Day 9 After 2 busy nights we obviously needed some rest , not to mention fact that I found hard to unglue myself from Z’s sweet embraces. So breakfast trip to Foodland was almost at noon depriving me chance to get discounted set for 65 baht / available only 5.30 to 9 / and I was forced to fork out whooping 81 baht for the same. Suprisingly , Z opted for the same thing, American breakfast. Usually boys take some Asian dish for the first meal of the day but he wanted to be adventurous I guess. After that he wanted to visit some local market so we went to Silom Market past soi 6 and then we crossed Silom to another no-name I guess, but much bigger market there in soi 5. He wanted to buy some blouses for his mother and sisters and shirt for himself, easy task one could say but not when gay boy is shopping , even very manly looking one. So I was was treated to a spectacle of trying and deliberating over most minute details which normally would drive me crazy and upset mightily but today and in his company I was in such good mood I could withstand any torture so I just smiled. He was in good mood too, no doubt Sauna Mania visit helped, perhaps even I contributed 5.5 % to his pot of good mood and wanted to buy me a gift , shirt which I did not want. Catch 22 situation because I did not want to offend him either but fortunately there was no my size and he gave up idea. I’m well past stage of acquiring things I don’t need. When he spied shirt he liked it was even more entertaining trying multiple times , comparing to dozen of others, abusing mirror mightily and testing my patience even more. But when I started to feel homophobic he finally made decision to buy and took my advice to dress in it right away to get good feel of his new garment. Beside was underwear stand so I invited him to choose one, purchased and gifted it to him. No, it was not good heart being my motivation but pure self interest because I suggested our next step will be return to the room where he can actually try that briefs. To his credit , idea was approved with due enthusiasm and in 5 minutes we were there. We did not overlook fact that trying he is already almost undressed and utilized situation to have some romantic fun. Being product of 21 century he is on his phone most of time but to his credit , not much when we occupy bed together . But somehow he managed to discover that there’s message waiting him from one of his friends, read admirers who was about to leave Bangkok after his vacations and somehow discovered Z is here. So I suggested he will go to kiss his friend good bye as he was in hotel in our area and instructed him I’ll be waiting at 5 p.m. at entry of Maha Nakhon where I expected to meet Spoon and on the top Jimbillp as well . Spoon was there to announce that he invited A, his Moonlight trophy from last evening to come as well and informed me that A was inquiring if I will be there. Which immediately set me off even higher then Maha Nakhon top as I had my designs on A seeing him yesterday and knowing today it’s Spoon’s last day. It’s Christmas already ? I thought for a moment hearing that. to be continued as story of the day is long one so for better reading I divided it in two parts.....

Bigger problem is constant watch every time passport is pulled out so card will not be missing which happened once to me at one of hotels but card was handily found on the reception floor I understand missing one may lead to some substantial fine at departure. Day 8 In the morning we felt hungry and went for breakfast. It was not included in the rate so extra charge 200 or 250 / I don’t recall exactly / was to be paid but offering was pretty rich. No, I did not have enough of Z’s company so I asked him if we can have another hour for extra tip. I just wanted to hug him a bit more as it was time to return to Bangkok. So we returned to the room , dressed for an occasion i.e. undressed and had some quiet body to body moment which produced spark of enlightenment for me . I asked him if he wants to go with me to Bangkok for 2 days and positive answer was immediate, I guess benefits of low season. I was supposed to pay 600 baht fee for two days so gave him money and told him to be ready in 1 hour. I warned him that today I’m meeting my friends so he will have time off but tomorrow we spent together, he seemed to be happy with that too. He left to pick up his stuff , I packed my suitcase and went to his bar to pick him up and we marched to airport bus station where we had good luck as next bus was in 20 minutes, enough to have a beer. Bangkok’s sky looked quite heavy and as sooon as we left BTS train at Chong Nonsi rain started . By time we hit Silom it was heavy so we parked ourselves in underpass in the building on the corner, Z went to 7/11 to buy some food and we were waiting for deluge to stop no more than 500 m from our hotel Glitz. Soi 6 was completely under water and I recalled similar situation 2 years ago when Christian and me were stuck in Super A for exactly the same reason. But it did not last forever and soon sun smiled . Glitz gave us 2 key cards so we have our freedoms but they required deposit of 500 per card which I paid. Hotel is well positioned, around the corner from Tawan so close to everywhere, room a bit on dark side but well appointed and modern with glass paneled toilet, safe was working and even lack of elevator was Ok as our room was on 2nd floor / 1st for Europeans / . At 5 p.m. I announced free time for us both. Z went to survey vicinity, we will learn later where it lead him to and I took taxi to meet somebody in soi Ruan Rudi on other side of Lumpini Park. Walked back and at 8 p.m. I walked few steps to Tarntawan where ggobkk was already waiting and spoon was supposed to arrive soon. It was my first meeting with both gentlemen but we did not have any problem with recognizing each other. Dinner time, somebody proposed Madrid Tavern , always great idea to dine in that den of spies serving fine pizza . Using the same formula I have with Christian each of us ordered different one and we shared. Somehow unanimously and right away we decided that our next step will be Moonlight so we marched there , in mouth of the soi escorted by no one less than well known bandanna tout. At 9 p.m. bar was almost empty which gave us choice of seating and we picked up seats right in front of shower enclosure. Despite only few patrons in attendance scene was full of prime material. Without exaggeration I could give my parting tip to at least half of them. There were one specimen particularly good looking with musculature of semi-god and spoon did not waste any time to call him over. Guy, lets call him A, turned out very friendly , shook our hands , click glass with us few times and seemed very happy he was engaged. I secured in having companion in the room, naïve me , made myself busy distributing few 1 red notes to guys who impressed me the most. GGoBkk found somebody to take home as well and changed seats , waving us good bye soon after. We liked the show, parade of models who then stepped down and perform vigorous dance among audience. Smart and Nut looked much better in flesh than on the pictures and Mark’s smile was even more charming . Nicky , hero of my 2 offs last October kind of looked at me and perhaps recalled something but did not make any approaching move which was good idea to avoid disappointment as I was engaged anyways and definitely not in the mood to visit some expensive club in Thong Lor like last time . Tam, Khun and Tae were absent but Babe electrified audience as always, he is born performer but I still liked spoon’s guy A better than all models. Drink 450 second drink 350, off fee for go-go 500, for models 1000. Before show finished I noticed that GGoBkk’s guy was back so I guessed our friend just wanted somebody to wipe his tears as he was leaving Bangkok in the morning. After the show Spoon and I agreed to see each other atop of MahaNakhon tomorrow afternoon where I will drag Z with me and another member jimbillp will be looking for us as well. Spoon grabbed A to show him his stamp collection and I marched to Glitz to show mine to Z. It was just past midnight but room was empty and looked not visited since we left it at 5 p.m. Obviously I was not only room’s occupant who had fun that night. I found something to do and only when I was ready to go the the bed door opened and Z danced it like straight from 7th heaven. As it turned out 7th heaven was Sauna Mania, he found the way on google and spent evening there. I will not be reporting on his relation but in his words it was ‘crazy’ and it looked that I’m not only one who admires his manly attributes. It did not stop us both from having fun together and have pretty much sleepless night. Highest order and big bonus for me for having that idea of bringing him to Bangkok with me. What a great day , day 8 was.

Yes I have that feeling that guys were much more keen on business than during busier time which is logical. Additional bonus was that did not rush in the morning to go, it was more me who chased them from bed because I was hungry. Day 7 continued Back to Zing , where lingering effect of yesterday’s allergy tablet , wanton lifestyle of the last week and perhaps excitement of travelling to a place closely connected with best trip of my entire long and well travelled life put me to sleep for a quite few hours. It was dark when I finally waked up so made myself groomed for my first serious exploration of Jomtien Complex bars ever. I was there few times before, even offed guy from QM bar but it was more an appendix to rest of Pattaya than destination itself until tonight. So I made grand tour , bars were pretty busy , some very busy , others not so much. Lots of boys but mostly on younger side and many too groomed for my taste, in short more twinky and fem specimens than muscly axe murderer types I’m attracted to. Some engaging and trying to pull me into their bars , quite a few and too many at that glued to their phones and not really paying attention which is kind of good thing as it’s easier to survey domain without being constantly invited to enter and have a drink. Can’t say my heart beat rate increased and I already started to check if I have 10 baht to go to Pattaya but as we all know it’s not over until it’s over. In front of last or second last bar before The Venue, it’s @Home bar, I was stopped by the guy with manly , quite rough and lightly bearded face and invited inside. Sure , finally some men closer to specification. Very engaging with good English, drinks ordered and delivered, usual questions asked , when he said he is from Myanmar I had that moment of enlightenment and asked ‘ from Yangoon or Mrauk U “. Most people would ask about Yangoon or Mandalay as those are prominent cities but I had my Guardian Angel whispering helpfully.. He IS from Mrauk U so immediately chemistry built up and started it’s bonding magic as it’s pretty endearing to be asked abroad accurately about obscure place we are coming from . It’s like asking American in foreign land ‘ are you from New York or St. Olaf, Minnesota “ when he in fact would be Rose Nyland ‘s compatriot. (If you don’t know Rose Nyland, google ‘ golden girls’ ). It become very fast obvious that we like each other , specially when I noticed some increases above his knees so we did not waste much time in the bar and soon guy, let’s call him Z and me were trekking to Zing. None of us was hungry nor thirsty , it was trek straight to the room . I’m rarely bored in company of guys in my bed in Thailand but tonight was really steamy and entertaining beyond measure. When you have guy who is intelligent and witty but also endowed with proper manly attributes and perhaps best and firmest bubble butt since Alexander the Great it was material for and atomic bomb type of the night. Fact that I was well rested in the afternoon no doubt helped but I still did not know what I like better , conversation or body contact. My day 7 was crowned with best compliment I heard in a while “ I generally don’t like older men but I like you “, chances were, he did not made it. He, he.

Day 7 Breakfast was pretty late as we wanted to catch up with part of night we wasted for sleeping in literal sense of the word. Warm embraces for good bye as if we felt this was our last meeting this trip. Then my usual trip to soi post office to internet café where power of forum was revealed with reader’s post : Terracotta Warriors To March into Bangkok This Sept. and subsequent kokopelli’ s link to an information about Viharna Siem temple and museum where few original warriors figures are exhibited. As koko pointed temple is not that far from Pattaya so I got my wanderlust immediately , stopped taxi and asked about trip there. Excited, I lost my cool as stupidly I accepted shrewd offer of 1000 baht round trip with unlimited waiting time. But being cultured person and one who had a chance to see original site in Xian well before China opened to the world and world of mass tourism ( I was there in 1986 when country was still on bicycles ) it was trip down to memory lane, not one to be devoted to satang pinching. Thank you gentleman both ! It’s actually not that far from Pattaya and quite close to Noong Noch tropical gardens so probably 500 baht would do. In half an hour I was on the site , bought ticket for 50 baht and went in. Very interesting exhibition , quite impressive model of an original site and of course several statues of terracotta warriors . I’m not big fan of them being removed from where they belong i.e. their original place but it’s not much I can do about that so enjoyed what I could. Good views of vicinity with newly built , Indian style temple nearby is making site interesting and pleasant half day trip place for Pattaya residents and visitors. I’d go as far as say it’s even worth driving from Bangkok , specially when combined with Gardens. I’m attaching few pictures for interested and / or curious.

Day 6 For a change we went for breakfast to one of restaurants fronting Beach Road, better view than basement located Foodland but one pays for a privilege, not that difference is big in monetary terms , 150 vs 80 , about 70 baht but makes impression when one considers percentage , almost double. At end of breakfast , at leaving time view was enraged by quite a kiss he planted on me in full view of almost nobody other than personnel as Beach Road was quite empty that early but KISS it was ! Energized and feeling generation or two younger I went for a stroll , visited internet café and in time to pack I returned to hotel as after 3 days there , time to transfer suitcase to a Zing in Jomtien complex. Great value for money, sizable room with all conveniences for 812 baht per night, can’t ask for more. I went to see how beach looks like nowadays but it was lunch time in low season so it was pretty empty . I one of those naturalized stretches without chairs I noticed gay couple , older farang with hunky Asian in very amorous position which made me very jealous as that hunk was one of those I’d off in a heartbeat at whatever his rate would be, After all there are lucky people in this city thought I sighting deeply. I felt hungry and it was a lot of time to dinner with aussie_ so I made smart decision to eat something and at the same time stupid one to choose PadThai with shrimps. After that I WENT BACK TO Pattaya and not before long I felt unpleasant tingling and my skin was turning red with bumps. I know what’s that – allergy to a seafood, Fortunately there was pharmacy right there , I was sold Zirtec and given water to flush it down and after about 30 minutes it started easing up . Passing by Paradise massage Wit , my companion of last 2 nights noticed a bit of change and asked what happened. At 8 pm I parked myself at Salt and Pepper, told host I’m waiting for my friend aussie_ and immediately was ordered to move to another table which is his favorite . Minute or two later aussie_ showed up and seconds later biguyby appeared so we had nice dinner and a conversation. What they had I don’t recall but I know what was my treat – chicken with cashew nuts. By that time Zirtec did the job and red bubbles disappeared but it was a bit scary. Out trio as self- appointed forum representation walked to Nice Boys where I had chance for a third time to get bit intimated with the same guy I was with previous 2 evenings. After a whole we changed scenery to a Boyztown when we split as I noticed inside of Toyboys another forumer – Vessey with his entourage so I joined in for a bit of talk. In meantime surveying scene I noticed very cute , bubble butted boy who was aware of my presence and smiled sunny in my direction. So motion made , drink ordered , long time , no, short time yes, lets go. No we did not return to Zing , that bed was scheduled to be empty tonight as I also booked one night at LeCafe Royal , if only to see how it looks after renovations and closure. At 20 $ I could afford such experiment. It was only hotel that trip where they wanted to hold on to my guest ‘s ID , who would think? Rooms are painted white and so is furniture. Bit psychedelic violet light but when you torn it of and again on , it becomes normal white one. Room was clean but I had impression that it was used already today perhaps as short time room or just left by previous occupant as it was some moisture on the shower’s floor . But towels were fresh and so was bed so hastily we utilized both in that order. Very nice body , even better up close than looked on from the bar, Very good English and interested story. Orphan raised in a monastery, told me he doesn’t know who his parents are and when he visits his hometown , he goes to monastery. No, it was not money extracting story , just emerged as part of conversation as it is well known than people are hiring escorts of either sex mainly to talk. Obviously he had a lot of schooling because vocabulary was quite sophisticated. And apart from talk he knew his job so we had not only pleasant but also quite a hot time. But since long time was off the table, at 12.30 past midnight I initiated parting rites because I had no intention to see sunrise alone. After that morning kiss it was straight direction toward Paradise hoping I will catch Wit, he was right there and he knew why I’m walking toward the place. He did not even call me butterfly anymore as with third engagement in row it would not make much sense. I promised to wait for him in front of hotel and few minutes past 1 he showed up and quite hastily we went upstairs but not without leaving ID on reception as well. I, of course was treated with that knowing smile but I took it as a badge of honor and I guess , rightly so. There was one obstacle tonight, that allergy tablet I took hours before. Those medicines are making most people sleepy so tonight’s idea of fun turned out to wrap myself around the guy and depart to a dreamland. Easy money for him but well deserved. At least we did not waste morning , well rested both we had enough energy to make some mess in the room. And this is how day 6 finished.

that's wise advice. I'm not exactly novice in those matters, walk a lot and must say I only recall one serious grumbling by the guy, walk from Hero to Nana BTS station. Used exactly your approach -if I can walk so do you, it worked. On another hand if distance is more than trivial , say Arena to BBB Inn sometimes I ask guys if they want taxi just in case they don't want to be seen parading with grandpappy farang, so far no takers other than obvious like from Patpong to Malaysia Hotel or Boyztown to Jomtien. On last trip I had true hero - we walked all the way from Central Festival to far end of Walking street and back length of Walking street to baht bus stop near school so boys have legs, often very nice looking too. Get them to use those. Even suspected primadonnas ( just suspected , they are not) like Mekhin or Tam suggested walk from old Jupiter to Nantra.

Day 5 Night was kind of soothing and quiet which can’t be said about steamy morning. Few hints about boyfriend option and bid disappointment when I confessed of being of butterfly religion. But very nice guy indeed. Breakfast in Foodland and then we parted our ways with hugs and kisses in front of the mall, some people don’t have any shame. Energized by all that morning gymnastics I made quite a walk t Bali Hai pier where I checked if ferry to Hua Hin is still operating, ( yes it is ), then to TukCom and winding through soi Bukao back home with urgent need to change shirt and take shower. Than before 5 to Royal House for that Soviet massage but it turned out he was with client already, good for him thought I and went to internet café promising to be back in ½ hr. It worked , upon return he was free and I could succumb myself to his mutilations. 400 for the house , 1000 tip. Next step was hop on baht bus and on to Berliner Café where I was supposed to meet with biguyby who arrived in Pattaya today. It was perfectly co-ordinated as on approach I saw him coming from opposite direction. As always nice and long chat over our favorite dishes. Then we surveyed a bit of Beach Road where several girls and few boys were already on duty hoping for the best. We parted our ways and I went to Sunee with plans to visit Winners and Nice boys. On approach I spot aussie_ with few friends and we agreed to meet for dinner tomorrow then I entered Winners so nobody can accuse me that I discriminate against twinks. Bat was not very crowded but few patrons were inside already , drink 90, boy drink 130, invited boy I recalled from previous visit to sit beside so we could warm each other a bit. After a while tipped him 200 and went again to Nice Boys, today better stuffed than yesterday. One of guys on stage was owner of quite sizable endowment so I couldn’t resist to check it’s autencity and after positive verification tipped him 100 and called over the same boy I got a bit intimate yesterday for eve more intimacy. Lots of fun in the bar with several patrons entertaining themselves and their guys . Another 300 dispensed , my pleasure , boys gain and off to BoyzBoyzBoyz because I’m on the mission tonight. I want to nail that Handsome Cambodian and I want him badly. I don’t know why but I do, even if only to look at his handsome face. Scene crowded with guys fully dressed , strange formula for a go-go bar but who I’m to teach owner how to run his business. Veteran mamasan recalled me from previous trips , asked whom I fancy and since I did not see my goal I told him that I’m interested in one Cambodian. He pointed few but none of them was my guy but at one point I noticed him in the last row and show him to mamasan who promptly lasered him over. Drink ordered and when I asked discreetly if he will go with me answer was a bit freezing “ I need to think about it, lets talk outside “ Fresh air worked since after a while after listing his limits / basically 100% straight, “I no gay”/ and prompted by his bar friend whom I also invited over at price of outside drink of 250 he said “ I will go with you” .GOALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL !!!. Seventh heaven for me but it was more drama, upon learning I’m in the classrooms he asked that we go there separately with him following me in a distance so I suggested better option , I go by the Cupidol and he can go by Family mart and we meet at Classroom door. My guess was he did not want to spoil his reputation among female customers he is going with guy, and past his prime at that. Not that I asked for reason as important thing for me was reaching my goal. In the room all worked perfect . Limits respected and rest is mine. Undressed as handsome as dressed , typical straight guy attitude “ I’m on the job and want to do it right” . Long time was out of question but he was not in rush, just before 1 am he asked if he can go and it was perfect timing because I just got some great idea so we went downstairs together. He went his way tip richer and I went to Paradise to see if my last night companion will be still there as I know he is finishing work at 1. I sat down across the soi watching the door and it did not take long before he emerged spotting me in my waiting contemplation immediately so he came over , ‘are you waiting for somebody?” , ‘yes, for you” . Three minutes later we were already undressing, crowning my day 5 , day when I finally managed to get my dream of getting close to Handsome Cambodian realized. Of course my guy noticed that both towels are wet ( I had third fresh for him) and said disapprovingly ‘ you butterfly “ but this did not stopped him from being great companion whole night. What a great country Thailand is !
