I have 3 friends from Kuwait. All 3 are ladies. I have been in great conversations with them about sex and the younger generation. They are all in their early 20's. They have traveled the world and have money to keep traveling for life. They have visited Bali, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia and many other places in Asia. When I asked them why they have not visited Thailand, they all said that in their country if someone says they visit the kingdom, it is a shame for the family as it is known that the place is a center of sex workers and that many men from their country go there for only that reason. Being open minded, they are willing to change their minds and visit with me one day. I wonder if the LOS conjures up some harsh reactions from people from other countries?

Well, I for one am going to keep on trying to hold one to one and keep it close by just in case the luck runs off on me.

I am here for a month and love to hand out where the street trade is. Anyone LA guys know where they are? How is Numbers now? Any other suggestions? So far, the 3 guys from Craig's list have been duds.

The time is fast approaching and we had several members do the ride last year. Is anyone planning on it this year? Going to be a rider or roadie? I am planning on doing it again this year but ONLY if I am able to get a trike and get into riding it. I have some practice to do on a trike but I think this will help with my back and ass pains. This is not the model I want but a decent example. I found one store in LA that has the one I want but it has to be sized and fitted to me. I wasn't sure if that meant he needed to find a seat that actually fits my big ass or if this is something he does for everyone.

How many use Facebook for friends and family. I just started using it and it is interesting but not quite as enjoyable to me than myspace. But, it seems to be the "in" thing. What is the appeal? Do others really want to know when everyone wakes up and how they are feeling 20 times a day?

Vita-Mix http://www.vitamix.com/ My nutritionist recommended this to make some veggie drinks. My aunt has cancer and she said that there are mixes that help with the side effects of cancer and gave me some recipes. But, these things are like 500 USD. Anyone used them, have one?

I just had a friend mugged on the streets of Sao Paulo. A very street wise, intelligent man who also spoke Portuguese. Please read Tomcals posting in the Latin America Forum!

Bless you. Keep it going!

Saw your profile on here. HOT. Looking forward to meeting you.

Great show. But, how serious could this be? A take over of the white house? Come on. That is almost as ludicrous as someone who is the head of a major exchange stealing billions of dollars.

It is looking like I'll be in USA for this time frame and I'll try to fly down. Should I bring someone with me or any recommendations on local talent?

The flight to LA was hell. Long flight and the NWA flight from Bkk to Tokyo was horrible. I got into LA and I carried my bike I rode in the TourDeThailand.com charity bike ride. It was a nice cannondale bike. I had to get a special taxi for it and all my luggage. I got to the hotel and then went to the bike shop to have it serviced and a tune up before I start preparing for my next adventure. I took it from the bike shop to Starbucks in Marina Del Rey (a very nice area next to the ocean) and walked to the movie with some friends. The bike was in front of the Starbucks. After the movie, I went to get the bike to ride to the hotel and guess what? The bike was gone. It was special as I had ridden it around Thailand. I called the cops who filed a report. They said, "welcome to LA." I said, "Toto, I don't think I am in Thailand anymore."

We had a nice breakfast this morning in which I invited all those who participated in the contest and had over 150 posts. We sat around and enjoyed the morning and some good food. We had a drawing in which one of our waiters/hostess from the hotel picked the name out of a hat. Yes, it was an actual cowboy hat from my wild west days. Lvdkeyes name was drawn and while he was not in attendance, I did speak to him and congratulated him. Thank you to Gaybutton who worked hard to keep the contest tallies and to everyone who participated and posted. I had a great time with this and loved reading so many diverse opinions on many subjects. I hope you all continue to post and keep the board active.

My oh My how a year changes this. The bars in Bangkok have been noticeable slow. There are fewer boys on stage and they seem less happy. There are few customers offing the boys. I went to Dream Boy which is one of the largest bars in Thailand and was the ONLY customer. I sat for 30 min before another customer came in. The owner came onto the microphone and asked that anyone there to please take a boy as times were tough for them. The other bars are about the same. All slower than normal this time of year. That does not mean there are no hot guys in the bars. There are several hotties. But, there is much less boys that in the past years. I think the economy is taking its toll even on the bar boy scene.

Kevin6969 from this site visits there often and is available. He is a super sweet guy. Keep an eye out on this site in the escort travels section. He is definitely worth a visit.

I was just there last week. It can be hit and miss I guess. I showed up at my regular time about 4:30 in the afternoon to be greeted by only 3 guys on duty. I was shocked as I usually have a whole slew to choose from. None of them caught my fancy and I left. The manager said he was not sure why no boys came that day, but they didn't.

When President Bush vowed to "smoke 'em out" in the chase for Osama bin Laden -- who his administration claimed to be America's greatest enemy -- he meant it in the Wild West sense, not the California sense. Who'd have thought that by the time his predecessor took office, otherwise conservative officials would be considering another way of smoking out a new and growing threat to American's safety: Mexican drug cartels, whose profits are largely derived from the illegal smuggling and sale of marijuana. On Friday, Democrat Terry Goddard, Arizona's Attorney General, said that while he's not in favor or legalizing marijuana, he thinks it should be debated as a way of curbing violence in the increasingly deadly clashes between Mexico's gangs. Speaking to CNN's Kiran Chetry about the firearms trade between the US and Mexico, he noted that almost all the guns seized in Mexico's drug war came from the US. "This is the source," he said. "This is the gun store for a great deal of the world." "What's the answer?" asked Chetry. "There'd have to be a variety of answers," he said. "But one of 'em would be to enforce our laws more aggressively." Goddard said he believes new firearm purchasing requirements could be key in helping stop what's called "straw buying," or purchasing a weapon with no intent of actually owning it and instead turning it over to a criminal for a fee. "If we could isolate those, we'd find a lot of the criminals," he suggested. "The entire trade, of course, is fueled by the selling and buying of drugs," said Chetry. "There are some who make the case, including a former deputy foreign minister of Mexico who now works for the Brookings Institution -- somebody by the name of Andres Rosenthal -- who says maybe we need to rethink our drug laws." Rosenthal is one of a growing chorus of former Latin American leaders who have voiced support for the legalization of marijuana. "He says, 'As with the repeal of prohibition, the US must follow a common-sense approach by thinking the unthinkable: The gradual legalization of some drugs. The US must realize that all drugs are not created equal,'" said Chetry. "They go on to say that marijuana, maybe some methamphetamines, do not have the same harmful effects and legalization might make a difference. Do you agree?" "Well, I don't," said Goddard. "But I do think the debate needs to go forward. We need to find a better way to handle ... Right now, the item that's fueling the violent cartels, the murders in Mexico, the cartel wars that are going on right now that have resulted in over 1,000 deaths this year, I think we need to take a very aggressive stand on that and marijuana is the number one producer for the cartels. Sixty to 70 percent of their gross profits comes from marijuana. So, I think we need to look very hard at something we haven't looked at for years." "So, that lends some credence to the argument ... Of legalization," said Chetry. "It's certainly is a strong argument for getting that debate front and center and finding whatever options we might have to cut off the detestation in Mexico," said Goddard. "What we fear here on the Arizona border is the cartel on cartel battle is going to end up spreading across the border. "If we can't stop it in Mexico, we're gonna end up with violence in the United States and none of us want that," he concluded. A recent Zogby poll found 44 percent of Americans support the legalization of marijuana. That figure is up from 34 percent in 2001, according to a USA Today-CNN-Gallup poll. On Tuesday, President Obama's Attorney General announced that the federal government would not conduct police raids on marijuana dispensaries in states which have approved cannabis for medicinal purposes. http://rawstory.com/news/2008/Arizona_AG_M...e_way_0227.html

I had hoped to see this on my quick visit to Las Vegas but they were not in stock yet. I have been told that they are in the stores. The new laptop comes with the possibility of a whopping 8GB of Ram. That is double the Imac capacity and most other laptops. It also comes with an optional solid state drive. Has anyone used one of these drives before? Is there a noticeable difference to you? Is it worth the extra money? If anyone gets on of these bad asses, please let me know what you think.
