I think both variants are operating i.e all the way from Jomtien to Naklua and Beach rd loop. Last trip I boarder one at soi Post Office thinking it will take me to Jomtien but it turned left on Second Road and terminated there. To be sure it's better to look for signs 'Naklua" or "Jomtien" on the vehicle

yes and no since we always deal with two markets , local and domestic If in our country, say an apple , cost 1$ and we go to Lesotho where the same may sell for 10 cents but shrewd seller quotes us 20 cents and we go for it two things happened at once, both true : 1/ we got ripped off, overpaying twice, ouch ! 2/ we got what we wanted for 1/5 of home value.
