vinapu
Unfortunately Cambodia has plenty of expertise in de-mining. When first time there in 2001 people without limbs were ubiquitous. By next visit in 2016 they disappeared from view almost entirely ( in 10 days in October I possibly saw less than dozen between PP and SR ). I wonder what happened ? Perhaps got some artificial limbs or gainful employment thanks to foreign donors ? They couldn't die all as lots of them were quite young.
