This is lgbtq hotel, the price appx only 1,000 a night near gay venue in bkk just a walking distance.

Glad it opened already, it looked almost ready when I passed by in February. Great addition to the hotel scene and close to San Yam MRT as well as Patpong

There is a good, cheap laundry up towards San Yam MRT on the left from there. Plus several mom/pop shops on the alley nearby.

Exactly where is the location and are there really no lifts?

All those weird angles would drive me spare.
