Just to let u know, u can now use grab in hua hin. A major problem for me before is the transport, mostly monopolized by tuktuk which has 150 baht minimum, which is ridiculous if u are only going from hotel to town. They were behaving very badly before, but i do noticed that nowadays they are now more well behaved and pretty much like the rest of other tourists in term of behaviour, no different than anyone from the countryside or rural area behave when they first arrived in a city. On the smoking, i am definitely against them, and wont be sitting anywhere near those who smoke, but if the bar does allow them, i would definitely appreciate if they at least separate smoking and non smoking area. Smokers have their right to poison themselves but they dont have a right to poison others.
