My experience is similar to that Xclay. I had traveled there before, but the fun 10 years ago is quite different now. I was there for only three days last February before Covid hit the country. I was staying near the Corniche which has long been the place where street cruising occurs (in fact, any corniche in any northern Africa or Middle Eastern country is usually a great place for cruising). The trek to take is to start from the Alexandrian library to the east side, and then walk west along the corniche. If you are a single white older guy then you will get the smiles and winks. Now, the walk is quite nice, especially at night. During the day you can walk west and end it at the Citadel/Fort. You can then check out the cool fish market if it is operating, along with stopping at any of the cafes along the corniche as you walk back. BUT… here’s the warning I found from this last trip. On the first night, I walked with a female French colleague along the corniche. When I was getting to the Citadel, one of the usual sexy young male vendors approached us to sell us some popcorn. We bought some, and then we chatted for a few minutes. Suddenly two plainclothes men came up to us speaking Arabic and flashed they badges. One took the young man aside and started yelling at him, whilst the other asked for our ID. They asked us why we were talking to the guy and we told him. He then let us go. BUT… the young kid was yelled at in front of other people and then slapped several times on the head. My colleague who speaks Arabic said the young man was being told he was not allowed to talk with foreigners. Fast forward the next night. I went out walking again but this time alone. I saw the same young man now carrying a box with balloons he had blown up and modelled into figures. He was trying to sell them to people. This time I smiled, gave him the look up and down, and then kept walking. He followed me but started walking to my side. He kept whispering “police, police” and motioning with his head behind him. We separated and nothing came to be. I got to the Citadel/Fort and noticed police were taking away two western men and one young boy. I watched for a few minutes and noticed that there must have been 10-15 plainclothes police officers gathering around this arrest. I decided to turn around and start my way back. Right behind me I then saw one of the two plainclothes policemen from the day before had been following me all along. One might suggest that they are just watching out for the safety of foreigners. One might also say, as has been noted in the Gay press about Egyptian arrests, that they were targeting gays along the corniche as part of their normal crackdown on locations known to be gay cruising areas. I also tried the one Hammam listed in the gay cruising guides but there was no action there. I did not burn Alexandria’s port or library, but I did turn my back to it and head south of Cairo where the fun was less problematic.

Over the years I have stayed many times in Egypt. My most recent stay was for one month traveling between Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan.
CAIRO: It used to be the case that the Khan el-Khalili market provided young men for sex, but that is largely no longer the case. The same could be said for the nearby Egyptian museum where I had a number of trysts over the years. Today, things are much less exciting and far more dangerous. The secy male vendors at the market will certainly gay bait you to buy some of their items, and even hold hands with you saying they are hard, but they never seem to want to leave or arrange a time for sex.  I did find one vendor down a side alley that never gets visitors that was willing. I entered his shop, he stood really close as I looked at his items, and then he smiled and rubbed two of my fingers. When I smiled back and squeezed his hand, he said he was hard, liked me, and wondered if I liked “Egyptian Sausage”? I said yes but expected him to not be willing to try anything. He then said times were tough and he could use a little money. We negotiated and he then proceeded to close the doors of his shop. We then did the deed there in his closed shop. Thereafter, I have always visited the shops in the side alleys of the Egyptian cities where I have been quite lucky many times. I stayed this time at the Nile Hilton Hotel which, as you will see on the internet, always has a few guys in the lobby, the bar, and the health club for you to sample. Most were just a bit too professional for my taste, and I was always a bit wary that I might get set-up. As you will read, Grindr and Bathhouse raids are the norm right now in Cairo, so gays must be extremely vigilant. I had a number of hotel encounters and the one market encounter.
LUXOR: Luxor is filled with sexy guys, scary guys, and scamming guys. The scamming guys are the young ones that are along the pedestrian sidewalk on the east side. They will start talking with you, ask you to come see their boat, and then once you are there the real boat owner appears trying to get you to contract a journey. One guy even got me to the boat, started to push off, and out popped the owner as the boat was about to pull away. Luckily, I jumped back on the ramp before it went off. So, the boat guys are mostly scammers although the exceptions can be found like in Aswan (see below). The sexy AND scary guys were the horse carriage drivers. If you walk along the Nile walkway, just make eye contact with the carriages until you see a sexy driver you want to try. I usually negotiate a price for a tour and specifically say I do NOT want a stop for water, tea, a rug, or a restaurant. In every case the young driver will ask if I am married. When I say no they then ask if I am gay. I smile and shake my head yes. They will then ask if I like “Egyptian Sausage” or “Egyptian Banana” to which I smile and say yes. It is then that you negotiate with them for a quiet place somewhere to do the deed. The only time it is scary is when they return you to a location. No matter what price you agreed upon, then will go ballistic and demand more money. Hold your ground and hand them the money. They will throw their hands back and say they will not accept it. I then throw the money on the ground and walk away. The next day they will be so kind and want to do the same thing again to make money. The next group of sexy guys is the market guys late at night. I take a walk every evening and go down the side alleys to find shops that are not normally frequented. I have been very lucky in Luxor to find young guys willing to close the doors of their shop or take me to a side storage area to do the deed. Lastly, I have had good luck at my hotel. If you stay at a big hotel, be sure to frequent the pool area in the late evening when they are cleaning it. Likewise, when you see the male attendants cleaning your floor, stay around the room and make eye contact when they start to clean. They will always strike up a conversation and ask if you are married. After you say no, then their next response will determine if they are available for a little cash.
ASWAN: I have met tons of gay German tourists to this city over the years. One has been retired there and has shown me the ropes. The young guys here are available in the following: horse carriage drivers, young boat owner, market vendors, banana island, and camel drivers. The horse carriage drivers in Aswan operate the same as in Luxor (see above). As for the boat owners… one of the best ways to take advantage of these is to go to McDonalds and eat your meal at the tables facing the Nile. From there the boat owners will approach you asking if you would like a ride in their boat. I always offer to walk down and see their boat. Once there, they ask if I am married. When I say no, I then also ask what is down in the cargo area of the boat. They then will always want me to venture down with them. Once down a few steps, the guy will show his dick and ask the question of the sausage and banana. You can then do the deed right there in privacy after agreeing upon the price. I once did pay a boat owner for a felucca trip during which he offered his banana to me whilst he guided the boat up the Nile. At night, it is also possible to see many young boat owners taking people out on the Nile to see the night stars. I did this several times and once you are out on the Nile away from people in the darkness, he will ask if you are married. Once you say no, he will usually show what he has to offer and you can do the deed there in darkness on the Nile. Some of these same boat owners will say they will take you to “Banana Island” which you can google and will find is a real island on the west side of the Nile. Historically, it is nothing special except once you get there and are between the bananas, the young guy will pull out his offering and ask if you want a banana. It is a quick blow job given the limited time and space available. Similarly, the camel drivers on the west side are usually taking people to the old Coptic monastery. Take a cheap boat ride across the Nile from the east to that west area. Pause and take a look at the camel drivers. Once you find a guy you like, go up and ask a price to take you to the monastery. Once you are on your way, the guy will get on the camel with you behind him on the same seat. Your hands are around his waist and your crotch in his rear. Over the course of the trip, he will ask if you are married. Once you arrive at the monastery, the tour is self-service or the ticket man will show you around for a few wads of cash. Once you start your return journey to the original point, the camel driver will stop at a point where you can take some photos. It is here that he will show you what he has to offer and you can make an agreement to do the deed right there amongst the boulders of the desert overlooking the Nile. Surreal. I have visited that monastery too much, but I can’t just visit Aswan without sampling sexy young camel drivers.
PAY: Most want 100-200 Egyptian pounds ($7-$12 USD) for you to give them a blow job. When the location provides for more, they will ask 200-400 ($12-$25) for the deed. You can actually bargain them lower, but it is already really inexpensive. This will be in addition to any other prices for the carriage ride, camel ride, or boat ride. Those prices usually range from 100-400 pounds as well.
SEX: Every guy I met was active, would fuck, and would let you suck him. Only one in all my years has agreed to kiss.
    LANGUAGE: Arabic and some English.
GRINDR: If you do you are crazy.

I had a chance to travel for one month to Tunisia back in August and sample many of the wonderful young Arab men available. Here are some of my notes:
Tunis: When I arrived, the messages on Grindr began to light up considerably. As I did in other countries, I would ask to video chat and most chose not to. It was clear in two instances that the men were contriving something as they insisted that I come to their place in the far rural section of Tunis. I agreed in one instance to meet, but decided to arrive two hours before. I sat at a café and watched the area. The young man in question arrived with four of his friends. The man sat at the bench in the center of the park where he wanted to meet, and his four friends scattered around the park. At that point I got up and took a taxi back to my hotel. I texted the guy and asked why he did not come alone as requested. When I showed him the long-range photo I took, he said he would report me to the police. Obviously, he would not and could not since he had no information. He proved the point that Grindr in Tunisia can be dangerous. I stayed the first week in a tourist hotel on Ave Habib Bourguiba (hereafter AHB) which is the main avenue in Tunis. Guests were not allowed back at the hotel so I had to try other venues. I had stayed in Tunis six times before, and usually frequented the three centrally located movie theatres where there were always some men available for action. Unfortunately, these movie theatres have now become strictly legitimate and do not allow any gay action in them at all. I also tried the Belvedere Park and Tunis Zoo which was where you could usually pick-up men and use the woods. Sadly, there were just families during the day and no men out in the evening. I had previously had good luck at both places. For this trip, I was able to find young guys only by walking the AHB. There are benches all along the central pedestrian section of the Avenue. Get yourself something to drink and just sit and watch the people. Inevitably, there will be some young guys that will walk up, sit down, and start a conversation clearly for money. In three instances I asked where we could go. In all three they took me to one of the theatres. So, while the theatre itself had no guys available, you could go in separately and then find each other in a quiet area. The biggest theatre in Tunisia (over 500 seats and three levels) is right on the AHB and is called Cinéma Le Colisée. I used to have great fun in previous years with guys in the lower section there, but now you need to find and bring your guy from outside. The second place to meet guys is at the corner where AHB crosses Rue de Marseille. Get yourself a coffee at the corner Patisserie Naouri and sit to watch the guys come by. If you smile and want to talk, you will need to get up and go chat as the servers are very careful to not allow bystanders to interfere with guests. The third place to find guys is at the east part of AHB where it meets Place du 14 Janvier 2011 (this is where the famous Clock of Habib is located). Get yourself a coffee from the corner Pomme De Pain and sit to watch all the boys gather in the park next to it. The park is located between the Pomme De Pain and the Café La Fontaine. You can have a conversation with the guys and most will know a place nearby in an alley or side street where you can do the deed. Almost all the guys at the first three places were active, while the guys at the corner park area were active and passive. I later returned on my exit from the country to stay one more week in an Airbnb that had a private entrance. In that case, I took guys back from the third location park with no problem.
Sousse: I stayed in an Airbnb with private access. You can easily figure out the places to stay by reading the reviews of places on Airbnb. If a gay had a problem bringing back a guy, you will see that he compliments the owner for the security of the place and the night guard. He likewise compliments the owner for private access to signal to the rest of us the option to bring a guy back. I stayed in Sousse three weeks this time, but have also stayed six times before. The main road for finding guys is along the see wall pedestrian area starting at the northern end on Ave Hedi Chaker (hereafter AHC) where it meets the Hotel Riadh Palms, and then simply walk down the sea wall pedestrian area south past the Place Bou Jaaaar and down the Habeeb Burgioba Street (hereafter HBS) until you get to the Claridge Hotel. I walked that several times a day and you can always find young men. I found guys this time for service at two places. The first was by sitting with other gay men at the famous Café La Sirene at the Place Bou Jaafar. Sit there at the outside covered tables, have yourself an orange juice, and just watch the many many guys that parade by. If you are interested in a guy, you can ask him to join you and the staff will have no problem. The second place is the Café Jus Glaces at the corner of HBS and Rue Palestine. Sit, get a drink, watch the boys, and invite some to sit at your table. Do a google maps search and it will even show you ME sitting at the bar watching the boys go by. The go-to bar for guys keeps changing every year it seems. It used to be a bar on the northern end of Sousse near Mongi Slim, but this time it was closed. As for where to have sex, Airbnb was the way to go this time. I was able to invite many men back with no problems. Now, I did have two guys that showed me ID and they were clearly 19, but they looked much younger and I did not want to risk it. So, I asked THEM where we should go. In one instance the young man had me pay for an unofficial one-hour hotel. It required him to first talk with the clerk with me outside, then he waived me in, I passed the money to the clerk, and off we went to the room for an hour. The same happened with a second guy who took me to another place. I was very cautious because I would not provide my ID to get a room as is normally required by law. So I told the young men that I had no ID and they knew a place to go. It went so well that I always first asked a guy if he knew of a place to go. If they did not, then I would use my Airbnb.  Interestingly, several other guys told me they come to Sousse from the rural areas to make some money for a few days. If they don’t get a room, then they have to stay on the streets or in a Hamman. The final place for me was the legit theatre on HBS known as Cinema Le Palace next to the Bar Tapas. This smaller theatre shows legitimate movies and is VERY frequented by couples to make out. However, there always seemed to be at least one guy for sex there in the afternoons that you could meet in the smallest bathroom stall I have ever encountered. Interestingly, the two young men who run the theatre for their family (an old man or old woman always takes the money) were both available for blow jobs when I was there. One is a bit strange with glasses, and the other seems to dye his hair a different color each time I visit.
GRINDR: Be warned it can be dangerous.
SEX: Most of the guys are active, like to get sucked, will fuck, and many will also kiss. Tunis and Sousse both had passive guys, but they were usually dressed with lipstick and overtly effeminate. As you will note from police reports, Sousse especially has very young guys for trade. In turn, Sousse is very active in arresting those who pay for underage sex. Two German men were arrested the week I was there because one of them took back an underage boy to his apartment and was reported. Stings are the norm and money/bribes will not help out. As one French gay couple told me, there are weekly stings that are set-up precisely to entrap foreigners who prey on the underage there. There are plenty of young boys/guys that are available of legal age.
PAY: The street guys usually wanted 30-50 Tunisian dinars ($11-$18 USD) for a quick blow job. When I took a guy back to my place, they usually asked for 50-75 dinars ($18-$27).

LANGUAGE: Arab and French, although the boys seem to know German and English as many gay tourists come from Germany and the UK.

A FEW ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS ASKED:
Do you go into the desert Berber areas? Yes, just as I also described in the Morocco section. With Tunisia there was less of the exotic Berber camel and tent experience. I visited three places in Tunisia for this where I had luck with the young men. My first excursion was to Matmata, Tamezret, and Toujane. This is once again a case of finding the vendors and people who were alone and having a private location to go to. Several of the young men at Matmata (I visited because of Star Wars) offered their crotches to me. I had two in the nasty bathrooms that they took me to do the deed. One other one was selling the pottery outside his home door. He rubbed his crotch and then motioned me to come into his home. As I started, he suddenly yelled for his wife and kids to exit the house… scared the shit out of me! He closed the door and presented his already hard dick faster than I could get on my knees. The second set of Berber places was Tataouine and Chenini. I had very weird experiences at both. Seeing me walking alone, the young men and boys would approach and ask for money. I would say no, and then would make my way down the roads past the vendors. Within a few minutes I would see some of the same boys standing at the corners of buildings looking at me and rubbing their crotch. They were not just itching, but clearly offering their services. It was as if the young men of these places were vying to see who could get my money. In Chenini a young woman even offered her son or husband (not sure which he was) to me by pointing to his crotch and making the gesture of a long dick. It was crazy! I was so flipped out that I did nothing at these two places. The final place was in Kesra. I decided to take a two day tour of Roman and Byzantine sites, and that included this place. The view from the top is nice, but the buildings as such were quite shoddy. Even the supposed colourful steps were badly painted. But, there was a young man selling fruit so I stopped to buy one. He then proceeded to show me byzantine coins he had found. I decide to buy one and we negotiated. I gave him the money and then he looked at me to ask if I wanted “shisha”. Now, I had presumed he meant the tobacco that was placed in a houka. I looked confused and made the motion for a houka mouthpiece being put in my mouth. He then laughed and shook his head NO. He then pointed to me with his right hand and did the houka mouthpiece gesture, whilst rubbing his crotch. Ahhh, I said, and then smiled and licked my lips. I then was escorted around the corner between two buildings where I had a Berber houka without the tobacco. So, shisha has become my go-to-word to use in northern Africa with a gesture to show that I like to give a blow job.
Have you been to Brazil? It seems like Sousse is similar in access to guys. Completely different! I have been going to Brazil once a year for 25 years. You simply cannot beat the sauna scene there for the sheer number of affordable, gorgeous guys, passive and active, in a safe and clean location where you can experiment and do so much. Sousse is a different type of experience where you can easily enjoy young horny straight arab men for an affordable price. They are everywhere on the streets and beach boardwalk. The challenge is that it takes longer to get to the action and you are more limited in what sex you can have.
Any thoughts on pickup on sellers in the souk?... and… Have you tried the Medina in Tunis and Sousse? My answer for this is similar to my answer in my post for Egypt and Morocco. Let me first say that I had absolutely no luck at the souk in Tunis. The challenge with the Medina in Sousse is that most of the shops spread out onto the walkway and offer absolutely no privacy. My only luck there was as you walk from the Medina towards the port/Pirate ship everyone uses as a landmark. There were a number of fabric shops and a section where the rural vendors come to sell their produce. I had luck with two of the fabric vendors in the late evening (during the day they were swarmed by old ladies). They closed their doors and let me enjoy them. The produce vendors were interesting. I happened down an alley way where a young man was cleaning and separating some apples. Behind him was an open door and what looked to be a storage room. So, I started to look, gave him the eye, and he motioned me into the room where he closed the door. Two minutes later we were finished and I bought the most expensive single apple in my life from that encounter. I should mention that my first day of walking through the Medina just brought the usually pleas to enter their shop. When I came back the second day, they seemed to remember me ignoring them from the prior day so they usually said nothing. On the third day of walking through, the young men, by now seeing my glances, started to rub their crotches. It was playful, but nothing would usually come of it. So, the problem is that the young men are so proliferous on the streets that the souk challenge, at least in these two cities, was not very productive.

Any thoughts on pickup on sellers in the souk? Not unlike the notes I mentioned for Egypt, the souk and markets of Marrakesh are similar. I usually go to these places late-night right after the fun in the Jemaa, and usually try the places off the main paths where less tourists frequent a seller. Its only when the vendor has no other friends around that they are open to discussing sex. When they have had no sales for the day then they seem very interested in business. I also look for places where they can easily close their door for business. This happened to me the last trip with a backpack vendor and a perfume vendor. My last trip I also talked with two fabric vendors. They had no place, but we arranged to meet the next day and go to the theatre for business. They were so good I did repeat business every day thereafter for my afternoon snack.
Do you go into the desert Berber areas? Yes. I have had good and bad experiences. First, I did the whole tourist desert day/overnight experience but being with a large group was a killer for sex. There were simply too many people around to safely do the deed. From Fez I decided to try a single tour guide/Berber experience. In this case, I met the service that drove me to the camels. From there I was led into the desert to the Berber village about a one-hour camel ride. The camel rider was much older and wanted sex for money, but I said I was not interested. Once we got to the big Berber tent, I was the only single guy there with the others being in a group. I got a private tent to myself as I had requested from the guide service. I started eyeing up the young men and one came to bring me some water in the evening and asked if I needed a pillow. I did as I usually do and it ended in a blow job. About ten minutes later he brought me his friend and then he got a blow job as well. When it was finished, I had 5 Berber young men, 100 dirham each, and it was worth it for the experience. The next day we all went on the half-day ride to the oasis. One of the young men from before was my camel driver. He was hard the whole time and I got to feel him up quite a bit since I was sitting right behind him. Obviously, he got a great tip afterwards. That night I had the same 5 guys again. The next morning before I left I awoke to two of them leading me over a dune to do it again. One watched at the top while I did the other with the sun rising; and then they switched. I gave them both 200 that time and they were thrilled. So, good and bad experiences. It all begins with a smile, the look of the eye, and the same northern African question… “Are you married”?
Do you need to know Arabic or French? I know neither language. What I do, though, is memorize again the French/Arabic words for 100 and 200 dirhams, and the French/Arabic words for yes and no. The rest can be done simply with gestures asking them for a yes or no if they will do it. They usually ask if I am married by gesturing to the ring finger where you would normally have a ring. When I say no, then it is accompanied by a smile and the look from me.
I want a boy for a night. How can I do that safely? Depends. I asked the gay couples I met at Café Atlas about this. They said there are two ways: The first is to give the money to your young man and have him rent a room in your hotel for the night. Then, just have him come to your room at an appointed time. This works in the cheaper tourist hotels that operate via cash as well as credit cards. I cannot imagine a single young man I had in Morocco would have a credit card. The second way is to rent a private Airbnb or similar. The couples suggested you meet a guy the first time and have sex somewhere outside in a park, alley, etc. If he gives you no problems afterwards asking for more money or demanding something additional of you, then invite him the next time to your Airbnb since he should be safe. Similarly, they said the owners of these Airbnb apartments are very cautious in checking the client bio’s. If they think you are gay and might bring back guys, they will often cancel you right before your arrival or else constantly watch your coming and going. So, you should change the bio to say you are married and have kids. In that way, even if you are booking just for yourself, they will not be as cautious and always watching.
Do I need to bring condoms? Yes. They will not ask to use one unless they are fucking you, but you should bring your own if you want to use them.
Where do you exchange money or get the 200 dirham notes? From any bank. Once I arrive in Morocco, I just get about 5000 dirhams ($550) of money from an ATM machine. I then take about 1000 and get the 20’s, and the other 4,000 for the 200 dirham notes. I write out on google translate what I want. I then hand the money to the teller and show them my request on my phone. I quickly start to accumulate coinage as I use the 200 notes for food and other things. Those coins I will use for the music groups in the Jemaa.
Do you have any experience with Egypt? Yes.  See my other report.

    PART TWO:
Now, nothing much happened during the day at the Jemaa. At night, however, some of the strangest rituals in the Middle East proceeded to happen. To prepare, you need to do the following: Store all your money and ID in your shirt pocket or travel pouch. Get yourself a jacket of some kind that zips up the front so no hands can get to shirt pockets. Then get yourself plenty of 20 dirham notes ($2) and fold then really small so they will separately be recognizable by your hand when placed in your shirt pocket. During the course of the evening you will NOT be able to look at the money, but just reach into your pocket and feel to pull out of the 20 dirham bills. You also need coinage that you will need to donate at various times to the music groups who have a man that comes around seeking donations. I kept the bills in my shirt pocket, the coins for the groups in my right pant pocket, and never took my right hand out except for a brief moment. You will see many music performers or groups that start to perform in the evening. As they perform, crowds will start to form a circle around them. Suddenly you will see old men in the first circle around the performers, and then another second circle will form. GET IN THAT SECOND CIRCLE! You will probably be the only foreigner in the group so you are going to notice that old and young men start to form beside and around you. For most, their goal is to pick-pocket you and take your money. As they start to put their hands into your pockets you need to give them a stern push and look. Be mindful that they usually operate in twos… one will do the touching and when you turn to him, the other is on the other side and goes for your other pockets. These guys will get really, really, really close to you and that is actually the norm. In fact, some of the guys are NOT there for pick-pocketing by only to have you play with their dick. Here is where I had some fun! Inevitably there will be some young guys that will stand next to you… actually, they stand right behind and beside you to your left or right. They will position their crotch to be where your hand is located. Remember, they are not there for the nice music. Give them a glance and then just look around to make sure there are people behind and around you both so that your hand actions cannot be seen. Then, let your hand drift to the young guys crotch to enjoy feeling his dick. It will start to get hard and he may even unzip for you to play with it. This is all done whilst you are still looking at the group performing. The music is not long, so the action will soon stop. At that point, I just reached through my jacket into my shirt pocket to take out a 20 dirham note. While still looking at the group, I then handed it to his hand without anyone knowing. I basically just paid $2 to cop-a-feel of a sexy young Arab guy. We all then walked away as we go to another group. The age range goes from very young to very old. If there is a guy you want to do more with, then turn to leave the group and give him the eye with a smile. As you walk away a short distance, stop and turn. He will usually follow and you can have a conversation. You can go to the nearby Parc Lalla Hasna park or theatre for some privacy to do more. After about one hour of feeling up various guys, I suddenly found young guys all around me for the rest of the evening seeking a little cash. They seemed to have told their friends what I liked and how to get a little extra cash. Over the course of two weeks, I easily enjoyed feeling 15-20 Arab cocks each evening whilst listening to music.
THEATRE: Right next to the Jemaa is a movie theatre showing regular movies. It is located on Passage Prince Moulay Rachid next to the Café Glacier Restaurant. That theatre has three levels. One of the boys I enjoyed at the Jemaa told me that if I gave him money for a theatre ticket and we went separately, then we could meet up later in the theatre for some better action. He was 19 and had the biggest dick for a young Moroccan that I had ever touched. We walked to the theatre, he paid his ticket, and then he went for the basement level down some steps. I then arrived five minutes later and did the same. That basement area of the theatre is actually the main floor and easily seats 300 people. The upper two levels are where couples go to make-out and cuddle. As you walk in, you will give the old man your ticket stub. He may try to seat you, and that is ok. If not, go to the far back left section of the theatre. This is where you may actually already find some young guys there ready to offer some sex for money. If you got seated by the old man, then just sit and wait a few minutes. Then as you get up be sure to eye your guy and you both can meet in that back left section. You can usually give your guy a full blow job there, or you can go to the rather dirty bathroom which had some stalls that you can use for fucking. PART THREE FOLLOWS..

    PART ONE:
PRELIMINARY THOUGHTS: Here is a late update on my travels throughout Morocco. I traveled to Casablanca, Agadir, Fez, Rabat, and Marrakesh. All the cities had plenty of Arab men ready to offer their services in the street and via Grindr. But, the major obstacle mentioned elsewhere is very true… you have to have your own place. I was not able to find any “sex hotel” for short term stays, nor would the regular hotels allow me to bring any “guests” into the hotel even when paying for two people in a room.  I was only able to sneak in one man in Fez by meeting him at the entrance to the hotel (big chain hotel) for a supposed “business meeting”, letting the doorman and manager know we were going to the restaurant when they directly asked the man why he was there, and they then watched us actually walk to the restaurant on the second floor! A Moroccan friend told me that anyone seeing an older western man with a younger Arab man immediately knows what is happening. In my “business meeting” I paid for the meal, gave the young man my room number, exited first to the elevator, and then the young man walked separately to my room as if he was staying in the hotel. We then took the elevator back to the 2nd floor restaurant together after our deed and exited from there together to the 1st floor exit as if we had just finished our meal. In the end it was rushed sex and quite good, but it was a bit too risky. In Rabat and Casablanca I decided to try Airbnb.  I had been warned to NOT bring guys back to the Airbnb as they would try to blackmail me. Well, I gave it a try in Rabat and did ok. I brought back four guys during my stay there that I had met—three from the streets and one on Grindr. In Casablanca I met one guy at the famous caffe mentioned elsewhere and we walked back to my Airbnb. After the one-hour deed was done, I gave him the agreed upon 150 dirhams ($17) with another 50 dirhams for a tip. He then said he wanted MORE and would not leave until I gave him more. He tried to go through my luggage and such but I pushed him away. He then crawled into the bed and refused to leave. Threatening to call the police would do nothing since everyone knows the police will lock-up both the client and the escort. I relented and gave him another 200 dirhams. I showed him the 200, told him I would give it to him OUTSIDE the apartment, we walked out, and I gave it to him. Later he tried to buzz the doorbell of the apartment for several days after I had moved to another city. The owner texted me and asked if I had any problems and I told her this crazy guy kept asking for money while I was there. He could not admit he had had sex for money, since that in itself would have gotten him arrested. So, no more risking Airbnb I decided. In all cities but Marrakesh, there were just too many people always around to use the parks or side alleys for sex. I kept wondering why these Moroccans never seemed to sleep! I may consider doing other posts on the other cities in Morocco.
MARRAKESH: I had a little luck on Grindr, the movie theatre, two parks, and the famous Jemaa el-Fna square. I stayed at a hotel which once again did not allow guests. So, my activity was limited to other places. The main avenue to find guys is “Avenue Mohammed V” (hereafter AMV). I decided to stay at a cheap tourist hotel called “Hôtel La Renaissance Marrakech” on AMV which is located by the traffic circle called “Place Abdel Moumen Ben Ali”. That circle is famous for gays in Marrakesh because of two “coffee bars” that are located on the corners that seem to traffic heavily in gays. They are not gay bars, but they are certainly gay-friendly. Every morning I would rise from bed, get dressed, and have breakfast at one of those two bars. The bars are “Café Grand Atlas” and “Les Negociants”, both of which have outdoor tables. The Atlas seemed to always have single gays or gay couples eating at the outside tables, reading their newspapers, smoking, and watching available boys walk by. You can easily make eye contact with a boy and offer him a chance to have breakfast with you. It is clear that some of the older Arab men find their younger guys here and usually leave with them to go elsewhere. I met a few guys, but neither I nor they had a place to go to. The staff at the bars will allow only decently dressed guys to eat with you, so the lower income guys are not welcome. I then took a long walk east each morning on AMV to get my exercise. Once you pass the McDonald’s on your left and see the KFC on your right, you will be at the intersection of “Jardin 16 Novembre”. It is immediately east after this intersection on AVM that you will start meeting guys in the evening from the Pizza Hut to the circle known as “Place de la Liberte”. There was a famous bar frequented by gays (once a week) at this location called the Diamant Noir Club. The streets in this area are actually quite famous historically for picking up guys, but the guys seem to move locations based upon how often they are harassed by police. I should note that this is the one place in Marrakesh where I actually found passive guys. There are a number of side streets places you can scope out in the light so that you can know where (alley, park, abandoned buildings) to go to with the guys in the evening. I never had a problem with any of the guys I picked-up there. If you then continue east on AMV after the Place de la Liberte, you will find the stretch of road where I had the best luck. It is known as the Art Garden and has a number of benches facing the road and in the garden itself. The garden/park is quite beautiful and has two spots at night where it is dark enough to do a little quick action with a guy. At night I would sit there and watch over 50 guys come by making eye contact. If you are interested, you can ask the guy to go into the garden and talk. I found many guys here for fun and you can do the deed in the dark sections there, or at the nearby dark areas east of the Wall Marrakech Doukkala in the Municipal Palace Garden.  Now, if you keep walking east on AMV you will come to a little park on your right that is across from the Le Baratin restaurant and right before the large Koutoubia mosque. This is also quite famous for being the park where you can find guys. I found a number here who were willing to get sucked-off right in that park. It was quite scary given that the park is so open, but you will see this happening quite regularly. You can also take the guy down one of the side alleys to do the deed as well. If you walk across the road you will then be at the street leading to the world famous Jemaa El-Fna.  PART TWO FOLLOWS...

That’s a good reminder, especially for those first time travelers. I could mention my two most previous experiences to show some of the change:
If you look on google maps, you can see Banana Island along with photos. My normal experiences in years past allowed me to have sex there two ways: first, I would take one of the boats from the east side of the Nile and go to the island alone. At the island are two cafes, three little farm display areas, a Banana grove farm area, a few private farm areas. and this funky fort structure. I would sit at the cafe, have a drink, pretend to read a book, and then eye some of the boat captains. We could go to the banana grove to do the deed. Sometimes the farm boys would also smile and do something for money. Well, my last visit last year had no action there and just old men and old women on the island. The old marina guy that has been there for 20 years told me that the young guys have to either joined the military for money or travel north for work.
Now I did find another way this most recent stay: during the day you can go to one of the three private marina dock areas on the East bank. This is where you have the sexy guys acting as gay bait to get you to book a boat where an old man will suddenly appear as the driver. So, I found a really sexy boy at the entrance and told him I wanted to go to the the Island with HIM and ONLY him. He agreed. We went to the small boat with outboard motor. The old man suddenly appeared and I quickly said no and exited the boat. Then the young guy talked to the old man and the young boy alone took me to the island. There we enjoyed sex in the grove, a little snack, then another round of sex. The Island wasn’t very active, but I had found a way. On our way back we saw the Egyptian marine police that began to stop our boat. The boy asked me for 100 pounds (6 USD) and I quickly gave it to him. The police asked him a few questions and he said he had taken me to the Island for tourism. The boy gave them his ID with the money. They gave the ID back without the money and let us go. Come to find out, a permit license is required to ferry people so the money sufficed as a little gift. We went to the Island two other times with no problem.
Thus, if you find no action on the Island itself, you can use it as a place during the day for sex if you can just make sure the sexy guy is actually the one to go with you.
In days past that place was so crowded I remember every banana plant seemed to have westerners having sex with a guy. Alas, times have changed so we old men must adjust our tactics!!!!

    Baska,
HAHAHAHA… well, you are certainly invited “to look for an adventure” on my “ass”, but I think there are far finer young men there that will suffice! Seriously, though, since I don’t know you, how often you have been to Egypt, or what you are planning to do whilst there, I can only offer what I might do to start the trip. Given the hour you arrive and given my age, I would be ready for bed. HOWEVER, I would also want to make sure I had every opportunity to sample the Egyptian morsels that might be available that night BEFORE I hit the bed. So, my plan of action might be something like this:
When I arrive I am sure the hotel might have a van for me. I would dispense with that and choose to find a taxi or ride myself. There will typically be two kinds… the official taxi at the taxi stand, and the nice young men offering a private car just for you. Now the tour books say to stay FAR AWAY from the private dudes and you REALLY SHOULD if you are a novice to Egypt. Me?... well, I size up the attractiveness of the taxi drivers versus the private drivers. If there is a sexy taxi driver, then I negotiate a price and off we go. The same is for the private driver, although I have to be careful and mindful of safety. Once I am in the privacy of the car, the fun begins. You must always remember that the Egyptian wants to take you for EVERY euro or dollar or pound that you possess. Knowing that, and knowing that young Egyptian males are always horny, I must think of a way to “create the condition by which he will offer me his dick for money”. IF he asks if I am married (see my posts above about the marriage question), well, the fun has begun and the odds are in my favor. I have had a number of taxi drivers pull into a dark area and let me do the deed. If possible, I usually try to put my luggage in the back seat and always sit next to the driver in the front seat. That, obviously, means he can see my smile and my eyes as I speak with him about what he can offer to me for my money!!!! Sometimes that is just not possible. Now let’s say you negotiate a price, do the deed, and head to the hotel… you should remember that once you pay him, there is a 75% chance he will say it is not enough. Fear not, young padawan, he is hoping for this so just give him the money. He may throw up his hands in disgust and not take the money. Well, I just throw it at him when he tries that (AFTER I have retrieved my luggage). I usually pay for the taxi, the blow job, and a little tip.
Now let’s say your drive to the hotel was uneventful and nothing happened. Well, given the hour, you next have a chance with the lowly bellhop who will be bored at that hour and pissed that he is working a shift where he cannot make money like the day and afternoon shifts. In that case, I strike up a conversation and give a smile from the very first moment the desk attendant gives the key to the bell boy. As we are in the elevator, I wait for him to ask if I am married. If he does not, then I gently ask him if he is married. From that conversation we see if I might have some action in the room. I always pray to all the Egyptian gods that I get a sexy bellhop because I have had some great times with them.
Now if even that is uneventful, I then go to bed sad and wake up late. I shower/shave and tidy myself the next morning. I then peek out the door to see if a room attendant is already cleaning the room on the floor at the late hour I awoke. If they are and the person is a sexy male, well my quest begins anew. I then take my room key and go meet my floor attendant. I smile, say hello, show him my key, and then ask for an extra soap or shampoo. Remember…he wants my money!!!!  I must “create the condition by which he will offer me his dick for money”. I then return to my room and if the door has one of those cleaning hanger things, then I turn it to show I want my room cleaned. I then proceed to get some work done until… BAMM… my door opens and in my sexy attendant comes to clean my room. I actually already have some money out on the table for him to see, as well as smile and tell him to not go away but go ahead and clean now while I work. Without being obtrusive, I find some way to make conversation with him. I am hoping he will ask for some money at the end. If he does then… BAMM… I am about to pounce on my prey. So, the key is to look for opportunities where his desire for your money, your desire for his dick, and privacy… all combine to make the odds in your favor.
So, whilst there is no Aquarius or similar sauna precisely where escorts are sitting and waiting when you arrive, there are ways to start your trip to Egypt. Just be on the lookout for all the days that follow and remember they really want your money. If this is your first time, then I urge again that you be prudent and cautious until you get the lay of the land and the people. Good luck and be sure to report back here!

Oh my! It sounds as though you and I have travelled to many of the same places. Twenty years ago I began the quest to explore the ancient Roman, Early Christian, Byzantine, and Crusader sites of northern Africa and the Middle East. I did extreme western Egypt about 10 years ago. I took a Land Rover up to Marsa Matru, Sidi Barrani, and El Salloum. I then came back through Siwa Oasis to Bahariya Oasis and along the famous Oasis route 60. Another year I did the whole Abu Simbel to Port Said trip. I wanted to head over to Sharq El Owainat but the driver was too scared. I had completed the whole Alexandria to Abu Simbel trek many times via car, train, plane, and boat (Nile and Canal).
I visited Sharm El-Sheikh two years ago because I wanted to do the whole St. Catherine monastery trek and climb the mountain of Charleton Heston. Sharm was filled with more Russian, German, and UK tourists than Egyptians it seemed. Easy Jet had made the place quite accessible. I stayed at Tropitel Waves Naama Bay and had a good experience. A gay Egyptian friend from Alexandria told me that the Sharm is certainly ripe now for gays to explore with some male fun. Previously the guys mainly were only interested in the money and sex of the countless old foreign women that were there. With the collapse of the tourist market, most hotels are closed and my friend said it was almost to the point that the guys were even paying HIM to suck them off when he visited. I found only one guy in my resort hotel for sex (a room attendant). Outside the resort, I tried the supposed Marine Park by the Albatross Hotel. I had no luck there, nor the corners of High El Noor and Nabaq as mentioned on the web. So, I went west and decided to take a walk along the beach on the other side of the Beach Albatros Sharm (El-Bahr). I went north along the beach and saw many young men smiling at me and rubbing their crotches on offer. I got excited, but I could see no place to do the deed anywhere nearby in the day light. I walked further up to the public beach area until I was stopped by a resort wall/border. I had to leave to get back for a flight, so I never had a chance to explore the area better. I would think it might be ripe for fun in the late evening, not unlike the Kornish in Sousse! Maybe you or someone else has more recent information! I have never been much into staying inside a resort for a week and the shark viewing experience pales in comparison to the one I did in Cape Town. So, it really depends on your interest. Sharm is a nice location to start if you then like to explore history with St Catherine’s and the suppose Mount Sinai!
    Cheers!

HERE ARE SOME ANSWERS TO SOME QUESTIONS RECEIVED. I HOPE A FEW MORE GUYS MAY CHIME IN WITH THEIR EXPERIENCES AS WELL:
IS IT DANGEROUS? If you are flamboyantly gay, noticeably effeminate, or can’t make cautious and careful propositions, then YES. I do not exaggerate when I say you will either be scorned, laughed at, beaten up, arrested, imprisoned, or killed. Simply put… choose another safer country in which to travel. I fell in love with men from the Middle East and northern Africa many years ago and have learned the basic tricks of the trade to live in their culture. If it is your first time traveling to Egypt, then you might want to first try Luxor and Aswan for your longer periods of stay for sex as they are safer, more touristy, easier to walk around the central areas, and have some great historic sites. You can do the Cairo portion of your trip in two or three days with the pyramids, Egyptian museum, souk, etc.
LAST TIME IN EGYPT? Last February and again this past November… both for work.
DID YOU EVER DO A NILE CRUISE? ANY LUCK WITH GUYS THERE? For those not familiar, the 3 or 4 night Nile cruises are quite popular. They go from Luxor to Aswan, or vice versa. I did my third one two years ago before the Covid-19, largely because they can be quite cheap and a great way to relax. First, you should know that when you book a single room, with other mostly elderly parties in double rooms, then you will be noticed by the staff. My first day I got to meet the male room attendant that was cleaning the room and making those funny little designs with towels they place on your bed. I gave him a smile, a look, and a small tip afterwards. The second day saw him do the same thing but he was clearly flirting and started to rub his crotch a lot. When he was rubbing one of those times, I smiled, gave him the eye, licked my lips, and he laughed. I then pulled out 400 Egyptian pounds (about $20 USD) and laid the money on the table I was working on. I very carefully let him see me counting out the money. Now 400 is massively expensive for a blow-job in Egypt, but I had always wanted this type of encounter so I was willing to do what needed to be done. I then continued work as he finished the room. Then, he went and closed the room door and laid the design towel on my bed. He was waiting for the money, so I looked at the 400 on the table, then looked back at him and licked my lips whilst looking at his crotch. He then laughed and pointed to his dick. I shook my head yes, made the gesture with my right hand of sucking the dick, and then pointed to the 400. He then dropped his pants and in 2 minutes the deed was finished. We did it the other two days AND… this was the cool benefit… he brought a friend another afternoon to ask if I wanted him, too. I obliged and had two boat workers. On my second cruise I had a very old attendant, so I wasn’t able to have the same luck. On my third cruise I was sitting out the top level outside bar. I talked with the barman who had quite good English. He asked why I was alone and if I was married. At that point, the conversation ventured just as I have described in the other posts. At the end I gave him a nice tip and showed him my room key. I then said, “If you need some more money stop by sometime”. Now, you should know they are NOT allowed into your rooms or they will be fired. However, about 2 am that night I heard a gentle knock on my door. I looked through the peep hole and there he was. He came in and we chatted for about 5 minutes. I told him how much I would pay and he obliged. It was our only encounter as he said later he couldn’t risk losing the job.  NOW…there is one dangerous experience a German friend from Aswan described to me that happened to him. IF you get assigned on the lower floor with the outside small balcony near the water line, then you will get an offer that can be risky. During your cruise these fast open speed boats will pull alongside the cruise boat and some young men will offer trinkets for sell. When you say no, they will also rub their dick as to offer it. The German smiled, said yes, and waived 200 pounds to the guy. The boat then pulled alongside the cruise ship and the guy hopped off the boat, onto the balcony, and into the room. The German said the blow job was less than 30 seconds, he then took a photo which I saw to confirm the guy was there, and then the guy looked outside as the boat sped up and collected his friend. I had always seen the trinket sellers on these boats and the dick grab, but I had no desire to live so dangerous as to take advantage of the guys, get caught, and kicked off the boat!
ANY ACTION WITH MILITARY GUYS? Yes, but more so in previous years before the gay crackdown in Egypt. Because of the Egyptian police, I won’t be specific on locations or identify where the military guys are usually available. I will offer this in general about recent times. You will find that some of the horse carriage drivers in Luxor and Aswan will be two weeks to a month away from joining the military. These guys will be 18-20 years of age, perfect bodies, and great teeth! This contrasts with the older carriage drivers or the more lower class young guys that will spend their lives as drivers. You can tell the latter because it is clear they don’t just drive the carriage, but also tend the horses as well. Now these pre-military “God like” guys do not own the carriage or horse, but their friends allow them to drive the carriage for a few weeks to get cash before they have to join the military. These guys are desperate for cash and will tell you they are soon to be going to the military (I know this is true because I even went to one guy’s installation service in Luxor after he was a regular with me for one month). When they ask if you are married and you say you are not, then you can see if they will offer themselves. You can ask them to take you to a quiet place and they will find one. I may do another post just on the positive and negatives of the horse carriage drivers, as there can be some problems associate with them as well. Now, as for active military in recent years where it turned bad, I will offer the story told my French friend living in Aswan. He was visiting Karnak at Luxor and noticed that a sexy military guy was following him. They had rounded a part of the remains where there was some privacy and the military guy offered his dick. The Frenchman showed him 200 pounds and then did the deed. Afterwards, the military guy asked for more money. When the Frenchman would not pay, the military guy took off his rifle and pointed to it, and then pushed the Frenchman against the wall. He then took the Frenchman’s wallet, took all the cash, and then threw the wallet on the ground and walked off. It is the case that guys in uniform will come on to you especially at the tourist sites when they see you are alone. Just be cautious and be aware of an exit plan.
MOVIE THEATRES? The legit theatres in Cairo that were previously frequented for M4M sex are closed now due to the government crackdown on gays. I had luck at the one theatre in Luxor three years ago by sheer chance of a single guy being there and only two other couples. I had no luck the last time as there were just too many couples there making out.
HAVE YOU HAD SUCCESS ALONG THE NILE IN CAIRO? Yes, many years ago. If you read the net you will see that there have been massive arrests and crackdowns there and the famous Nile Bridge where I used to meet guys. I walked along the Nile on the west side for some exercise my last stay. I have learned that if you stop and gaze at the Nile for about 15 minutes, then a young man eventually seems to stop near you to do the same. I had luck with many guys this way in the past, but now I only chat/flirt and do not risk bringing the guy back. The temptation is so great, but it is too risky because the Egyptian police are actively setting up stings to ensnare men.
ANY BATHROOM HOOKUPS?: Yes, but that would be another post and to give detailed locations would also provide that to the police.
DID YOU TRY GRINDR? Same answer as above and before. The stories of arrests are all over the internet about guys ensnared by Grindr hookups. I haven’t the slightest doubt that the Egyptian police also look at this board when it will show-up on google search. If you use Grindr then presume you have a better than 50-50 chance you are talking to the police. On my last stay in Aswan I opened Grindr and had about 10 men contact me. I decided to take the photos they provided and did a reverse image search on google. Not surprisingly, the photos were copied from other men. Be warned!
ANY PROBLEMS WITH VIOLENCE? I have not, but a German friend had a violent guy just like the Frenchman did above. He took a young guy to his apartment in Luxor. They did the deed and the German paid. The young man then asked for more money. When the German did not pay, the young guy started breaking lamps, plates, and other things. He then took the small suitcase the German had in the bedroom and ran out. The German could not report it to police given the nature of the visit. I’ve made it a point to never bring a guy back in Egypt given that you can usually always find some other place to do the deed. The exceptions have been in the large hotels in Luxor and Aswan where I have had luck with hotel workers and security guards in my room. Please note that the MO of the horse carriage drivers will almost always be to expect more money, throw up their hands in disgust, and not accept what you agreed upon. It doesn’t happen all the time, but it does happen. As mentioned earlier, I just throw the money on the ground and walk away if they won’t take what we agreed upon.
ARE BOAT TOURS SAFE—LUXOR AND ASWAN?: If you have never been on a boat ride on the Nile, then you really should do it at least once even if there is no sex involved. It is magically! I would say there are FOUR kinds of boat rides in these cities. The FIRST is the standard group boat/taxi ferry that takes you directly back and forth across the Nile. It is cheap, usually segmented by male/female, and packed with people. You will not be having sex here because it is open, your are with a group, and takes only 5 minutes to cross the Nile. The SECOND kind is the open motorboats that you can rent. This is where the young sexy guys will be waiting on the boardwalk and asking if you want a boat ride. These are open small boats with no tops and have an outboard style motor on the back. Think of them like a taxi on the water. You tell the guy where you want to go and negotiate the price. Make sure you convey that you want to go to say, Banana Island, AND BACK! Remember they are always looking to get more money out of you. You then walk down, get in the boat, and go to where you want. This is where the gay “bait and switch” can happen. On my first trip, I settled on a price, got to the boat, and then some old man got on the boat as the driver as the young sexy guy waved and pushed us off. I was pissed. It should be said that if you use these boats during the day hours, then no sex will occur because these boats have no privacy. At night, however, there is a time for sex. I had a sexy guy ask me at night if I wanted a ride on the Nile. We negotiated a price and went to the boat. As I was getting on, another young boy joined as the driver. I was a little pissed because I had thought I could have some privacy with my first guy. Well, once we got out on the Nile where there are few lights, the driver cut the motor and we quietly drifted. Then the driver came and sat in front of me with the other sexy guy to my side. They used gestures to ask if I was married. I said no, and then it became clear they were both available. I offered 100 each, they countered with 200, and we settled on 150 pounds each ($10 USD) for a blow job under the stars whilst on the Nile. The THIRD kind of boat ride is the sail boat. This is where the true gay “bait and switch” happens. The sexy guys on the Boardwalk will lure you to the boat “just to see the boat”. Then, an old guy pops up and starts to offer you a group discount for a 3-5 night boat trip on the Nile. He will often rub his cock, and will say you and your friends will have a great time. So, if you want an overnight sail boat ride, you can certainly arrange it. One Belgium friend did and made it clear to the owner that he wanted two sexy guys to join him and his partner on the trip. They had a blast, but I was never patient enough because I had plenty of land opportunities and more guys to try. These same sail boats also offer a one or two hour ride on the Nile. This is where (in Aswan) you can sit outside at McDonald’s and be approached by boat owners for a ride. I have given many a blow job once I can ensure that the sexy guy I am talking with is the actual driver. The FOURTH kind of boat ride is the felucca. A one hour felucca on the Nile is majestic and worth it even without the sex. You CAN, though, find a sexy guy and make some action happen. I decided to watch the felucca guys cleaning their boats and wait till I saw a sexy one. Once I did, I approached him past the other old guys and negotiated a price. Once you are on the Nile, he will ask if you are married. I would say it has been about 50-50 on the guy then smiling and saying he has an “Egyptian Banana” or “Egyptian sausage” that he would like me to try. He will then usually start to tack the boat to get some privacy and you can give a quick blow job there. One even crossed the river and stopped on the western side to secure the boat for some action. SO… get a boat ride and enjoy it. If you have sex, then it is even better!
WHERE ARE THESE BAIT AND SWITCH YOUNG GUYS?: In Luxor they are all along the eastern walkway by the Nile (called the Kornish) from the Winter Palace up to the Hospital. In Aswan they are on the Kornish between the Old Cataract hotel and up to the park next to the road that leads to the train station. I will always chat with them, smile, say no to their efforts to get me to a boat, and give them a few coins. After I do this every day for morning and afternoon walks, I can often meet for a real blow job with a few of them later. When I had gotten confident with one group, they asked why I did not want a boat. I just smiled and said (as I walked away making the gesture of a blow job with my right hand) that I only wanted Shisha! I was able to end that visit with four young guys at the Peace Park behind a tree across the road for 300 pounds each. Just know their angle and their desire to get you to the boats!!!!!
HAMMAMS?: I had success in the past, but they were far too crowded my last two stays. Strangely, they were still open even with Covid-19. You should understand that when a white foreigner walks in, every young horny male knows exactly why he is there. The problem these last two stays were that the places were massively overrun with people everywhere. Young guys came over to show what they had, but we had no place to go and I certainly wasn’t going to do the deed in front of 20 other men who could be police. Two hammans were shut down last year in Cairo (and men arrested) precisely because of gay sexual activity.
HOW HUNG ARE THE GUYS? Xclay’s comment was entirely correct. As has been mentioned in the comments above, they seem average to me compared to most westerners. But, these guys LOVE blow jobs and seem to like to fuck. They seem to get hard faster than anyone I have ever seen. The problem comes in that they are so horny, they will cum in less than two minutes. This is not because I am a gifted sucker, but because they can’t seem hold out for long. Given I am older, my knees appreciate the quick service! For northern Africans, I would rate the Moroccans and Algerians as having the biggest dicks, then the Libyans, and then the Tunisians and the Egyptians.

Oh, dear Lord... absolutely! After 20 years of traveling there I have begun to believe that every young Arab male is secretly bi-curious or just so horny that he just needs to get off somehow. If he can do it for money, he at least believes he is doing it not because he is gay but because his family or he needs the money. In some instances, as you may know, you may be talking with them and they will lightly touch your ass. At that point I get excited because they want not just a blow job but some serious action! I will be back in Egypt myself in July.

    PART THREE:
SEX: I found guys for sex in the daylight hours only outside the Café Atlas and at the Theatre. At night, I found sex in all the other places already noted. 99% of the guys are active and will only get sucked or fuck. Strangely, many of these same active guys (about 75%) were willing to also do great kissing. The exception was near the Pizza Hut where I found passive guys that would do it all.
GRINDR: I had been warned that both police and crooks used Grindr in Marrakesh to steal from gay foreign men. I had plenty of messages and required each guy to video chat with me. When a guy would not, I simply blocked him. Most of the guys were dark skinned Africans who were only active and offering their services. In virtually every conversation it just didn’t feel right. I finally met up with one white skinned guy at McDonald’s one evening. I took him to a nearby park and had fun for about an hour. ALL the gays I met in Marrakesh warned me about Grindr scams, so I finally realized I had plenty of other guys I can find in much safer venues.
MONEY: Grindr guys asked for 500-750 dirhams ($55-$83). Street, Jemaa, and Theatre guys asked for 150-200 dirhams ($16-$22)
LANGUAGE: Most speak Arabic or French. You can get by with google translate but be warned that some street guys may try to steal your phone. For the most part, you can use gestures and number signs to flash what you want or will pay.
LOCATION: I used the parks, side alleys, and theatres.
WARNING: For the most part, I felt very safe in Marrakesh. I had only two scary moments in Marrakesh. The first was at the Art Garden where a man was walking home with a friend. A scooter suddenly pulled up, a guy grabbed the man’s briefcase, and then started to drive off. The man fought them off and the scooter sped away. The man was hit pretty badly and required an ambulance. I served as a witness because the police were nearby and caught the scooter by ramming it. Exciting action! The second really scary moment came near the Pizza Hut. I had finished with my evening and was walking back to my hotel along AMV. I stopped for only 30 seconds to give a young man a cigarette when he asked. Suddenly, a “tourist cop” pulled up and separated us. He talked with the young man and then placed him in the police car. He then came to me and asked for ID. I showed him a photocopy of my passport and told him in English that I was on my way back to my hotel. I asked him why he was detaining the young man. He asked if I knew him and I said no. He then said he was going to arrest the young man because he was talking to a foreigner which was not allowed. He said that for 1000 dirhams he would free the guy if I wanted to pay. I refused and the cop drove away with the young man. I saw the young man the next day on my daily walk and he said he had to pay the cop 300 dirhams and give him a blow job to not be arrested. I would find out from local gays that this kind of scam happens regularly with foreigners.
PLACES TO NOT GO: Locals gays noted regular police raids on: Cyber Park (A’rasat Mulay Abdeslam) and the Hammam Es Salam.
SUMMATION: I find Arab guys incredibly sexy and have had great times in Morocco. It is true that most want to get the most from you as possible, but we all already know that. Except for the Airbnb experience in Rabat, I felt safe most all the other times. Once the lockdown finishes, I plan to take another tour of the Middle Eastern and African men!!!

    PART TWO:
BARS: Test Me and Sammi’s both have middle eastern hustlers for sex. You can find their addresses online. Most of the guys that come to the gay bars for paid sex also come to Victoria Park. As a result, what might cost you 75-150 euro as take away from a bar will be 30-50 euro at the park. It is worth a visit, though, just to support these businesses that cater to us gays.

THEATRES/BOOK STORES: There are three theatres and four books stores that I visited where you can find their addresses yourself online. They rarely have guys available for paid sex, but mostly for free sex with other gays. When they did have hustlers, but their number usually ranged from none to 2 or 3. The Athinaikon is the one most often listed, but I usually considered it a waste of my time because men rarely went there to find the paid sex. This is because everyone in Athens knows where to go for the paid sex in a theatre: Kosmopolit Cinema (Marikas Kotopouli). The theatre is located right next to and north of the Hotel Cosmopolit, which is itself just one block north of Omonia Square. It is the red X on the map. When you walk in, be sure to keep your ticket as you can re-enter one more time. I regularly had sex, went for a coffee, and then returned for some more sex. You will see guys in the park area in front of the hotel and theatre who are very eager for your take-away business as well. The guys will come and go into the theatre every few minutes. Once you get into the theatre, you will be hounded by guys in the back standing area even before you can have a seat. Find a seat and let your eyes get adjusted to the darkness. When you are ready, then its time to venture into the balcony or basement for the adventure. I would start with the balcony which can be accessed by the stairs to the left or right as you came into the entrance. That upper balcony area is where the young men will show their dicks and offer themselves. They will sit along the long side balcony aisles, as well as the main balcony. This is where you can negotiate to give them a blow job. However, the funky sex occurs in the basement. You should know… next to the theatres in the Philippines, I found this theatre to be one of the dirtiest and seediest places I have ever had sex. It is not, as they say, for the faint of heart! Thus, I loved it just because of the adventure! The basement area is accessed by steps on your right as you entered the main theatre section. It is a narrow set of steps that takes you down to this small open area where all the guys are smoking (and I mean LOTS of smoking!). They will check you out as you come down the steps and will quickly want to offer their services. Just walk around there to get your feel for the place. It has four bathroom stalls for blow job areas, a back area where it shows gay sex on a very small tv and has but six seats, a dark area off of that, and then two rooms where you can have more active sex. I usually sit myself down in one of those seats and start watching the movie and boys who are all now standing around trying to get my attention. If I like a guy, I then usually motion him to go with me into one of the two rooms where we can talk. The rooms have locks on them. I then negotiate for sex and compensation. I have seen/heard threesomes, twosomes, spanking, heavy pounding of anal sex, kissing, etc. come from those two rooms as I watch the gay porn. The only problem I have found is that guys will usually fake cumming (unless you say you only give a blow job) and say they will kiss with tongue and suddenly they will NOT once you start the sex. Those two rooms are the only real place there to have sex beyond a blow job. I should mention the rooms are nasty and rarely get cleaned. I would say there are three groups of guys at this place: Class A guys that are straight, immaculate, showered, would never take drugs, never smoke, and sexy as fuck. They come only to get one client for money so they can go out with their girlfriend later. They will let you suck them and they will fuck you. Class B guys are the ones who come for one or two clients and like to eat afterwards at a café. They are looking for long-term sugar daddies and usually operate in a pair with their friend. They will let you suck them, they will fuck you, and many kiss very well. Class Z guys are the drug addicts and you will see them also outside the theatre where they will typically turn 5-10 clients in a day for sex. They will do anything and everything if the price is right. Interestingly, most of the guys IN the theatre are from Bosnia, Romania, Albania, Macedonia, and Bulgaria. Prices here ranged from 25-50 euros depending on the deed negotiated, but they did have to pay for their ticket so I always footed another 5-10 euros to cover that. I met several of the class A guys that I later brought back to my place for extended sessions. PART THREE follows…

    PART THREE:
OMNIA SQUARE (red outline area on map below): This place is brimming with Middle Eastern young men for sex. This is a place you either love or hate (as our other reviews here have shown)!!!! The whole square is very seedy, but the area for sex is the northwestern part of Omonia. This is the part in front of and surrounding the Hondos department store. The Syrian, Iranian, and Iraqis are usually sitting/standing at the top of the tube escalator that empties in front of the juice bar Gregores (red circle). The escalator that empties in front of Hondos (and the elevator area) usually has the Greeks and eastern Europeans (red circle). As you face Hondos, the side pedestrian street on the left side is filled with Afgans and Pakistanis. The same can be found on the right side of Hondos on the side walk. It is also the case that if you cross the street to your east you will find several outdoor cafes. One of them, whose name escapes me, you will find has old gay men sitting with their young male companions. I usually frequent the outdoor café/restaurant right in front of Hondos where I can sit and watch the boys on offer (dotted red on map). When I arrive at Omonia I usually take a complete walk around the Hondos center and then spend a few minutes seeing what is available by standing at the top of one of the two escalators. Now there is a nearby police station, so do not be so stupid as to do business in public. As to where you can go for sex, that is rather easy. All the boys will know that there are three possible sex hotels from which to choose. One is one block to the west (the one I prefer), there is one next to the Kosmopolit cinema, and then one more one block east of that. So, for those not familiar… once you negotiate what you want with the boy and how much to pay, you then proceed to the hotel. Just tells the boys to show you the hotel. You will probably pass a number of female prostitutes along the way who also use these hotels. Once you get to the hotel, you approach the clerk and hand over 5-10 euros depending on which hotel you go to. No id is required. I do this with one swift motion as I hand the 5 euro with my right hand whilst my feet continue to move to the elevator with the boy. It is usually the second floor if you choose the hotel west of Omonia, but that changes over time. The boy will know the floor. Once you get off the elevator, you will be in a hallway with about 10 rooms. There will probably be one or two couples (gay and straight with prostitutes) waiting ahead of you for a room. Once a room is clean, the maid will motion for you and you enter the room. It has a bed with one fitted sheet on top, tv with porn, a bathroom, two towels, and usually a condom. You have between 30-40 minutes until the maid will bang on your door. Most of the Syrians were especially phenomenal kissers and fuckers. Often they would also ask if I would fuck them as well. Interestingly to me, the Afgans always liked to get fucked and kiss.  My usual deal was 25 euro for the boy and 5 euro for the room. I have found it safe 99.9% of the time and only had one problem. I once got a boy back to the room and he stripped. I then looked and noticed he had a small discharge from his penis even before it got hard. It was clear he had gonorrhea or chlamydia , so I used google translate to tell him how to get some medical care. A friend of mine DID have one problem when a guy could not get hard to fuck him, so he paid the guy only 10. The guy went ballistic and would not allow my friend to leave until he paid more. My friend then started yelling for the maid who started banging on the door. The boy had to relent and my friend left. I never had problems and had some amazing repeat business with these boys. Most of these boys ALSO show up a few hours later at Victoria Park where they are also available for more sex.
TYPICAL DAY: I would begin the morning with work. Around 11:30 am I would take a nice walk to Omonia Square to see if there was a young male appetizer I might enjoy. I would walk completely around Hondos Center and then stand for a while at the top of the two escalators. I would always find someone. After going to the nearby hotel for sex, I would return and settle down at one of the cafes for lunch…usually the one right in front of the Hondos Center. During my time I would regularly make eye contact with another young man and invite him over for lunch. After lunch he and I would go to the sex hotel for some fun. I would then walk back to my place to freshen up and take an afternoon nap. Afterwards, I would walk over to Pedion Park for an afternoon to sample one of the guys there. Then, I would walk back to Omonia for some theatre action where I would always find one or two guys to my liking. After some sex, I would leave and have a coffee and enjoy one of those amazing Greek rice curd desserts they have. I would then return to the theater for one more round. After this I would walk up to Omonia Square and see what was on offer. I would always take at least one guy to the sex hotel for some fun, sometimes two. Afterwards, I would make my way to Victoria Park. They have some nice caffes with outdoor seating right off the top of the tube escalator that are perfect for eating dinner and watching boys. If I did not catch the eye of anyone special, then I would check Grindr or PlanetRomeo to see what was on offer. As was almost always the case, I would find someone in Victoria Park to take back to my place for a late-night snack. I would generally repeat this pattern, but add the two bars especially on Friday/Saturday nights when new guys would appear. For those not yet familiar with these areas, then simply use the street view of google maps and you can see pretty much everything that I noted above. Good luck and be sure to report back on your visits!
