I think they are doing just fine. As of last week, they're the only bar where jeans are off. They're also utilizing the space for massage in the mornings. But their announcement has lost something in translation.

Visited boyztown last night and bbb seems to have a complete set of show. They asked me if I came to just look, when I said yes, they ushered me to the upper portion of the bar. It seems they want to reserve the 'pit' part for those wanting to throw tips. The mamasan will bug you to off a boy, but they seem to have a hard time to understand my English. And doesn't get that I want the boy performing in the show, but not in their lineup. After all this, they still ask for tip for them, despite no help. Off fee is 500, and expected tip 2000 for boy. Which is Bangkok pricing, if I recall correctly. I also passed a bomb, dream boys and xboys last night which are open. But the shows in bbb are interspersed, so did not have the opportunity to check the other bars.

Despite members' advice not to enter the eardrum breaking dreamboys bar, there was no contest between fresh boy's touts which seems to mistake me for thai, and the half naked boys of db on the soi. There seemed to be a surge of revenge tips that night. Each performer had at least 3 tips before they ended their number. It made me feel like a cheap charlie in the room. Had almost made a mistake of taking the minivan to pattaya. I suddenly recalled that it does not stop on the Central bus terminal. This happened to me a few years back when I had to drop myself at the highway (sukhumvit???) And desperately looked for a grab car. It took me almost an hour on the app as my destinasyon was in North pattaya. I did not have the death defying car ride as described above, but have the unfortunate luck to have a seatmate that was coughing halfway through the trip.

I managed to enter the new twilight bar last night. Place was massive but I was taken aback with fully clothed guys on stage. Not particularly handsome, no hunks in the place in my brief minute there. This might be the modeling type of place like moonlight and jupiter. Not the likes of the once shining twilight bars. That, or the guys would really have a hard time selling the wares fully clothed.

I am happy to report that tawan is alive and kicking. The shows are back sans the whips. Guys are in boxers. Most patrons don't wear masks inside. Some customers smoke in the bar. The place is small though, but about 70% of the guys are back.

No fixed tip pricing, but a handling of their cock I give 100 baht, if I play with it for a period or suck it (yep that's ok), then maybe 200, but if they chuck-wow for you and cum then 300 baht is the expected tip. ====≠========================================== Is it OK not to buy them drinks if you do any of the 3 above? What if you do all of the above, are you expected to pay 600 to the guy or just the 300?

As this seems to be the only gogo bar operating in Pattaya for now, like to ask some tips on the etiquette of this bar. Someone describes the guys there as something on a rough trade. What does that mean, I do hope there's no underage guys there. Is it safe to visit the bar? How much should I tip the guys on stage, that shows some enthusiasm. I doubt if I would off someone from there, so I was thinking of tipping in trickles instead of 1 big bang. What time do they start?

I guess the price difference is a factor. The latter are resorts, so will be more expensive.
