Signs of age..... Like me with waiters and kitchen staff..... remember one time we went to a Churrascaria in SP near your hotel. I had so much fun that night when the waiters said the cook was gay, as well as one of the waiters and I went into the kitchen to "interview" all the cooks....I guess our table gave off the Gay Vibe that evening. I can probably come up with some pictures if I look hard enough 😆

What I like about Copa, besides their good service and young F/A's, lot of very good looking male F/A's, btw. You can buy basic economy and then "bid" for upgrades for money. I got 3 out of my last 4 legs to Brasil confirmed...and they have lie flat seats in Business to Brasil and EZE from Panama. Plus, if you get upgraded on the check in legs, you get 2-50lb luggage for free. Most Copa travelers are Central and S. American non frequent or budget travelers, many don't bother with the bidding or don't know about it because they buy from a Travel Agent.

I went for a weekend once, I asked my boss if I could go out of town for a weekend (I was in Dallas) , he said sure....I left BKK Sept 11, 2001 to go back to the US (was still Sept 10 there), when I told him I was stuck in Vancouver and didn't know when I'd make it back, he said, I knew you were going out of town, I didn't think you were going to the other side of the world for the weekend! Better to go for a weekend than not and wish you did.

Have you looked at Copa, their fares are usually fair and is a good airline.

I was watching old Eddie Murphy interviews on YouTube, I think he's so funny to listen to. This is from a Letterman show in 1985...you can fast forward to the Eddie Murphy parts, stay watching because Eddie and Cavett are pretty hilarious also. Or just forward to 36 minutes and Cavett tells his Bangkok story, I guess most people were unaware of Thailand back then, but it seemed a little awkward because Dave had no clue, lol
