    Earl of Granville

No firsthand experience here, as he was several forms behind me. But, when AdamSmith lays a trail, I follow.

    Is this creepy or not?

Well, let's just hope the Brewer twins never invite you to join them in a three-way.

    Earl of Granville

Late one evening, while out on a lark, I sashayed 'round a path through the Park. There, attached to a tush Bobbing out of a bush, Was the 7th Seigneur of Sark!

    Earl of Granville

Somehow the significance of this escaped me. Perhaps I am living right? However, I was intrigued by the listing of the Earl of Wilmingtom which turned out to be a typo. So much of life turns out to be a typo. Best regards, RA1

    Is this creepy or not?

Peeing in the pool is not accepted socially but not that harmful otherwise, unless the pee-er has a bladder infection. In the "old days", like when I was a boy, doctors actually tasted pee to see if a patient was diabetic. As some of us know, pee ingested or otherwise "enjoyed" must not be harmful or some of us would be very dead. Poop OTOH (scat again?) into the pool is not only not acceptable but down right dangerous. It is a no no. As far as coveting nephews, I think it is mainly up to the psyches of the individuals, not us or society in general. Best regards, RA1

    Moving Hatteras Light

Fascinating. This article serves to showcase the best and the worst of US government. It took forever to make a decision and even longer to fund it but, eventually, history was preserved. Is this also nostalgia at its' best or worst? It also featured technology as advanced and known here in the US. A chimney company + a house moving company holding hands to get this done. Outstanding. However, the technology of moving very large objects along the ground in the US had been provided at Cape Kennedy when moving several millions pounds of rocketry from one point to another there. I find almost equally fascinating the comment about Lightening Whelks. I suppose I could subsist on one clam a month but it would depend upon how large the clam was. Best regards, RA1

  9. Damn it Adam! I'll bite. I can't really tell you why. (and I knew you would ask) It is just a gut feeling I have. Kind of like I know it is wrong to pee in the pool.

Think of it! Should the two of them ever tie the knot, your friend's sister would be his new mother-in-law. And his niece.

    Is this creepy or not?

A preempt is when you open with 3 of a suit. Obviously there cannot be genetic consequences so the question has to be psychological, does it not? Best regards, RA1

    Dollar vs Real

Last Friday I was able to change dollars for Reais at the rate of 2.35, and today at the rate of 2.30 I could not find a good rate for my traveler checks, with flat out refusing them and the other offering only 1.80. Still, Rio feels much cheaper than it did on my last visit.

The owners are onsite at all times to make sure that you are enjoying your stay. They are very funny and very welcoming to the gay and lesbian community. No problem to bring a new found friend back to visit you at the hotel. The owner speaks a little english, and his wife doesn't speak any at all--however they will arrange for an english speaking guide if you wish. The rooms are very clean, and a nice hot breakfast is served daily either in your room or outside the terrace. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to many of Bogotá's gay clubs (which are very fun by the way!) 2 Hotel de la Opera | Calle 10 No. 5-72 | 1 336 2066| http://www.hotelopera.com.co/ This Colonial-era hotel is surprisingly bright and airy, with a gorgeous atrium breakfast room and stately rooms that are huge with high ceilings and nice details. But once you take a look around, you'll quickly see this is much more than your average bar leather, fetish, pissing, fisting, orgies, and pretty much anything else is on the menu here. Gay and Gay Friendly Bogotá Clubs 1 Cavu Club | Carrera 15 No. 88-71 | no number | http://www.cavuclub.com/ (under construction) This is less a bass-blasting club and more of a cabaret club, and features top-notch drag performances to a mixed homo/hetero crowd. If you're hungry, there's a restaurant next door. Best on the weekends after the clubs. 2 Babylon Baths Bogotá | Calle 73, No. 14 32 | 1 321 73 85 | http://www.babylonbb.com/ It's a nude bar (on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays)! It's a sauna! Today's Feel Good Moment

Daylight or specifically, long days of daylight. Every Winter solstice I start looking forward with eager anticipation to the Summer solstice. Each day is a little longer and therefore a little better. However, the day after the Summer solstice I start disliking each day as it gets shorter. But, the consolation is those days aren't cold or very hot and they still last a pretty long time. Then I get to start over in late December. Think of Snoopy doing his beagle solstice dance. 18. We chatted many times and he was nice to an old man. I didn't think anything about him until we were in airport and there was a swarm of screaming girls. I asked him what was going on and he smiled and said he didn't know. And, then I figured out it was him. I felt stupid to say the least but he was very sweet.
