  1. Thank you for the clarification. Several boy agencies make no mention of photography on their website. Should I assume that the same standard holds for the industry?
  2. Danshi Gakuen has a porn star sign for some boys. I am not sure if this means photos or videos are allowed. https://lang.dgdgdg.com/boy/

    Tokyo: Re:Born

I have been looking at the Reborn website and it is not immediately clear that they offer escort services. There is no information on what the boys will do - top, bottom, or side. How would you know their scope of service? Their hourly rate is also a bit lower than other agencies, although it's probably similar after adding all the extra charges.
  4. I know that Japan does not have a tradition of tipping. In general, tips are not expected for servers in restaurants, tour guides, or hotel staff. Does this extend to boys from brothels? Do boys expect or appreciate gratuities? Thank you for your advice!
  5. Would the guys from boy agencies or massage salons generally allow you to take pictures with them or of them? What would be acceptable practice?
  6. Sorry about the typo. My question is about how to search for guys from specific geographic areas on Grindr. I think race is no longer a search option. Is there a way to filter guys from Africa or South Asia or East Asia on Grindr?
  7. How do you serve for African guys? I believe there is no filter for race or country of origin on Grindr.
  8. The Silom Plaza, where Arena is located, is rather dilapidated. None of the escalators works, and a paint job is needed everywhere. However, there are actually a few good restaurants on the first floor that have quite a few customers. It's a little surprising that an upscale massage parlor is opening there. Perhaps the rent is more affordable as the premises are in dire need of an upgrade.
  9. The ibis premium King room is 250 sq ft, so the room is a decent size. The regular rooms are under 200 sq ft. The bathroom does have a large shower and a nice full-length mirror opposite the vanity mirror, which can be rather erotic when used to advantage.
  10. I was at the Atlas bar two months ago and found it quite disappointing. There were only 4 boys/men and none were good-looking. Was that typical, or was that an off night? I went over to Fresh Boys and it was quite crowded, so I don't think it was too early or late for the bars.
  11. I stayed in the Raya on Suriwong on my last trip. It's a nice hotel for its convenient location and relatively large rooms. However, I found the threshold between the bathroom and the bedroom a bit treacherous. It is very tall and matches the floor. Several times I nearly tripped and was at risk of falling on my face. Finally, I put a towel on the threshold so that it would be obvious and easier to avoid. It seemed to me a design flaw that could be easily remedied.
  12. I will be going to Hong Kong next month and hope to get some tips for fun places to visit. In my last trip, I visited the Soda sauna in Wan Chai. It's a fairly large place for Hong Kong and seems to be popular with locals in the 30-40s range. I also tried to visit the Big Top sauna in Kowloon. They had a bizarre system that required texting a code to your cell phone that had to be a local phone number. I didn't have a local phone number and was denied entry. I don't know if they still have this system in place. On gayhk.com there are quite a few masseurs advertising their services. What is the going rate for a massage with a happy ending in Hong Kong? Does anyone have experience engaging these services?
  13. I agree that the Hans sauna is not decorated with any kind of theme in mind, hence the lack of atmosphere. The public areas are bright and clinical looking. However, the new Hans is a much-improved version of the old, grungy Hans. Actually, it feels like a completely different place; even the clientele is different. While most patrons are 30-40s, there are quite a few younger ones as well. Overall, it is not as crowded as Soi 13, but there is plenty of action. I have a good time when I go there.
  14. The boys in Jupiter don't seem to wear a number. I am not sure how you'd identify them to invite them over.
