I just submitted my regular UK Travel Insurance Schedule, which has no specific reference to Covid, and my application was still approved in an hour.

However the Bangkok Post are also reporting that International arrivals are being monitored for Monkeypox via the Thai Pass system, without explaining how that is being done. https://www.bangkokpost.com/thailand/general/2315878/govt-ups-monkeypox-alert-level

Ladyboys allegedly drugged and robbbed Bangkok tourist

Is that a money belt in your underpants or are you just pleased to see me........to paraphrase Mae West -
That sounds like a fun evening, and who knew there was a Patong Museum!

EVA today cancelled all flights from UK until the end of June...........

I second the recommendation for Le Bouchon for when it reopens. I always enjoyed the ambiance and the food, and it was very convenient for the bars afterwards too! Less so in it's new location sadly.

EVA have stopped selling seats on flights up to the end of June, but still selling for July.............
-
EVA are expected to make an announcement next week about the resumption of flights, according to their London ticketing office. Unfortunately the expectation is that because of the isolation required for their flight attendants between flights, after the unfortunate incidence of them bringing covid in to Taiwan, they won't be resuming flights until June or July.

Do you think Holocaust deniers are entitled to express their point of view? This isn't much different.

Did you think that they should be accountable to you?

Third time lucky - December 2021 trip to Thailand in covid time
khaolakguy replied to vinapu's topic in Gay Thailand
Thanks Vinapu, your exploits are most enjoyable to read. I find it especially interesting the way that you balance your budget. Saving money on Travel and Living while being generous on the essentials! Boyz! -
That should be as straightforward as normal in the sandbox. That's the point, as soon as the result(negative) of the initial par test is received(24 hours) you are free to go and do what you want as long as you remain within your sandbox for 7 days.

Third time lucky - December 2021 trip to Thailand in covid time

That must be a metaphorical London, as the one I am in today is bright and sunny not a literal cloud in the sky! Cold though! -
Just wondering where the river view is?!

Thanks, glad they have got some Thai beans in there too. I had some excellent Thai beans in a cafe in Chiang Mai a few years ago.
-
Where did the beans come from? Were they locally grown?

Police Raid Jomtien Plaza - All Bars/Restaurants Ordered Closed
khaolakguy replied to PeterRS's topic in Gay Thailand
Thank heavens some members have found a new hobby, photographing closed bars and complaining about the way the thai system operates! -
I thought everyone came inside Nature Boys

Kudos for sales technique and ingenuity, but counting the turds float past wouldn't stimulate my appetite!

Agreeing with z909, there is a huge difference between start of manufacturing and start of delivery, and it's dishonest to claim otherwise. In the case of this very successful vaccine the process of manufacturing is complicated. https://www.astrazeneca.com/what-science-can-do/topics/technologies/innovating-production-and-manufacture-to-meet-the-challenge-of-covid-19.html

It must have been the weight of the iPad that he was apparently holding when he fell overboard!

In my early teens I was addicted to Henty. I was thrilled by his historical adventure stories like: Out on the Pampas: The Young Settlers Winning His Spurs: A Tale of the Crusades (aka Boy Knight) Under Drake's Flag: A Tale of the Spanish Main The Young Colonists: A Tale of the Zulu and Boer Wars The Young Colonists: A Tale of the Zulu and Boer Wars Given he was prolific and wrote more than 50 novels no one had to wonder what to give me as a present! I also read most if not all the Bulldog Drummond books(around 20). Bulldog Drummond was a brave and intrepid adventurer, like most of the heroes in Henty. My taste in reading began to turn with Le Grand Meaulnes. The story of a teenager in love(with a girl). I started to see that novels could be more than just exciting adventures but could also hold a mirror to my own emotions, and also put into words my own burgeoning feelings.
