I like to think about myself as one going exclusively with straight or at least straight acting boys . Many a times when we are sitting in the room, still dressed, talking and drinking Hong Thong or whatever, I take his hand and notice his jeans bulging quite fast I can't stop wondering how straight really they are. Sure they elbowed us aside but let's be honest , plenty of room to move inside still as long as we have our wallets with us. They may not be offing that much but certainly are tipping lavishly. In my many years I never saw farang tipping boy on the stage 500 or 1000 baht ( I never saw doesn't meant they did not tip that generously) but did saw such generous Chinese, both ladies and guys. Including one boy from Jupiter tipped 1000 just for being there I subsequently offed that night so Chinese -vinapu co-operation kept all 3 parties involved happy and boy occupied.

All my sympathy to you , hope doctors can find what bug is biting you. But did you see a doctor or you try to heal by autosuggestion ? After spending so much time in bed , no wonder you feel weak. Even if you not feeling well try to walk at least around the table for few minutes couple times a day. Do you have somebody who can do your shopping for you ? It would be good if you can eat something fresh from time to time at least. Not only cooked meals but fruits and veggies. Listen to your body signals after your meals. No, you don't need any credit cards not travel cards when you shop locally, just cash and ID. Recover fast but don't run until you are sure you can just walk one step at the time as you discovered on your shopping trip. Forget about fresh flowers for now - you may be allergic to something . If you use water purifier make sure filter is clean, you sound like my friend who got something from residue in the filter. What doctor says?

as both numazu and me mentioned , those models are looking much better in flesh like most of Oriental boys in my opinion. Somehow I'm surprised at distortion photos are making to those guys and I think if I went just by photos I'd never off half of boys I see their pictures on websites and know them from more personal contact. As for charges I agree with you , specially 1500 off fee is taking skin alive without anesthetics but I think logic really is to discourage offing boys who are making enough just by presence in bar and taking part in the show. Bottom line is -go , see for yourself and then decide, like numazu said above , it may be a case of ' money be damned" even if just to satisfy curiosity.

we should be proud that increased tips we are paying are helping Thai economy and in particular boy's families economy spreading world's wealth a tiny bit more evenly. An additional bonus is that most of our money goes directly to recipient with only fraction / off fees , drinks, bar tips / going to middlemen. On even mote serious note out of 4 main expenses categories / flight , accommodation, food and boy tips / in last 17 years I'm coming to LOS, flight costs decreased substantially but surprisingly perhaps my records are showing that item risen the most is accommodation. (I'm comparing apples to apples as I have original invoices from Niagara and Royal Benja hotels , both still well in existence but charging much , much more)
