from my experience fact of having girlfriend / wife and /or kids not necessarily affects boys performance. Quite opposite , at least those with dose of responsibility realize that good service may mean good tip and coveted repeated business. One of quite well known guys told me outright that his new girlfriend doesn't mean him working in men's sex business as long as he brings money home. I leave aside question of how straight really some of those boys are. I'm surprised too as they are available in 99% of 7/11 in Bangkok , always where refrigerated drinks or food is. But there they are in bit different wrapping - white and blue , without the snake.
