  1. I never heard about this before but found it in internet today on reputable site so assume it is accurate. Sounds like another bureaucratic attempt of tourist traffic control. Why it can't be integrated with e-visa , at least for those who apply for visa electronically, not in embassies or at the border ? I also noticed that airfares from Bangkok to Phnom Penh and Siem Reap went up considerably in comparison to last year. vinapu "Beginning July 1, tourists entering Cambodia will need to present a digital entry card in addition to their passport and visa. The document, called Cambodia e-Arrival (CeA), requires holidaymakers to upload a photo of themselves and provide information about the duration of their trip and their place of stay in the country. Once completed, a QR code will be generated, which must be shown on a smartphone or in printed form. The online edition of the Khmer Times reports that devices for filling out the form are available on arrival for those who are unable to complete it in advance. However, tourists are advised to visit the website arrival.gov.kh to fill out the form directly in the browser or download an app and complete it that way. The registration should be done within seven days before entry. While the QR code in the app remains accessible offline, it is recommended to take a screenshot of it if the form was filled out in the browser, advises the immigration authority. Alternatively, one can print the page with the QR code. The new digital entry card is free of charge. All travellers will still need a passport valid for at least six months and a visa, which can be applied for in advance or obtained on arrival for tourists and business travellers. Cambodia is renowned for Angkor Wat, a majestic Hindu-Buddhist temple complex in the country's north. Considered one of South-East Asia's most important archaeological sites, the Angkor complex, which includes Angkor Wat, was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1992. It remains a top travel destination, featured on many travellers' bucket lists."
  2. of course you are right, , going from Soi 4 turn LEFT at Thainya to find Moonlight. Or keep going along Silom to hit soi 2 with GOD and DJ, I did not mention those as I don't go there, always saturated with offering in area described above.
  3. If you staying in Quarter Silom you don't need any recommendation. Within 5 minutes walk , no matter whether you turn left or right you will finds yourself in paradise with 2 dozen massage shops , all with all kinds of guys sitting in front and asking for your attention. Keep walking either way another 5 minutes and you will find yourself in Patpong, second , more narrow alley is called Patpong 2 and this is where you will find Fresh Boys, Good Boy, Hot Male & Dreamboys and those bar names are telling. Visit all and you will be able to make your idea which one is the best. World famous Foodland Patpong is also there for your eating and shopping needs. Few steps further you will find gay center of Silom if not whole Bangkok - soi 4 where Banana Club barkers will greet you enthusiastically close to entrance and if you keep walking , after several restaurants and bars at end of soi you will see Jupiter bar where boys are not exactly twinks but handsome and show is entertaining. If you continue along Silom past soi 4 you will see more and more massage places with boys outside. Turn right at Thaniya , that's busy side street with Japanese flavor and at end of it you will hit Suriwong. In small alley roughly opposite of Raya hotel you will find or barkers direct you to a Moonlight bar with more handsome guys and a lot of more manly twinks. In 15 minutes if you don't stop anywhere your grand tour of the area is done . Going back to hotel you pass by more massage shops and turn into soi 6 where your hotel is . there you will find The One , former Tawan bar known for big boys but you may want to visit there and who knows? Perhaps you will like somebody there as well.
  4. that's better point of view. I agree that in many cases those tattoos is too much but closer the distance to a man in question , less visible and potentially annoying they become. I personally in most cases just don't see them. reminds me my own story when visiting BoyzBoyzBoyz with our late member firecat. He pointed at one guy with great body but VERY rough face and said he looks so scary , nobody will take him. It did not take long before that guy was sitting beside me. Next morning message from firecat ' did you survive tax axe murderer ? "
  5. Friend who is gay but not member here asked me about Silom Convent Garden Hotel beside Sauna Mania. Since I never stay there , only passed by on few occasions I have no idea how is it but hope some members could share their experiences if any.
  6. Luang Prabang is really small city and after dark sleepy at that, so you need to trim your expectations re bars , clubs, spas and massages. But You may get lucky on apps. I did
  7. Jupiter
  8. definitely if one has time my advice will be to visit all three areas if only to make own mind what is worth visiting and what is not. Our mileages may vary and so things we are looking for or enjoy. There are no go-go's , never mind very progressive ( ahem) shows on Jomtien Complex but one may find those in Boyztown. Nice Boys in Sunee is uniqe concept available only there. Jomtien Comnplex bars are open concept so it's easier to see who is available but at times are annoyingly noisy with corresponding cacophony.
  9. some rooms in Quarter SalaDaeng (former Siri Sathorn) and Furama Sathorn XClusive have kitchenette or even full kitchen in the unit
  10. on the way to Senso, how convenient
  11. Thay may be on something. In my city is considered common wisdom that influx of foreigners buying investment properties contributed big time to spike in real estate prices in recent years. As result city introduced steep vacant property tax
  12. probably you are much better than me handing all those " how are you ? I miss you soo much " messages
  13. and approachable, smiling at us and trying to establish an eye contact. That sharp contrast to guys from another bar well known for handsome guys.
  14. turn off the lights in the room before you start rolling in the bed with boy and you will not see any of those. I don't think tattoos are such tragedy , if it was buys wouldn't beautify themselves with ones fearing loss of business. To a degree I agree with you though, when seeing two handsome guys on the stage, one tattooed and another one not I always go with one who smiles at me broader.
  15. For me there's plenty of attractive guys in Moonlight without even waiting for models to appear. My favorite model would be Nut, there were days I was enamored with Nicky but those are gone.
  16. very fact that bar reopened means they are on upswing, no?
  17. +1, word for word, exactly my experience there. Way it worked than , main shop was on main soi (Wat Hua Lampong ) and when you mentioned you want massage by man somebody lead you to the same place shown above.
  18. First - actually no. I have Line of boys who initiated that contact. Contrary to what we may think and regretfully in few cases, not everybody offered or asked about Line. Second - it's not how I operate. I prefer to show unannounced for two reasons: vanity because I like to see their reaction and practicality, since I don't want to be tied with messages from minute I leave train at Phaya Thai. I have few guys who never stop sending me messages of " when can I see you ?" type if they know I'm there. I find this kind of attention overwhelming. Actually out f 7 boys I feel like missing on my first three days I did have contact of only one.
  19. No doubt result of invasion of Ukraine by Moldova
  20. Differences in visa regimes you describe have simple source, chances are that few Thai visitors to Russia would be opting to extend their stay there past visa while Western countries may be much more attractive and tempting to overstay. generally speaking there two kinds of visa policies in the wide world. Reciprocity - this is what Russia along with many countries is practising and it means that each country grants the same privileges , often also the same level of visa pricing to citizens of other coutries. Practicality - if country is interested in tourist dollar , sometimes also in showing good will toward other party more than grandstanding it's releasing visa regime from their side without expecting the same treatment other way- Thailand is good example.
  21. I'd like to hear about that lack of racism from Tajik or Kyrgyz workers there. About snobbery - just glance at stores lining Moscow's main avenues.
  22. I know quite a few so-called Vietnamese boat people who would be greatly offended that their suffering was summarized that way
  23. too bad Russian oligarchs and top level politicians don't know it and are still sending their families to EU countries plus UK and USA and buying real estate there right , left and center.
  24. I did to, one of most pleasurable moments on vacations there are those morning updates " how did your guy turned out?". Hope now you have good grasp of how Silom works , obviously you do if you managed to beat me to that gorgeous Khim, lol
