    From Thai PBS World
Thailand’s Suvarnabhumi Airport is ranked at 58 in the Skytrax World Airport Awards 2024, an improvement from last year’s 68th placing.
The international airport ranking website places Doha Hamad Airport at the top of the list. Singapore Changi, last year’s winner, dropped to second place this year.
Airports of Thailand (AOT) adds that their satellite terminal one (SAT-1) received 4 stars this year, for the architecture, cleanliness, overall atmosphere, facilities and automation.
These automatic systems include check-ins terminals, bag drop, self-boarding gates and the passenger validation system.
While Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin is aiming for Thailand to become a regional aviation hub, the current per-passenger duration for international in-bound processing at Suvarnabhumi Airport is 26 minutes and 37 minutes per out-bound passenger.
Meanwhile, the time taken for domestic arrivals is 15 minutes per passenger and 25 minutes per passenger for departures.
Don Mueang International Airport is ranked tenth among the World’s Best Low-Cost Airline Terminals. The rankings are based on traveller questionnaires conducted from August 2023 to March 2024.

and it will certainly help Cambodia to be more indebted and more   colonized by Chinese after those two mega airport projects.
I still marvel at fact that new Siem Reap airport did not have any sign in Khmer, just English and Chinese like Chonquing or Harbin airports.
On merit,  I think railway would better idea and less disruptive to environment than canal able presumably to carry ocean bound vessels.
Expected cost of 1.7 bn will for sure be twice as much if not more when completed as all big infrastructure projects are.

tm_nyc reacted to reader in Canal to link Phnom Penh to sea
    From Global Construction Review
Cambodia will start work this year on a controversial plan to dig a 180km canal to link Phnom Penh to the sea, The Star newspaper reports.
The Funan Techo canal, which is expected to cost $1.7bn, will link the capital to the country’s only deepwater port at Sihanoukville and a new port at Kampot.
China Road and Bridge Corporation, a subsidiary of China Communications, will build it over four years.
Wesley Holzer, a public diplomacy officer at the US embassy in Phnom Penh, said the Cambodian people, along with people in neighbouring countries, would “benefit from transparency on any major undertaking with potential implications for regional water management, agricultural sustainability, and security”.
Vietnam has expressed concern about the impact of the canal on the fragile ecology of the Mekong basin and is also reported to be concerned that it will allow Chinese navy ships to approach its territory.

Haven't had an issue. Aircons and some even have you shower beforehand. I guess it's up to you to determine how heavy you sweat.

tm_nyc reacted to reader in Pattaya bans high-pressure PVC pipe-guns that can cause blindness
    From Pattaya Mail
In a concerted effort to safeguard public safety amid the Songkran festivities, the Policy and Planning Division of the Pattaya Municipal Administration has launched a proactive campaign to convey a critical message: the strict prohibition of high-pressure water guns, commonly known as PVC pipe-guns.
Security teams are taking to the streets to disseminate this urgent warning, emphasizing the inherent dangers associated with the sale and usage of these banned water guns. The force generated by high-pressure water guns poses a grave risk, capable of causing serious injuries upon impact, particularly to the delicate organs such as the eyes, potentially leading to irreversible blindness. Moreover, these prohibited devices pose significant hazards to motorcyclists navigating the city’s thoroughfares.

tm_nyc reacted to reader in Thailand’s Tourist Towns Deal With Their Own Russian Invasion
    From TIME / MSN
by Charlie Campbell / Phuket, Thailand It’s just past 11 p.m. on Phuket’s neon-festooned Bangla Road and revelers are out in force, though the heady atmosphere is distinctly more Sochi than Southeast Asia. TVs overhanging the sprawling beer bars show ice skating instead of soccer; Cyrillic signage proliferates; and Russian-speaking touts dispense flyers for pole-dancing clubs exclusively featuring women from former Soviet republics. “Russians, Ukrainian, Belorussian, Kazakhs,” says one tout in dark Ray Bans and a skin-tight Armani polo shirt. “We have them all here.”
The war in Ukraine has entailed an incalculable human toll, while roiling markets, disrupting supply chains, and sending inflation soaring across the globe. But in Thailand, the two-year-old conflict is also having a profound social effect despite being over 4,000 miles away. While many Western nations have shut out Russian air travel in response to Vladimir Putin’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Thailand sees Russian arrivals as key to reviving its pandemic-ravaged tourism industry. In October, Thai Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin extended 90-day visas upon arrival for Russian passports, insisting in a February interview: “We’re not part of the [Ukraine] conflict. We are neutral.”
Last year, Russians ranked top for tourist arrivals in Thailand from outside of Asia with 1.4 million visitors. Meanwhile, Russians were top overall on the southern resort island of Phuket, which has long been a favorite haunt. Last July, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov visited Phuket to inaugurate a new consulate to cope with surging visitor numbers. A month later, the Phuket Tourist Association sent a delegation to St. Petersburg and Moscow seeking to court even more vacationers.
In the first three months of this year, 366,095 Russians arrived at Phuket International Airport, almost double the same period of 2023 and transforming the island’s commercial and social life. (That figure doesn’t include the significant number who transferred via Thailand’s main gateway of Suvarnabhumi International Airport in Bangkok.) But while a boon for the macro economy, the influx has chafed with locals who increasingly complain that Russians are stealing jobs and upsetting cultural mores. Across Thailand, lurid headlines such as “Rabid Russian assaults police team in Phuket after going berserk at a city centre hotel” and “Russian tourist kicks pregnant Thai woman after asked to leave shoes outdoor” are both a symptom and cause of alarm. (However, transgressions involving New Zealand, Swiss, and Portuguese nationals admittedly proliferate also.)
“Russia and Thailand are so different and sometimes they don’t understand Thai law and culture,” Lieut. Colonel Akachai Siri, chief inspector of Phuket Tourist Police, tells TIME. “Sometimes they break the law and they don’t recognize we have law enforcement.”
Nevertheless, Thailand’s Russian incursion appears here to stay. Other than the preferential visas, sanctions on Russian air carriers and reciprocal bans on Western airlines have slashed the destinations where Russian nationals can escape their frigid winter, making already-popular Thailand an easier choice. And then there are the not inconsiderable numbers fleeing economic doldrums and a war of choice that they had no part in choosing—not least since the Kremlin has ramped up military conscription amid mounting casualties.
“That was the final straw for us,” says Mark, a Russian who fled to Thailand with his boyfriend after an initial draft announcement in September 2022 and asked that TIME use a pseudonym for security. “We understood we can’t go back because anyone can be called to the army and just die in the war.”
Beyond 90-day visas upon arrival, thousands are applying for one-year business or education visas. Arnold, who asked that TIME use only one name for fear of reprisals in his homeland, moved from Moscow to the Thai resort town of Hua Hin permanently last year and has noticed an increase in what are colloquially termed “relocants” fleeing the “various negative things which are going on back home.”

tm_nyc reacted to reader in Feel good story: Rescue 16 bear cubs in Laos
    From MSN and Tik Tok
An Australian wildlife protection group has lots to celebrate after they saved and rescued 16 Asiatic Black Bear cubs from a home in Luang Prabang, Laos. The group, called Free the Bears, say the home belonged to a wildlife poacher who hoped to use the cubs as fodder for a bile farm. Thankfully they found the cubs before the worst happened and have since brought the cubs somewhere where they could be safe.
Life has changed overnight for the cubs, who now receive constant care and attention from local and international conservationists.
According to Reuters, Free the Bears works with local communities and governments across Asia to protect the Asiatic Black Bear (or moon bear, as they are also known because of their distinctive markings), as well as sun bears, which are also at risk across Southeast Asia. But nothing could've prepared them for what they found during a raid in the house of a Chinese national last March.
On the day of the raid, neighbors heard the cubs crying from within the home and called Laos police. When police arrived at the property they found the 16 bear cubs inside what appeared to be a bear bile farm scheme, a practice where bile is extracted from a bear's gallbladder to later be used in traditional Chinese medicine. It is legal to do in China, but illegal in Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, and other countries.
Police said there was one additional cub found on the premises, but it died before authorities could remove the cubs from the home.
"When we arrived at the house there were bear cubs everywhere," Fatong Yang, animal manager with the charity, told France 24. In total, they found 10 male cubs and six females. The cubs each weighed between 1.3 to four kilograms and were believed to be about two to four months old.

This is a remarkable trip report - very thankful for that. A good reassurance of my position to visit the bars - if at all - only for their 'shows' but not for having reliable services following an off. Looking forward to reading your latest experiences with massage parlours which are for me better value-for-money (at least if you do not really seek a professional massage...)
Also it is good to hear that you enjoy Moonlight and Jupiter. Since I am rather looking for vers/bottom guys I assume that Moonlight and Jupiter are still not the place to go for me but happy to hear anything to the contrary from the audience

Sixth Experience, A Dip in the Moonlight:

A poster on this forum recommended Moonlight to me after I mentioned my interest in muscle. It wasn't even on my radar before. I'd seen the signage on my walks through the area, but I assumed it was one of those bars littered with barely-legal twins. Boy, was I was wrong!

The location is a little unusual. There's signage outside of a narrow alley, and as you walk through you begin to question if you're in the right place. Surely enough, there's Moonlight a few steps away. I pay the 500 thb entrance fee and I'm lead inside. The place is moderately busy, but I get a good seat in the centre of the second row. There's a few patrons beside me, but they leave a seat empty directly next to me. I've noticed they do this a lot; to encourage a boy to sit with you? I'm typically one of the few caucasians in these bars. I've noticed a majority of clientele are Chinese. I've also noticed a lot of other patrons of these bars are lookers themselves- sometimes I'd rather off them than the models!
I've arrived a little early. I order a Coke Zero. I grabbed a Strong Zero (9%!) from 7-Eleven beforehand, and one of those gets me buzzed at the perfect level. Ordering a Coke or likewise, they deliver you a glass of ice and the can itself. Typically you can refill the glass another 1/2 to sometimes even a full other glass this way. Maximizes how long before they trot over to sell you another overinflated drink. Plus zero calories and no bad decisions. Win-win-win.
The boys on stage are simply standing, rotating through 4 models at a time. They stand on stage and present themselves. A few of them are flirtatious and make eye contact and smile, much like Dreamboys. I find this endearing even though I know it's performative. It lets you know they are either interested in meeting you, or at least have the decency of knowing how to caress a patron's ego. I take this as a sign that they know their job is to please you or deliver a fantasy experience.
I'm impressed by the models here. There are a handful on the average side, but there are at least 6 models that are very defined and very muscular. I notice there are even more models in the bar than what appear on stage, so raise that number to 8. I take note of the numbers on the ones who interest me, although this is a preliminary visit to check out the show and I don't plan on offing anyone tonight. Do the numbers change on a nightly basis or largely stay the same?
The mamasan approaches me before the show begins and asks which one I'd like. I find this a little off-putting, I've seen maybe a handful of the models, how am I suppose to chose now? "You're waiting for the show?" they ask. Yes. I notice patrons are already inviting models to their tables though. An older Caucasian pair have the two hottest men at their table. One extremely built model with a bad-boy vibe, wearing a durag on his head and adorned in tattoos. The other is fox-faced, beautiful with a lean and athletic body and shredded abs. This one would be my choice if he were available.
The show begins with a model coming out wearing white garments that appear to be a type of male lingerie? It doesn't appeal to me, but he has a nice body. He picks up a hoola-hoop adorned with ribbon and gyrates his body. It's a very strange act. I giggle at the sheer absurdity of it. I would love to meet whoever plans these out.
The act is very brief. In fact, all of the acts are quite brief. I don't mind. The next act has a model acting as James Bond. He takes out a fake gun and points it in various directions. Also a strange act. I giggle again. Okay, I see you Moonlight. This show is actually a lot of fun just in the absurdity. I don't think it takes itself seriously, or if it does, it was choreographed by Tommy Wiseau.
The next act is a drag performance but I'm SO impressed with this one. The drag performer is stunningly beautiful and lip-syncs flawlessly. Finally, a bar that doesn't pull out the absolute bare-minimum of "just throw on a dress and move side to side." I know drag performances are a heated topic of debate. Again, I don't mind them in a small dose.
The following two performances are lip-syncs from the male models. At first I assume they are singing, their talent at lip-syncing is quite good. The second performer stops part way through the song and it's confirmed. One song is in Chinese, the other in English. The Chinese song is more sensual and romantic, and the model makes eye contact and motions toward the audience members. The English song is more energetic and gives a k-pop performance kind of vibe, with the model exhibiting a ton of energy.

Another drag performance, this time a duet with a male model, albeit fully clothed. It's a Phantom of the Opera act. I absolutely love this show. It's so ridiculous in all the right ways. The drag performer once again knocks it out of the park.
Every model who performs or presents themselves from the beginning of the show to the end is my type. They are all extremely muscular in just the right way. Most are quite attractive and most seem very charismatic, with a few of the bigger guys appearing a little clunky and stiff.
The model I want is still sitting with his client, and is now fully dressed in street clothing. Oh. He's been offed. I make eye contact with him from across the room as much as possible. I want him to know I'm interested. He looks back, but quickly looks away every time. I'm hoping the customer regrets his decision- clearly he's staying for the entire show instead of enjoying his purchase. That's not the case unfortunately.
Near the end of the show, the models come out and stand between the first and second row of tables, so I have a front-row seat. Seeing their bodies this close is a dream come true. Thank you so much for recommending Moonlight, wow. I will go back for sure. I've already told friends about the performances. I had so much fun.

Having this number of models I'm interested in offing is also impressive. I'd rank Jupiter & Moonlight as being my favourite two bars so far. I'd go to both just for the show and I feel like the price is worth it for the entertainment. I also feel like they have the best looking models in terms of my preferred body type, but even then, their sheer handsomeness and charisma. If anyone has any other suggestions, I'm all ears. A few massage parlours have been recommended and I will head to those next.

Fifth Experience, You Got Screwed, Boy (Cont):

The mamasan and the dressed boy lead me outside and to the "room" they mentioned they can provide. No one is working the front desk and the entire building is very sketchy, but I didn't expect anything less. We wait a minute and an older Thai gentleman takes 600 THB from me. I thought I paid the room fee already, but oh well, I guess I misunderstood.

The mamasan tells me to have fun, and I'm left with the boy I offed who leads me upstairs to find the room. We wander around some dark hallways and enter a room, and it's filled with storage. "Oh, wrong room..." he says, and we wander around some more. Finally we come across a room with the door open.

Inside is a bed, an older television set, a fan. It's a basic room but nothing disgraceful. It serves its purpose. It's definitely not somewhere you'd spend the night.

I come behind the boy and put my arms around his waist. He's dressed nicely, with black pants and a white dresshirt, some accessories on his belt, and nice shoes. He's quite short but I like that. He flexes again and broadens his shoulders, which seems to be his go-to pose. I feel him up through his clothes, savouring the hardness of his body.

I undress him slowly, kissing his chest and his abs. I run my hands along them. This will do. Eventually we're both naked in bed. Whereas he was rock hard in the bar, now he's completely soft. I kiss his chest, spending some time gently tonguing his nipples. He moans, I take this as a sign that he enjoys it. His cock remains asleep.

It's in my mind that we're about to fuck. I suck him dick. I put his soft cock in my mouth and work it all over. I take pride in my blowjobs. The cock remains soft. I deep throat it (an unimpressive task considering the size) and gently suck on it, allowing it to warm in my mouth. It remains soft.

Okay... this isn't going to work.

I pick up his legs and lift them into the air. I'm rock hard, my cock is throbbing. I'm 99% a bottom but I suddenly feel like being a top. He has a small, round ass. The only type that invigorates me enough to want to penetrate someone. I rub the head of my dick on his asshole, and he is shocked: "You fuck?!" he says. "Yes, I'll fuck you." I say.

He squirms. Okay, he's probably straight. "You can fuck me instead," I tell him, looking down at his soft cock. "You fuck, I'll need more money." Huh? Well, you can't fuck me with 1 inch of skin, so what are my options?

4000 THB I say. I'm very horny and very eager to drill this boys ass. he consider it, and then says "No, 5000 THB." I sigh. This is the same price they quoted me for both brothers! Now I have one, who is soft as an overcooked macaroni, and it's the same price?

"Would your brother let me fuck him?" I ask him. "Call him, I'll pay 5000 THB for the both of you." He plays that he doesn't understand.

I'm frustrated. What did I pay for? He won't suck me, he won't get hard, and his body isn't impressive enough for muscle worship. Why was he grabbing me at the bar? Why did he signal that he wanted to fuck and be wild in bed? What a fucking hustler!

I'm annoyed. "Fine, I'll pay." He squirms some more and goes to the washroom. "Are you okay?" I ask. "We doh't have to do this if you're uncomfortable." "5000 THB" he replies. He wants the money, okay, then perform the task.

I stick my dick inside of him. "Slow, slow!" he screams. It's just the head. I go slow. He squirms more, and grabs his chest in agony. "Are you sure you're okay?" I ask again. "You're strong!" he says. I try again to enter him, slowly. I get a little past the tip. I try and push in further and he's headed back to the bathroom.

He comes back and lays on the bed with his asshole out of sight. I try and suck him again. Soft. "Can we fuck?" "Too strong..." he says again. Okay, "The initial fee then, you don't want the 5000 THB?" I'm being a little bit of an asshole now. I feel bad with the way I acted looking back, but I was so clearly being played and so fucking worked up that I no longer respected this boy.

"No, you fucked, 5000 THB!" he says. My mouth is agape. I put it in, part way, for less than 10 seconds. That is not fucking! "You fucked!" he says. I'm being played so hard that I suspect there is an audience outside the hotel room, ready to celebrate after he leaves with 5000 THB for doing absolutely nothing. "Drinks are on me!" I imagine him chanting. As if, he's the stingiest motherfucker I've ever seen.
I'm really annoyed now, but I want to cum. "I suck you," he says. Fine. I just want this to end. He does the most half-assed blowjob I think I've ever received, and I cum out of sheer frustration. I blow an enormous load because I've been so worked up. "Wow!" he says. Suddenly he's happy.

He goes to the washroom, gets dressed, and stands by the door. I take out my wallet, ready to negotiate based on what I received. I want to give him 2500 THB but I'm not an asshole. I offer 4000 THB which is BEYOND reasonable. "5000 THB." he states again. I explain to him, 5000 THB for fucking you, which I didn't. "I made you cum!" he says. Is that not the bare minimum I should expect in the first place?

What am I paying for, your company in a shitty hotel room? I bought drinks, I tipped, I paid for the room, I pay your fee... how much have I spent at this point? I'm boiling.

I tell him, "I'm living here, I will be back, I know what a moneyboy costs and I know you're ripping me off. Take the 4000 THB and you'll see me again, if you take the 5000 THB I'm done."

He takes the 5000 THB and immediately whips out his phone. "Do you have WhatsApp or LINE?" he asks, "I have both," I reply. My face is holding back sheer rage. I'm shaking from anger. He shows me the QR code on his WhatsApp.

    I shake my head.

    "Okay." he says, and leaves.
I will never return to Screwboys again, and I will be more hesitant to ever hire a Vietnamese model.

Will this string of disappointment come to an end? At this rate, the bars aren't for me. I'm glad if they work for you, but I'm not a human ATM. I'll go for the shows and that's it. This encounter soured me on the entire industry in Thailand.

But, of course, as you know... you say a lot in anger...

Fifth Experience, You Got Screwed, Boy:

Screwboys is a short walk away and seems to share an entrance space with a female bar. I walk through the female section and get called at, but quickly enter Screwboys itself. There is no entrance fee, that's refreshing. I don't bother asking about what type of models they have because it's nearly midnight and I'm already a little disappointed. I'm not expecting to off anyone, and I'm more in the mindset to check this place out and cross it off of my list.

I'm sat inside at a table near the stage. There are no boys on the stage, and the table next to me is filled with women. Actually, nearly the entire bar is. Is it an Indian woman's wedding shower or something? She seems to be having a lot of fun and is friends with many of the other women.

The shows are sitting down near the entrance, all of them disengaged and scrolling through their phones. I check them out, and while they aren't necessarily twinks, none of them are very muscular. That's okay, I'll order a drink, see the show and leave with an impression of what this bar is like.

I'm sitting right next to the door way to the back, where the drag performers enter and exit. I believe every drink is 350 THB, as a sign on the wall near the entrance says. I take this as the entrance fee. I order my drink and almost immediately I'm approached by a model that is about to head through this door to the back. He's on the shorter side, speaks good English, and has a moderately impressive body. He has a tight stature and good definition. Nothing exceptional but better than average. He immediately asks to sit with me and buy him a drink. What a hustler, I think. I shake my head. I just sat down. He hangs out by this doorway and I can feel him starring at me while I try and watch the stage, waiting for the show to start. If I look back, he immediately engages me again. I don't want to give him the wrong idea.

The performances consist of nearly all drag performances. 3 in a row, and then a performance with several at once. They aren't bad, but they aren't exceptional. A strange choice for a boy bar, I think. Then it's your typical line-up of men on stage. They rotate positions so everyone in the bar can see them. The one who approached me at the beginning keeps looking me in the eyes, and every single time I look at him, he makes a hand gesture that says "Buy me a drink?" and points to the seat next to me. I shake my head no what feels like 15 times.

A few more of the men on stage are flirtatious. There is one that's a little cuter, but doesn't show his body. He's on the verge of no longer being a Twink, but it's hard to tell if he's my type. He smiles at me and makes a heart formation with his hands. He blows kisses at me. I find it cute and endearing, and it doesn't come across as pandering although I'm sure it's merely a tactic. There is another younger guy on stage, but he's shirtless, and has soft muscle definition. He reminds me a little bit of the one who approached me at the beginning. He does the same thing, points to the seat next to me and then points to himself. I shake my head and smile.

Wow, the boys here are HUSTLERS! They are working for that paycheque! At this point, the Indian woman stands near the stage and has all of the boys line up. She hands out 100 THB to each boy. They line-up patiently for what seems like an eternity and wait for their turn to take the bill. After this, an older Caucasian male decides to do the same, perhaps seeing the attention this afforded her. He sits at a table right in front of the stage.

I notice the one who was eager to sit with me immediately tries to go through the line-up twice. The older man is taken aback by this but ultimately gives him another tip. Not seconds later, this boy is sitting with him at his table and working him HARD. Touching him, flexing, kissing him. Woah! I'm glad the attention is off of me, but at this point, I've noticed he's probably the one that is closest to my type. His body is the best in the bar from what I can see, and it's getting late. Oh no. Am I about to make a bad decision? I'm a little horny now.
There is a "big cock" portion of this show, but all I remember is that the men walked around the bar and allowed the audience to grope them for a tip. There was one really tall and really lean young model with an enormous cock. 21 cm, I'd estimate. I was immediately enthralled! Finally, it may not be muscle, but that's a mouthwatering piece of meat! He's all the way at the other side of the bar. I quickly grab a 100 THB bill and anticipate him coming to my side of the bar. Oh no, I don't think he has time. The next act is about to begin. Just at the end he does. I hand him the bill and I touch his dick for a few seconds. It's so impressive. Is he beautiful? No. Is he my type? Well, that dick is my type.

Immediately after this, he disappears. When the mamasan approaches me and asks which boy I'm interested in, I confirm this by saying "Did the good one with the huge cock leave?" "Ah, yes, sorry." I'm unsure if he was offed or simply left for the night. Damn.

Horny and now eager for trying another off, I decide on the best option at this time. The model who approached me at the beginning. He's so happy. He comes and sits with me and flexes his body, touches me, kisses me. Woah! Okay, this is off to a good start. He tells me he is Vietnamese. I love Vietnamese men. I find their accent so appealing and they're usually more forceful than Thais. This can equate to good sex.

"That's my brother," he says, pointing to one of the models that were flirting with me from the stage just a few minutes ago. it's the one who's also shirtless but with soft muscle. He's cute. Really cute. "He's your brother?" I ask. "Mother same, father same." he says. I'm hard as a rock. That is so interesting. "He would really like it if you bought him a drink, it would make him so happy."

When am I going to get the opportunity to have one brother on my right side and another brother on my left? I seize the chance, "Okay, I'll buy him a drink." The model I'm sitting with starts frantically yelling in Vietnamese to the other boy. It takes a minute to get his attention, and then he runs over.

The mamamsan, seeing I have two boys sitting with me, now offers me another table. "So you can see the show better." I'm almost ready to ask, "what show?" I decide to move anyway, so I can cuddle up to both of them better. We are sitting together and they're both very comfortable and quite talkative. There is no awkward silence. The younger one starts to grab my dick in the bar and I get an erection. "Wow, so big!" he says. I take this as an opportunity to ask about their size, "Not so big," the older one replies. "That's okay, you have an amazing body!" I tell him. He flexes. In fact, the entire night he's been flexing and displaying his body. Is it really that impressive? No, he has a small frame, but I like the eagerness to show off.

The younger one asks "Why don't you like me?" jokingly. I tell him, "No muscle!" and he flexes too. It's soft. Maybe it's there, somewhere, but he has more work to do. I find this cute either way. They both continue to grope me. Eager! Do I like having my dick grabbed in a bar? No, not really, but I like that they were engaging with me more than most models I've sat with. This was a good sign. I also took this as a sign that they are open to having a lot of fun in the bedroom.

I decide I will off them. I ask their price. 2500 THB for one, 5000 THB for both, plus 1000 THB to the bar. It's a little rich for my blood. I decide to take only the older brother. He goes and gets changed. While he's dressing, the younger one does his best to convince me. Grabbing me, mentioning that they are brothers again.

Are they brothers? Is this an act? I now fully expect this to be a ploy, but hey, it works. That's a rare opportunity and a fantasy for many. "Do you fuck your brother?" I ask him. He looks puzzled. "Do you guys have sex with each other? If I take you both, will you be uncomfortable?" He types on his phone "biological brother." I take this as a no, but it wasn't really what I asked. What is their mission in getting me to off them both?

"I have another brother too," he says. Really? Do I trust anything you say?

The older brother is changed and ready to go. I pay all of the fees and all of the drinks and the mamasan asks if I need a room. Sure, why not, I don't live close by. I assume the room fee is added to the bill because the bill is quite high if I recall. In excess of 2000 THB? I'm a little overwhelmed and don't take a look at the itemized list. I'm sure I'm being ripped off, but to what extent I'm mere moments away from finding out...

Air Canada will resume seasonal service between Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) from October as the carrier continues an Asia-Pacific push with a particular focus on Southeast Asia.
The announcement regarding the YVR-BKK route, which will be the only nonstop connection between North America and Bangkok, came just days after Air Canada launched exclusive service between YVR and Singapore. Over the past two years, the airline has operated the YVR-BKK route from December to March, but it has moved up the start of flights for the upcoming northern hemisphere winter season.
From Oct. 27, Air Canada will fly the YVR-BKK route 3X-weekly, according to the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). From December through March 2025, the route will be operated 5X-weekly.
The airline will use a Boeing 787-9 configured with 298 seats, including 30 in business class and 21 in premium economy, on the YVR-BKK service.
The Star Alliance carrier has said it plans to add 26% more capacity to Asia-Pacific destinations in 2024 versus 2023. It will be starting seasonal Toronto Pearson-Osaka and Montréal-Seoul routes in June. It currently is operating 4X-weekly flights between YVR and Shanghai.

tm_nyc reacted to reader in Thai immigration’s TM30 form
    From Pattaya Mail
    By Barry Kenyon
Following many requests to Pattaya Mail, we provide below a question and answer session based on our recent checks with the authorities. You should notice that local immigration offices have some discretion about the detail and we have given examples. If in doubt, that’s where you need to ask.
    Why bother?
It’s the address form in Thailand for “the housemaster, owner or possessor” of a residence where a foreigner is staying after arrival from a foreign country. It should be filled in and returned to the local immigration bureau “within 24 hours” from the time of arrival at the residence. However, weekends and official holiday periods are excluded from this deadline. The reporting was first introduced in the 1979 immigration act, but is now being enforced on the claim it enhances state security. But, at the end of the day, you personally are responsible for the TM30 – and you need one to obtain any service at local immigration. The fine is 1,600 baht.
    Who should fill it in?
Most hotels and some condominiums use the online, dedicated facility to report your arrival to local immigration without bothering you. In return, the hotel or condo will receive by return a dated and written confirmation receipt which you will need when – and if – visiting local immigration to request a service. Alternatively, you can take to local immigration a hotel letter or detailed receipt showing you are sleeping there. If you are residing in a friend’s house or apartment, or if you own your own unit, that’s likely different.
    What documents are required?
If you own your own unit, you will need to photocopy the proof – the chanoot or title deed as a rule. Many immigration offices will alternatively accept your yellow book or pink card (a form of longstay foreigner ID which is not compulsory and must be applied for at the local authority office). A rental contract is another possibility, if professionally written. If you are staying with a friend, he or she must provide you with personal ID (Thai ID card or ID page of foreign passport), the blue residence book of that residence and/or the title deed.
How does TM30 affect foreign tourists?
30 days visa-exempt international tourists and holders of 60 days tourist visas (the latter issued by a Thai embassy abroad) will need a TM30 receipt to do any business at local immigration – typically extending their stay without needing to leave the country. No TM receipt: immigration service will be refused until the 1,600 baht is paid and a properly documented TM 30 application is made.
How does TM30 affect long stay foreigners?
Holders of non-immigrant visas, annual extensions of stay, the Elite visa etc are now drawn into the TM30 net. In the old days, they were advised they needed only to report once, no matter how many times they left Thailand, provided they did not change their main residence. That is no longer true and they will need a TM30 receipt – issued since their most recent arrival in Thailand – to renew their longterm visa or annual extension of stay, to apply for or renew a driving licence, open or change bank accounts, possibly request a re-entry permit and any other local immigration service. However, the fine is on a more discretionary basis than for tourists.
What’s the connection with the 90 days report?
You will likely be required to show your TM30 receipt before your 90 days residence report will be accepted. The fine for forgetting to do 90 days is 2,000 baht, though you can submit that form 14 days before or 7 days after the actual completion of a three months stay in Thailand.
Can I be fined at the airport or border?
Thai immigration officers at exit points will examine your passport in case of overstay or damage to the document. They will also check that you are not on a “wanted” list or are trying to leave the country on bail without court permission. They will not check your status with the TM30 or 90 days report. In other words, address bureaucracies come into play when you need a service from local immigration.

Been there about 20 times and always a good time. The rooms are clean and the guys are good.
Today was first bad experience. Not bad in I didn't tip. But, the boy did nothing. Quick massage, no kissing, no oral, nothing. I could easily have gone to the lady spa in the mall and had a better massage.   But, that is life and you live and learn.

    From The Nation
Police have arrested two men from Hong Kong with a sophisticated mobile tool for sending fake SMS (short message service) text messages to deceive victims into clicking malicious links. Pol Maj Gen Sathit Prom-uthai, commander of Cyber Crime Investigation 3, announced on Tuesday that the arrest of the two suspects was made inside Siam Paragon mall at 6pm on Monday with cooperation from mobile-phone operator Advanced Info Service (AIS).
The two suspects were identified as Yip, 44, and Lee, 26.
Police say they found one of them carrying a heavy backpack that contained something called a mobile false base station, and four mobile phones.
A false base station, also known as a femtocell, is a device that can mimic legitimate cellphone towers.Sathit said his division was alerted by AIS that a possible mobile false base station was detected inside the shopping mall.
As a result, he dispatched police officers to check. Police noticed the pair of suspects walking together with one of them apparently carrying a heavy bag on his back.
Police monitored the pair for a while and saw them behaving in a suspicious manner, so officers identified themselves and asked to check the bag, where they found the false base station device.

Yes I agree - it has been hotter than hell here.
With my ongoing motorbike lessons, two of my Thai friends suggested that we go over to Koh Larn (there are no cars on the island - only baht bus songthaews) which makes learning to ride a motorbike great.
But the piercing sun limited how much we could drive around on our motorbikes so we just headed over to my favorite beach, Tien beach to lay in the shade under the trees.  Thais being Thais would not join me to swim (they wanted the shade) in the lovely transparent turquoise clean water.
I had my first fall on my motorbike - this was lesson #10 - my fault - during the ride up the steep narrow mountain road from Tawaen beach over to Tien beach - the wind started to blow my hat off of my head and I instinctively with one of my hands let go of the handlebar to capture my hat resulting in me going off the side of the narrow steep path - speed was VERY slow as it was a steep incline and on a curve.  So physically to the motorbike or my body no damage was done - only just to my ego.
However, I learned a valuable lesson to keep both hands on the handlebar when driving a motorbike (let the sun hat fly away) - unlike when driving a car - to take one hand off the steering wheel does not have the same risk.....

The Marine Department has ordered an urgent investigation into the blaze which broke out this morning on a passenger boat floating near Koh Tao Island, off the coast of Surat Thani province.
An initial investigation has revealed that the fire started in the engine room, but its cause is still being investigated, said the department’s Director General, Kritphet Chaihuay, today.
The boat, carrying 90 passengers and eight crew, left Surat Thani at about 9:30pm last night, heading to Tao Island, he said, adding that authorities were alerted about the accident at approximately 6:40am this morning.
The passengers and the crew jumped into the sea and rescue teams rushed to assist them. Other tour boats operating nearby also took part in the rescue effort.
There were no injuries reported and the fire was extinguished by about 8:20am.

Haven't had a feel good story for awhile  until this account of a whale rescue made the news today.
    From The Thaiger
Patong Beach in Phuket yesterday was the scene of a thrilling rescue operation as lifeguards hastened to save a melon-headed whale, a protected marine species in Thailand, that had been cast ashore. The event drew the attention of numerous tourists, who flocked around the site, cheering on the lifeguards during their daring rescue mission.
The marine mammal, also known less frequently as the electra dolphin, little killer whale, or many-toothed blackfish, is a member of the oceanic dolphin family characterised by its unique head shape. Measuring no more than 2 metres in length, the small whale was safely carried up the beach using an expansive beach towel.
The lifeguards then used a jet-ski to transport the marine creature to the deeper waters of Patong Bay, where they are now maintaining a vigil in case it makes a return.
It’s worth noting that the melon-headed whale is seldom seen in Phuket, with the last reported sighting in local waters dating back to June 10, 2021. These marine mammals are more commonly spotted in Chon Buri and Songkhla provinces, where reports of them stranding on beaches are occasionally made, reported The Phuket News.

wailing over past will not do you any good unless you like bitter taste. However fabulous, past is gone. Better focus on anticipation of new trip. And if you like change , do something different like start your trip in Bangkok.
Every trip to add some spice I try to do some small things bit differently , one trip it will be changing hotel every day, another staying in the same whole trip ( which I don't like), off all boys from the same bar - I call it monodiet trip or have my first offed boys being twink, itself horror of horrors. Then you will wait with anticipation how it will work for you

In a few weeks I'm off to Pattaya on my yearly 2 month trip
I sat in my apartment here in farangland listening to a song I first heard in Pattaya 20 years ago called "Take me to the clouds above "
I first heard it in those Go Go bars in PattayaLand Soi 3 was it where wild west boys is .
Forget the names of the go go bars then ,
I just listened to that song   tonight and it brought back memories of Pattaya back in 2004
Times have changed and i looked over my old diaries to see I was going to Pattaya back then every 3 months for week long trips,  and according to my diary I was very excited weeks before
Even taking sick leave from my work to go
Fast forward 20 years and I'm not that overly excited,
I could even put it off until later in the year if I wanted ,not that fussed actually
    I don't know if it's me changing ,maybe I'm getting old , or if it's Pattaya .
I do plan to retire there within the next 10 years
The shine is still there but I miss a lot of the past ,and that's not a good thing because I like change
In a way it's great not to be overly excited as I was 20 years ago , those days I was counting down , and it was antsy pants until departure day ,antsy antsy pants !
Now I don't care as much
