Good points. Yes, 117 tends to have the strictest enforcers and it pays to check the computer screen when you leave. They have tried to charge me for going over 30 minutes, but that might have been when 40 minutes was not yet the standard. It is hard to keep track because some of the staff are friendlier with me and seem to let it go. I do not know if they have a comptroller auditing the program spreadsheets. By rights, they should only ding you about 1 real per minute overage, though it is not a lot to begin with. One trick is to try get a little bit of foreplay done in the video room before taking it private. On Tuesdays, the problem is waiting to have your your room ready because the booking system is all paper. It wouldn't be a bad idea to have a marker or chalk board at reception to see where you are in queue. Perhaps they play favourites though.

Fragata one night past Spring, as an alternative to about three other nights trying Lagoa. The environment and amenities were fine, no worse qualitatively than any of several others. There was a handful of providers of no interest to me, but did not fare much better at Lagoa, just a few visiting Rio guys passed my standard. When you have a lot of 1-star up against as many 5-star, review games are suspect.

Let me expand. You can look at it like buying gas. My Dad learnt me young that filling up his pickup or any other vehicle cost the same by unit volume. You can look at like buying or renting a car. My Dad learnt me young that different makes and models at the dealerships had various price ranges. What!? There was no equal standard price across items in my Dinky Car collection!? Then more life happened. And the tail of two cities is now on the agenda. If you are older, fairly flush yet not loaded with a yacht, and not with friends or a straight holiday toy, I imagine the "circuit" would not be the greatest experience and the party atmosphere on a cloistered brothel island might be more likely to leave you uncomfortably labelled and stereotyped by working guys you hire because they tend to congregate together and gossip. If you don't need to T-dance your ass off with your clothes on, and prefer to sleep restfully, better off taking a guy to an idyllic low-key setting.
