Im more interested to know which bars have those muay thai guys performing? Also, that dj station scene at the end, is it pre-covid?

I don't think it is pre-covid, if you look closely you can see the yellow social distancing signs on the walls either side of the crowd

Next in opening line is Fresh boys, I visited on Tuesday, familiar Mamasan, ( no, not Lucy), few fully dressed boys on the stage so it, s just beginning but start it is !

Mamasan told me that Tawan will be moving across the soi, news confirmed  by one of their boys I met on Wed in Sabaidee spa. At this time, no sign of moving though. 

The same Tuesday at Jupiter I survived (barely) shock of my life. 20 years after I first went there I received a smile from one of their guys and it was, repeated few times. So when they did their usual parade, still fully dressed and handsome as always I rewarded him with 500 note so that historical moment was not lost neither on me nor on my pocket.

For  now they have karaoke format with few guys on duty waiting in the wings I. E. on their phones and not paying attention to audience and their but considering circumstances it makes some sense. Smiling guy was kind of exception. I should take an  advantage of situation but that night I had another expactancy, not realized as I learned later.

At one point karaoke stopped and for few minutes guys made their usual parade on the stage and audience, whole few of us and still couple od them managed studiously  to avoid even cursory eye contact so old habits die fast but as I said, there are signs of encarougemnt. 

SoiTwilight is now green space, even if fully boarded and inaccessible, I will post picture later as I have it in plain view from my Raya window.

The "muay thai" guys are from this bar/restaurant called ChangSha*. The content creator only put it's location in the VIP section which I'm not a member. I also did tried searching for it as well but I can't find. The creator only mentioned that it took him 30 mins drive from Sathorn. It could be quite far from the silom area.

Here is another youtube video focusing on the bar/restaurant. The guys are mostly straight (as mentioned in the video) and they will keep you company while drinking eating. I'm not sure if there are any other services provided.

The bar must be the building on the left, but in streetview the shutters are down. Looks pretty off the beaten track, but from MRT purple line station "Bang Rak Noi Tha It" it would be about 500m walk. Is that station already open?

it looks like Babe is gonna be there at hotmale. But i have kind of lost interest in him since his face looks very different now. also his body seems to have toned down. 

Last night certain prominent gay blogger and myself visited Hot Male after re-opening the day before. 

Touts, pretty pushy on the soi level. We came mid - show, in fact exactly when Babe was, doing his routine. Indeed face looks different and he looked bit diminutive in comparison to his Moonlight version on the stage but still has, his knack for the show.

Bar was quite packed with few guys sitting with customers already. Drink price 400 and off price 500 are unchanged from Pre disaster times. That,s unfortunate and I hope  it not backfires, after initial excitement to return to almost normal vanes away. 

Then we had not exactly completely dressed guy performing dance routine in the stage. He had shoes on and they were laced if one is looking for description of his whole attire. What he presented was quite impressive and I, m NOT talking about dance routine. Then we had Moonlight models  Nicky, Tae, Bee and Babe presenting themselves more ot less decently dressed rather than undressed and to complete show 4 or 5 regular, quite acceptable to this tired eyes, guys in singlets and jeans were presenting themselves to an audience in familiar go go routine.

One certainly got lucky as it turned out guy I had scheduled for a noon tomorrow. Just Line friend, you know. Why wait asked myself I and promptly called him over, confirmed identity with line picture in the phone and I had chance to learn about those unchanged prices mentioned above. 

Our of 4 models less known i. e. Bee was engaged but youngish looking farang, other 3 shortly after left. No idea if off fee for models is still 1000 and what tip they are expecting but have still time to investigate. Opposite to my friend above I like new Babe's look better so who knows. Currently I have sights on other Moonlight star, not present last night. 

So another step bringing us back to our youth was made and now we have 4 bars, at disposal, quite a feast considering that month ago were none.

Last night i go to meeting at Dreamboys. Wait and see how is the Business. Very very bad.  Only Staff, no customers.   Last night in Dreamboys have only 3 Customers. Open from 8-11 pm.   And, at Silom Soi 4 right now they have a lot of staff have Covid-19.    I go to work at Dreamboys in January.  I go for booster shot next Wednesday ( Pfizer ).  My hospital called me to come for booster because Omicron very bad for people who have HiV.

Agreed, this does seem like a gossip, I did hear the same from one of the boy last night but other said it's not like it.

Visited Hotmale and Freshboys last night and was disappointed but not too surprised to see how COVID has impacted this line of business. Saturday night Hotmale only 2 customers inside, 3 outside before I joined the crew.

only 5 guys in total, 2 with one of the rich customer who seems to have opened the bottle so makes sense. Rest on the stage. Drinks 400 Bhat, paid my dues and off to Fresh boys, around 10:30pm, show is about to end, here I could see at least 7-8 customers, most of them with boys (not sure if they were offed from this bar or somewhere else).

only 8-10 boys available, nevertheless, like Vinapu has said, you only need one to get your night going, found a guy who caught my eye. offing hasn't changed, still 500Bhat for the bar, drink for the boy and myself. LT discussed, he seems to have just started in this industry and didn't had any customer since 4 days to I thought to be little generous and added bit extra in my offing. 

Yet to try some massage places, if anyone has recommendation then please feel free to suggest.

Sorry Bob I think it is a bit  irresponsible to repeat boy gossip like this on a public forum without substantiation.

This could affect the livelihood of many staff relying on the soi for their food.

I didn't go out last night but I asked friends who did, whether they heard anything like this.

None heard a thing.

I also contacted two owners who also knew of no staff sick from Covid.

in darkness is, showing signs of return to life. Last night three neons lit at 10 pm and of course at both ends touts returned whispering,, do you want a lady? "" 

 

 

 

 

I visited Jupiter and Hot Male last night. Soi 4 busy, not overwhelmingly but busy.

Entered Jupiter just before 9 , on time for 7 boys on duty to start their parade through the stage and audience which was about the same layer on swelling to perhaps 12-15.

Smiling boy from week ago was gone or at least his smile was so boys  sporting their usual sober look. Drink 150-180.

After that they disappeared to their seats so interested party would have bit hard time to assess what's on offer. I find this model strange but that,s me.

It seems that they repeat that routine every 30 minutes because the same happened at 9.30, this time with more  boys including 1 or 2 traces of smile. Then again into shadows and of course smartphones.

I used audiencecpartvof parade to force red note into palm of one of guys I liked look the most.THEN I got a smile indeed.

At 10.00 Proper show, nothing unusuL there   some more flesh and as always there , no nudity.

About 10.15 I moved myself to Hot Male. 5 people inside, 4 of them half my age. Moonlight models Nicky , Tum, Smart, Bee and Tae on the stage, leaving after that without takers, Bee did not leave but joined about 8 bar boys on the stage. All fully clad but mostly cute and/ or handsome. Again one got 100 from me, I got the smile and young farang in the audience had flow of oxygen to his head improved seeing that as he called over that guy almost Immediately. 

We weren't in competition as I was in reporting mood only.

it looks that poor cousin to more  glorified other models Bee got lucky again called over by group of young Asians.

I visited Jupiter and Dreamboys last night, around 9:15pm, a little sad show at Jupiter only 3 boys available, the only perk was drinks were 180 Bhat so still okay there were only 2 customers including me, left in 10 minutes after arrival. Will try again tonight but around 10:00pm to see if the scene changes.

Dreamboys, around 10:00pm, 7-8 boys available, 3-4 customers, stayed till 11:00pm, found a nice chap on grindr and decided to go with him instead.

Let me know if any forum member who's in bangkok, interested in meet tonight for a drink or two.

Visited Jupiter at 10:00pm last night, show was about to start, 10-12 customers, 10-11 boys available, ratio wise this is the highest I have seen during my trip so far where customer number exceeds boys count. To top that 4 of them were girls and 1 wealthy customer who had one of those table occupied with lot of boys and whiskey bottle

Most of the boys are top or straight acting  (so they say), 3 of them were immediately offed by a table with 2 girls and 2 guys. 2 other boys were already booked by wealthy guy, leaving less offering on the table for others

Nonetheless not too much loss for me as I already had something arranged for later this evening though wanted to check out how this bar has changed as my experience at Jupiter has been mixed.

Anyway, paid 180 Bhat and off to Hotmale to see their model show, only 3 models available tonight, tempted to call "XYZ" (name changed due to privacy) looks very handsome, drinks 400 Bhat for me and for model/ any guy (no difference here). He speaks very little English so conversation was little difficult though that gives an opportunity to convey message with hands 

He's pure top and therefore things won't work between us but he was happy to offer oral experience with happy ending for 2K bhat (short time), while I love his nipples and very sensitive to touch (money on drinks worth spent), I would rather stick with full service so politely declined. He referred another guy who was cute but since I had an arrangement already so decided to stay with it. 

Got a text from my arrangement that he's waiting at hotel lobby so paid my bill (800 for drinks and 200 tip for our wonderful model) and called it a night.
