appears to be expecting his 3rd child with her. His Instagram page has a lot of racy photos with this woman.

Well, although I want to keep this a names string, it just so happens that the next hunk I have alphabetically after all of my Phillip's is Phithakphong Petanque Klahan, who appears to be a Thai plastic surgeon/aesthetician. So if any of you need some beauty work in Bangkok, you could make an appointment... This is what I can glean from AI: The specific date of birth and place of birth for Phithakphong Petanque Klahan are not publicly disclosed in his professional profiles or pageant biographies. However, public records from the Mister International Thailand 2025 competition indicate that as of June 2025, he was 31 years old, suggesting he was born around 1993 or 1994. While his exact birthplace is unconfirmed, he is widely known to be based in Bangkok, Thailand, where he currently practices as an aesthetic doctor. For those of you who like before & after photos:

April 5Apr 5 There is also the doctor who started the Pulse Sexual Disease Clinics. He was cute, a painter in his spare time and started his first clinic in Bangkok's Soi Suan Phlu which is where I met him. According to his staff in the Silom branch, he now has so many branches both in and out of Thailand that he is seldom if ever in Bangkok. But I think he has not added an English forename.

Very sexy guy. Currently at Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore!
April 5Apr 5 Love the photo of last guy. Handsome brown, muscular body and wearing the minimal thin yellow briefs, under which can be seen a semi erect cock. I love the brown bodies of some Asian boys and one or two guys from Madagascar in Pattaya. On Mediterranean gay beaches you occasionally see guys trying to emulate our subject in the gym or under the sun.
