I love massages but i rarely take thai massage. In fact, i think i only had thai massage once in my entire life, and decided the technique, if done wrongly, can be dangerous. In particular the one that involves neck and spine. Even then, taking oil massages, they usually ends with few stretches of thai massage, and again, ill politely refuse if it deals with spine or neck twisting. My brother is an orthopaedic surgeon and ive once asked about this and he says he has seen many cases of massage gone wrong. Of course, if its done right, it can be very rewarding. So my advice is, stick to legit massage place with masseurs that has certification for your thai massages. Otherwise, relaxing oil massages are much better to relax and release your tension coupled with deep tissue massages, or even better, sport massage for muscle recovery. Ive never try chiropractor, and might never will. I agree though, if after and HE is the main reason to patronize the center, forget about my advice and pick the one who fits the bills lol

Like reader's mentioned, and im pretty sure if the guys are happy with just dancing and drinks for tips, they will be content with the tips they made. I do hope the bars do pay them a fixed income, at least minimum wages.

I think most already answered your question quite lengthy. I can add a bit more on my own experience. Based on OP requirement of only HE, which is just Hand job i assumed, you can definitely get it at some legit premium massage place in bangkok. The one that i have tried include prestige, chapter 6 Sathorn, SSense massage Suan Phlu. I have also tried Jeyspa, Prince, VCK where full service are their main purpose but they would be considered as premium massage center in term of facilities. I wouldnt say you would get great massage there, but guys there are meeting your requirement of muscular masseurs. The first 3 i suggested should be more towards your need as ive had consistently good-great massage by the masseurs there. They do have line/website for you to choose your masseurs, and in all 3 places, ive been offered HE. Hope to hear your experiences trying any of the massage places recommended by the members here soon!

Living and working next door to thailand, i do feel less "attached" to the guys in thailand as much as those who became my regular here. But i guess, since im still working and not looking for anything more than transactional fun, both here and in thailand, i am spared from this feeling. What i do notice is i have plenty more options in thailand that fits my criteria, so much easier for me to find another one if one of my regular thai guys stop working or disappear. Much harder to find a new guy here so, i tend to get a bit more attached i suppose. Only until i find their replacement lol. Perhaps if i stopped working, as in retired, i might change towards finding more equal partnership/companions. More free time coupled with knowledge that my nest eggs will continue to shrink might expedite that.

Second choice for me. My first choice is the middle guy hehe.

To add a bit, ive had a chat with my regular about this topic, and one guy did say he once had a customer offer him almost 5 times what he is charging because he wanted a 3some. But this kind of customer and offer comes once in a blue moon.

I face similar case when i hire boy locally vs farang that hire boys here (usually singaporeans who usually earns 3 times or more on average than malaysian). Yes, there are those who are super rich than dont mind paying more just to get guys who are their type and will do what they want. But the majority actually comes here to hire boys for cheaper than what they'll pay back home. Having said that, most shop here have a fixed price for full service and this price per hour makes it easier for us to know what to pay, even when hiring freelancer. Those who arent as picky, can make this price as their maximum, and can get guys willing to go with them, or simply take one from the gay center. Now, there are also those freelancer who asked for double what the massage centers are asking. Usually these are the handsome, model looking, muscular guys from neighboring countries. From time to time, we will get this kind of quality from western countries as well, asking 4 times the regular price. Im pretty sure its similar case in thailand. You can get any guys and any reasonable price if you arent picky or your type are the twink skinny type or average guys. If you have expensive types, be ready to pay more.

For me, this part will be a make or break it for me. If this will lead to a potential off, totally worth the price of the ticket hehe. Since you mentioned that some models do work at high end massage place, it might be totally possible for some of them at least.

Not sure if they really will get the used underwear unwashed or washed. Hopefully the winner will have a choice hehe.

Lets not forget, locals or those who stays long term in thailand, have another benefit. They have time to wait playing the long game, and they can also be a more stable income provider than us tourists. A regular local customer who take a boy weekly for 1k baht, vs a tourist who take the boy once a year at 2k. Guess who contribute more to the boy? Boys also have a choice of not going for the locals or long term stayers who pay less and only stick with tourists for business. Usually these boys will have another day jobs.

When i asked the guy something similar, its usually on the topic thats more sensual/sexy which helps improve our session. For example, have you done this or that with customer, or has a customer do this or that to you. I find it is much easier to learn what they like or not if its in a third person situation as if i asked directly, they might be reluctant to answer truthfully fearing tips that night might be affected. One of such conversation that still sticks to my mind is the guy told me he had once a customer hirer him and like 10 other guys and they take turns fucking him. Gossiping about a customer, and even worse, badmouthing them, does nothing in my favour, but reflect poorly on the guy i might off.
