It's very simple all the fay bars are located in one area Jomtien Complex and 3 minutes straight to Dongtan Beach where most of the gays go.

Thais and Chinese are so different in nature like water and oil, if Bangkok Guy regrets renting this apartment better cut losses and move somewhere else just make sure no Chinese there .

Not only the location is superb the hotel itself too. Same as you never booked this hotel although I wanted to because of their unfriendly visitors policy.

Before they had very restricted policy on visitors a guard near the elevator prevented visitors to enter .

I agree with ChristianPFC in Thailand you can get by with some basic English with locals but in Colombia I felt like an alien English is almost non existent.

It's a good idea to visit places out of the touristic corny track and see the real Thailand.

Some years ago I considered booking their Penthouse room but the shared terrace completely put me off , Every guest might stroll near my room is making it no privacy at all.

Everyone can do with their money whatever they want, however you are right Thailand become very expensive for the same service you pay between third to half price in South America compared to Thailand and the boys there are very attractive this is why I put Thailand on hold and focusing in South America nowadays. Thailand has other advantages : 1.accommodation and food is cheaper. 2.More easy to find boys and bring them to your room. 3.It's much safer country.

Money boys are like telemarketing salesmen after dozens calls finally one agreed to close a deal , they are trying their luck with all their encounters, However money boys are human beings and sometimes they have genuine troubles and sending little amounts from us is a big help them. Yes I agree with you formal documents with rates and services might cause problems with authorities it will become obvious they are selicating sex services.
