What's you favorite stopover city to/from Thailand?
spoon replied to AlexThompson's topic in Gay Thailand
I have lots of love for tokyo mostly for their unique and futuristic city. Ive never been to taipei, but it is in my list of places to go to as well. I guess value wise, taipei should be cheaper than tokyo. -

I havent had this issue yet, but some boy that i really like, its me who ask the boy if i can take his picture. I only took picture of one boy really, of which, to my delight, he is ok with it. And its not a picture of me and him but rather him alone, no face. I showed the picture i took of him and it is only for my collection. And not during the action though.

I can vouch most south east asian dont like to walk as a mode of transportation. It doesnt means they cant, they just dont prefer it. Other than time consuming, walking in the city isnt exactly fun, with exhaust fumes and pollution, and we tend to sweat even for short walk due to humidity and weather. Trekking in the jungle is a different story altogether, so is walking inside shopping mall for hours lol.

I have never used food delivery in thailand, but have used it religiously here in KL. We also have honestbee here and also received noticed of their suspension, and turns out they have cash issues and still owes some food outlet money. There are few more options here, grabfood, foodpanda, delivereats for food delivery. But i also used dahmakan (literally means finished eating) which is a delivery-only food outlet created by few chefs. They served unique and healthy food but also have cheaper menu as well. They have thai brand called polpa by dahmakan. Whats great about this is they have subscription where u buy certain amount of prepaid meals for a discount. Their premium and healthy option has always been great in taste, the cheaper ones are usully hit and miss for me.

Thai English - favourite Tinglish words and expressions
spoon replied to joshhb's topic in Gay Thailand
I believe is is just two words mixed up. My friend is the phrase used for friend. You refer to "your" possessvie. Also the order used for adjective/possive is after the noun, not before like english. Similar in malay, beautiful lady is perempuan cantik, perempuan (lady), cantik (beautiful). So your friend = my friend you. -

Or lady is probably already. Grss can mean glass, but its a weird thing to ask through sms. Knowing what kind of business is it might help. -
This point is definitely a very positive change, and i hope itll continue to be. Wish the same can be said for the rest of the world too.

Some boy says u take care of me, pretty sure an invitation to make you his boyfriend? Or daddy, whatever works hehe. It could turn to a serious thing i suppose, at least thats how i see it. Its one of the thing you probablh need to talk it with the boy coz only he can tell you the truth. It could mean various thing, from the truly i like you and want to be your bf, so you better not go find other boys, or he already made enough money off you and feel guilty to take more money, or simply what u just said, he figured out that doing that will earn him more money in the long run.

Source A 56-year-old man from Switzerland, who now lives in Thailand, recently spoke to a Thai media about how his life was turned upside down by a Thai woman The Swiss man, Tony Niko used to make around RM40,000 a month by running a building extension firm in his home country. There he employed 50 people to work in the firm, The Thaiger reported via TMN Cable TV. During a visit to Thailand, Tony claims he met a woman who would go on to change his life. According to Tony, he met "the love of his life" while he was visiting the Walking Street, Pattaya Tony says he spent seven years together with the woman, whose name he said was Leuchakorn. They lived in Rayong, located on the east coast of Thailand. He claims he bought her a house, a car, and land in Rayong. And when Leuchakorn needed money for her new laundry business, Tony did not hesitate to invest in it. According to him, his life savings, worth over 3 million, were enough for both of them to last. After seven years of being together, Tony finally asked the Thai woman to marry him He believed that they would live a blissful married life and proposed to continue residing in Thailand after his marriage. Leuchakorn, however, was reluctant to marry Tony, claiming that she had to work further up north in the country. Before he realised it, she sold the house and land under her name before vanishing. It's been three years since the woman disappeared from his life but Tony, still in love, is looking for her till today Tony, who now battles to make ends meet each day, claims that he still loves her and wants to reunite with her so that they can continue living together. He no longer has any savings and is forced to live at a temple in Jomtien, south of Pattaya. According to The Thaiger, he survives by sweeping the grounds and getting help from the locals who are familiar with him. However, Tony claims that he is happy and still intends to continue living in Thailand

Where is your second-favorite neighborhood to stay in Bangkok?
spoon replied to AlexThompson's topic in Gay Thailand
Depends on what you like to do i supposed. If u like massages, some neighbourhood like sathorn, suan phlu might be fun. If you like shopping, the siam paragorn area, pratunam are great place to be. Staying along the river are also great but transport (unless u dont mind the boat) is a bit difficult. Khaosan is backpackers area if you are into that. -
If you dont mind, pm me too

In malay, we also use one word to describe switch on/off and open/close. I believe there are tonnes of other examples where this is true. One word in a language can have several words equivalent and vice versa. -
Convenient. Itll be about 200-300 baht from jomtien to boyztown though
