Are you currently confined to Chonburi/Pattaya due to the Covid high alert or is it possible to go somewhere else?

While waiting for the next episodes of Manner of Death and for the last to episodes of Tonhon Chonlatee, I started watching: I told sunset about you - the documentary Yes it's quite interesting, watched the first 4 ep so far. Those acting workshops seem to be a lot of fun - I would like to attend! The biggest surprise so far was the shooting at Promthep Cape. Promthep Cape is the southern tip of Phuket and seems to offer quite nice views. When I was watching the series I even took a note "if you are in Phuket, make a trip to Promthep Cape"! (I hope it will not be washed away until we are able to go to Thailand again) In the series, there were just the 2 boys there, no other turists. Easy during corona times you might think. But: It was during one of those prolongued weekends to stimulate local Thai turism and in fact the place was totally packed with Thai turists so that they had difficulty to shoot the scenes! My Gear and your Gown I am at ep. 9 so far and it is ok. Average plot and most other series have better looking actors; nevertheless I like it, so something must be good. Not a comedy but the typical stuff like bad grades, parents not caring, having a secret crush, poor guy/rich guy etc. Even HIV gets mentioned in one episode, thats a first in a Thai BL series for me, but they missed the chance to elaborate on that a little bit more seriously. Should I watch Friend Zone 2 next? Do I need to see Friend Zone 1 first?

So far all the information we have is rather vague, but now that we are at 60% of the series I hope things will become clearer episode by episode. We only know that some high ranking police and politicians are abusing girls and so far have enough power to sweep it under the carpet ... we also can assume that the Tan/Puet familiy clan has some "grey" business activities but I guess this is more to keep it misterious and mislead us ... Unitl now I was more a Tul than a Max fan but in this series I must say that I find Max more attractive.

Manner Of Death: I saw ep 8 now and it's great!!! Everyone is in big trouble currently, I wonder how this mess will be solved. I can understand why you can't follow your own advice to watch a series only when all episodes are out, it's really hard to resist I guess you are at ep 9 already, where do you watch it?

Tonhon Chonlatee (2020) I started watching it. Very light-hearted and funny, I hope it stays like that until the end of the series. A good change after watching "I told sunset about you". A straight university student, Ton, who has recently been dumped by his girlfried is sharing the flat with his ex neighbour Chon, who has a crush on Ton since long time, and with a secretely gay couple Ai and Nai. Of course everything is obvious to everyone but Ton ... the question is not if Thon and Chon will become a couple but rather in which episode ... there is a lot of competition, the ex girlfriend wants to come back and at least to guys hitting on Chon.

I was really surprised when I found out that text came out of the mouth of a girl haha. I think she must have had a hard time trying not to laugh when shooting this scene I think next I'll watch the behind the scenes as suggested by Boy69. Not sure what we should expect of season 2 though ...

I agree 100% !!! Actually the mini series is not that mini, only 5 episodes ok but each episode is rather long, some 1h 15 min or even more. I was crying the whole episode 4 and 5, in expectation that either Bas or Teh will end up heartbroken... I hope the following dialogue does not spoil it for those who haven't seen the series yet but I liked this scene.

I agree with you! Even the teacher is still suspicious, but I don't expect him to be a killer, that would not be beneficial for the developing relationship MaxTul and make a season 2 impossible. But he definitely knows a lot about the bad guys ... But I don't agree with Tul when he is saying: I have a question: Can we hope for another gay couple in the series? First I thought that Tat and Sorawit where fighting for Nam, but when I saw this scene in episode 5, I thought maybe ... maybe I am just daydreaming ... Tat looks hot and Sorawit is cute.

The Gifted: Graduation (2020) Not gay. You probably need to watch "The Gifted" first. I liked the successor of "The Gifted" a lot. Full of suspense, I watched the last 5 episodes in one day, it's a great way to kill 1 day of lockdown. It's never so clear who is the good and who is the bad. For a 13+ series quite a few heavy scenes... And the fight against the education system in the series could also be easily interpreted in respect to the current movements in Thailand.

I started "The Gifted Graduation", probably not as good as "The Gifted", and "Manner Of Death" which I like a lot so far: Interesting story, and it is nice to see some countryside and greenery for a change! What a beautiful wooden house the teacher has, I could imagine living there with Tul

Calculating Love (2020) Finished all 6 episodes and I liked it a lot!!! Nothing special happens, but still not boring, and the chemistry between the 2 main actors is great! The Gifted (2018) Not gay. The title made me curious already for a long time, and now that I saw there is already a sequel "The Gifted Graduation", I finally managed to watch it. It's a masterpiece! Psychic powers (but no ghosts) and a lot of action that easily can kill two days of lockdown! If you saw Blacklist and liked it, you will like this one even more. Talented actors including some known from BL series like Gun Atthapan. Though if I could make a wish for the next BL story, I would like to see this guy in a main role:

Oxygen (2020) I liked it more then "Still Together the Series" and "Love by Chance 2". Although I found the final story between Solo and his father rather weird. Father locks son up in his flat to convince him to work in fathers company (altough he prefers to be a musician) and to dump his boyfriend. Without phone and without food. Not for an hour, but for days. A simple educational means ... Am I the only one who thinks that's a crime? Maybe this is where asian and western culture differ ... Oh, and in every series there is that mandatory attempt to drug someone and exploit his body ... Other than that, I like the series. My favorite although is neither Solo nor Gui, it's Kao the bunny.

"Which BL series are you most exited for?" It's obvious, "Bad Boys" because of Ohm, and "A tale of 1000 stars", because of Earth! But ... that "Umaasa" trailer looks promising too, and I am sure there will be many other interesting series too!

I found one test center with result on next day (€140) or result on same day (€190). "For an additional medical certificate with proof of identity for presentation in certain countries upon entry we charge an additional € 40". Is this it?

Interesting, because it is not mentioned in the "official" process ... it's obviously another health form ... do you get in on the plane and fill it in just before landing? Do you have a foolproof sample of a fit to fly certificate? Showing the fit to fly to the officials in BKK after landing is something I dont really get btw ...

Learning Thai with BL series I just read a post on the Sawatdee-Forum (thank you Dab69!) that made me aware of this youtube channel with a lot of lessons "Learn Thai Language From BL Series". Toghether The Series and others as well. She must be a huge BL fan!
