My favorite sauna is VCK, near Ari BTS station. Other saunas mentioned in this thread including 39 Underground: Near Saphan Kwai Station. Mainly Thai local. very fun but not very clean IMHO. Most Thailand massage managers use Line. Almost all of them can communicate with basic English. You can ask for the masseurs' pictures and book a session with them.
