somebody reported it already but I just noticed new place called "SS Residences" in the same soi ABomb is, entrance is right beside former Vassa bar in the small connecting soi. Place looks new and is not available on agoda nor expedia yet ( at least I did not find it there) but booking.com quotes about 900 / baht per night so may be worth to consider as is close enough to BOyztown, whole 27 seconds walk, but that soi is much more quiet

I just passed by and yes, almost completed , they are cleaning floor and setting up furniture. Grand Opening can be expected any day now I guess.

absolutely answer is yes, now I'm on second floor / 1st for Europeans / and no problem with the noise. No problem with resident girls or hotel guests at all. There are 2 bars on ground floor , ABOMB, boy bar and Classroom own girl bar. Entry to the rooms is by separate door , keycard protected o bar guests unless sitting outside don't know who you are hosting and it' not their business anyways. Boyztown is kind of very quiet , Toy Boy look like short of boys big time , me and Christian visited twice yesterday 2 hours apart and saw even empty stage . But BBB is packing , Music bar past midnight lat night looked full , good fun at Castro with 1/3 seats taken and I have impression guys are more keen for a business. I'm happy with trip so far so it can't be that bad and certainly far from last October disaster

I visited today and it is impressive place indeed, perhaps even classier then RIP Magnolia and in much better location. All amenities are shiny new, showers in the room as well as storage closet for one's belongings. massage table with face well Before 5 p.m. , 1 hr is 220 only, 1.5 hrs. 500. Not sure how long that type of prices will last. And most important enhanced options are available. Therapist fully dressed but made sure I knew his pants were not exactly empty where they shouldn't be by proper positioning himself but only after he checked initial reaction. Most important , massage was of proper kind and guy knew what he is doing and move to the next stage was only after I impatiently started some questionable motions. Recommended

I'm staying right now in Classrooms above ABomb, room is big and yes I have big fridge, microwave and full set of utensils in the room.Gentleman I was hosting last night drank his white wine from proper glass, go figure. No breakfast but Foodland is short walk away and there are many other places with all day breakfast

Few people mentioned Amara, just left after 2 nights there and for those who like upscale hotels I can fully recommend. Very well appointed rooms and those on upper floors have a view, I was on 16th and it was quite impressive , not like from MahaNakhon but still close. Rooftop poll an additional bonus and very impressive buffet breakfast. Walking distance to Patpong and Red Planet is just beside. But it all costs money so while I recommend it be prepared with fat wallet . AND MOST IMPORTANT- NO PROBLEM WITH VISITORS, they let ChristianPFC in without asking any questions and the same with two lesser mortals, one quite impressively tattooed. ( no we did not have foursome , after all I was there 2 nights, right ?)

Having arrived in BKK on Sunday and jet lag surprisingly being very user friendly I must say that in process I find confirmation on my two theories, in the back of the plane in middle section there's bigger chance if nobody sitting in the middle seat allowing for more elbow room and that additional comfort greatly mitigates severity if jet lag even if I have several hours time difference to deal with.

They better act fast before warnings and advisories will appear on government and airlines websites.

I'd not call them lazy , enterprising rather. I don't blame them for those requests, after all most of them are poor by our standards and often by Thai standards as well. All of us rather make twice as much in half demanding job than we have so we can't blame guys for taking easy highway. It's up to us to succumb to requests or by-pass them. as much as I sympathize with their plight I'm in reject camp , mainly because I tend to pay them generously when using their company when there and quite often they can make more money off me but they rather have fun somewhere else. ( "I can't do long time because I go with friends , I can't come at 2 p.m. because I need to go to gym , I need to go at 6 am because of traffic " being most common type of excuses ). At end of day this comes easy for me as I usually don't share my contact with guys and few times I did , yes sooner or later I was invited to support their lifestyle one way or another.
