Or is Mike that revered ? No doubt that building is sponsored by Mike. It's a symbiotic relationship, as the Mike Hotel and shopping arcade near Boystown sit on leased land, and owned by Wat Chai. The wat owns a chunk of land in south Pattaya, and leases it out to a number of businesses, generating substantial income for them.
