Day 1

 

This visit to Thailand was third part of my trip to SE Asia which started with very short stay in Bangkok reported here:

When leaving Cambodia early afternoon I felt I deserved some rest since I made sure I did not waste any time there , day or night, filled with sightseeing, massages , bar visits with very little sleep. Which is normal for me on vacations as I follow logic that less time is wasted on sleep, more disposable vacation time I have. Unfortunately with age I start having problem of sticking to my own rules.

Plane from Siem Reap to Don Muang was almost full , luckily two out of very few free seats left were in my row , not that it mattered much in 45 minutes flight.

Immigration was breeze with nobody in lines and since I travel with carry-on it was no more than 15 minutes from leaving aircraft  when I was in arrival hall extending my SIM card ( 249 baht  for 8 days ) and marching toward SRT  Red line station. On my way I stopped in “Thai street food” stalls in corridor between station and airport and  for lack of chicken with cashew nuts offering I had roasted duck with rice for 65 baht. There they still use coupon system, they same like is similar venue at Swampy. One needs to check price of desired dish and purchase proper amount in coupons or alternatively estimate it and unused portion is easily refundable.

Electric train was fast , clean and uncrowded. In Bang Sue station I switched to MRT and went all the way to San Yam station from where it was short walk to Raya. Of course I utilized that shortcut through former Soi Twilight territory ( see below).

My friend and our contributor 18past19 arrived earlier today and stays in the same hotel  but I did not disturb him , knowing well what jet lag is  and how exciting first day in Bangkok tends to be.

 Just sent him Line I’m already in then I went to do some shopping and did my usual laundry. Since I travel light my usual first thing in the room, wherever I travel ,  is to wash my shirt and undies , in Raya they provide even drying rack which one can set on balcony and things are dried in few hours in the sun which was a case today. Then I did walk arround Patpong and Silom  checking what changed in 10 days and when  I felt hungry I went to soi 4 to treat myself with schnitzel at G’Bangkok .

 Early in the evening my friend let me know he is free so I went to his room one floor down up for news exchange and see what’s new since last time we saw each other during our respective trips in Dec 2021. We always have plenty to talk about as by God’s grace we are fond of exactly the same types which among other things means we often engage  the same guys giving leads or warnings  to each other. And no , we never fight over our guys.

Tonight we decided to go to Jupiter. I’m big fan of how their boys looks like   and how handsome they are but  from my first visit in their former location where Moonlight is now I never had luck with offs from there exception being certain two transplants from Tawan. But tonight I was glad to go  as I trust my friend’s guts and I wanted to check if certain Handsome Cambodian ( HC) may be there.

 Since my friend is on good terms with mamasan there we got quite prominent seat   as well as good news from mamasan. HC,  in whom both my friend and I are independently interested in meeting is not there, went to Pattaya,  but mamasan will have his contact. As I said my friend is in contact with mamasan and my stay in Thailand will be longer so I decided  to be  in the shadows, only hoping I will be able to get a glimpse of him somehow and as they say, see what happens. First he needs to get hold of him anyways.

 As I said I’m not big fan of Jupiter for no less than five reasons. First I mentioned – never had good off from there. Second, I don’t like sober, smile absent,  look  of their boys when parading and presenting themselves as it’s hard to assess if they are interested or not, Third, I don’t like their modus operandi when boys are waiting in the shadows , presenting themselves only every half an hour or so during their walkabout or during show if they participate and then back to shadows. Fourth -A/C is usually too cold,. Fifth , music is too loud, sin shared by other bars too like Dreamboys BKK and BBB Pattaya.

Tonight though was bit different. A/c was bearable  and so was music, at least did not bother me perhaps because I was in better then my normal good mood,  having fun meeting my friend. Boys were still in shadows but during their presentation I saw few shy smiles, not directed at me , but my friend and other patrons got few so change of mood for better. Then show which was very entertaining , quite long  and with few glimpses of nudity, rare treat at Jupiter.

 My friend  decided to off one of their specimens and noticing that  I took interest in another one encouraged me to try. Trusting his judgement I sent few smiles toward the guy , handsome and very well muscled and was shocked he smiled back once and again.

 In such a case I become Speedy Gonzalez , asked mamasan to bring him over, treated boy  with drink (400) , made sure he is willing to go with me ( I always ask “do you want to go with me?” )   and shortly , after drinks were emptied and show finished, 500 baht off fee was paid and  all 4 of us were marching  to Raya.

Who would think it will be monumental, historical day for me ? I offed guy from Jupiter who turned out to be not only well built- normal in their offerings but also well behaved and very enthusiastic, almost more  than I could handle. Yahooo , I was happy with my off from Jupiter !!!. I tried to ask him to stay till morning to which he initially agreed  but then changed his mind inventing some excuse and  saving me some money in process. When he left after good 2 hours I was so happy that I tried to get second servings from Grindr but that did not work, guy priced himself out of my range and was firm with that but so was I and that was reason I finished my day 1 sleeping alone but smiling.

 We may not agree on what constitutes a good-looking guy but, boy, am I with you there! give me a smile, particularly a shy one, and I'm anybody's!

Jupiter sounds like a must visit for me! I have been watching their parade of hunks on Facebook lately.

I never thought I will live long enough to second such statement but I do now.

I visited Jupiter every trip but never with hope I will find somebody  too off from there other than Oud and Mekhin both  transplants from Tawan   now gone from the scene.

But post-covid  I got lucky streak, in Dec my first off was from there, so-so but definitely not waste of money and also my last night was spent with their guy, offed because he smiled at me !!!

In May I offed HC featuring in this trip shortly as well and while initially I was bit disappointed upon reflection I realized I was stupid in my expectancies,  one sided love and stuff , LOL

My friend who was staying with me in the  same Raya claimed that this trip Jupiter was his best bar and he is fond exactly of the same types and often the same boys I'm.

My off this time was  very good as I said, guy not only good looking but also very enthusiastic. I almost had repeat on one of following nights when I saw him on the street past bar closing time  but unfortunately he was heading for an appointment.

St 3000 , I don't remember now if that was what he wanted or  I paid him extra being so nicely surprised with  his performance. My friend who offed more of their boys  says that with few exceptions of most popular guys like Boom their rate is regular 2000 contrary to legend of them being expensive , I have no reason to doubt what he is saying.

for overnight he quoted 5000 to which I, again being so excited,  agreed but luckily for my wallet  he found some excuse and changed his mind.

Day 2

 In the morning my friend and I went to world famous Foodland for breakfast   and information exchange. It looks that we both were happy with our Jupiter guys last night. Then, still talking  on the way,  we went to XOne  to exchange some money. Good news , he got  contact of HC he is pursuing and I hope to see too so things are getting even more interesting.

 Then we went our own ways but I got that bright idea to have pizza lunch in Madrid’s Tavern new location, Lined him and he happily agreed  so  early afternoon   we took taxi from Raya for short hop to Charoen Krung soi 49. For those familiar with that area , it almost across the street from Asuncion Cathedral compound. Soi is  narrow so we walked it’s  length from main street, it’s just literally 3-4 minutes and found Madrid at end of soi facing elevated highway.

If you are not privy with Madrid story- it was famous restaurant in Patpong 1, during Vietnam war it was apparently den of spies and one must admit long after maintained unique atmosphere and ambiance with long, traditional  bar. Two things colluded – covid and owner’s mother death and she decided to move it to new location. Ambiance is gone , it’s now regular looking restaurant but good news, pizza tastes all the same and for me it’s best pizza in the world.

Over lunch my friend shared great news, HC responded to him immediately and it looks may arrive as early as tomorrow morning. He was happy and so did I since HC is object of my secret adoration which I haste to say looks like one way street i.e I adore him but not quite other way around and our meeting in May was kind of mixed blessing. It disappointed me  a bit but not diminished adoration it seems, lol.

Returning I suggested we take BTS from Saphan Taksin station  and indeed is pretty short walk there from soi 49. Shortly after we arrived in hotel my expected guest , arranged in the morning showed up – Besty ,  my Grindr masseur I engaged services of 3 times in May. I like him and his massage   in any order and what is more important , it looks he likes me too, I could feel it very minute we embraced.  His only flaw is he doesn’t do long time. Both his massage and very presence energized me and I need dose of it since soon after we had good bye embraces I expected another guest , former model X.

So far he never disappointed and today he left me as happy as always as he is not only outstandingly built hunk but also speaks good English and is very interesting conversationalist. Not that I brought him to have conversation but bonus is always welcomed. And as most straight guys in the business his services are extremely professional so extortionate fee he is charging me is well earned and deserved. He suggested we have dinner together in G’Bangkok  in soi 4 as since I introduced him to their offerings last trip he seems to like German fare for  a change. He also agreed  I invite farang friend to join us so I Lined anddy from our forum who immediately responded that is on his way.

Nice food , nice company and fun conversation. At one point X went his way and anddy and I went to Moonlight on my suggestion since I knew my friend will be there. He was indeed inside with his local friend (in real sense ). What surprised me was that quite a few staff members as well as boys recognized me smiling broadly , likely smelling freshly delivered ATM.  

 A, king of all hunks came to embrace us smiling as he knows all three of us and pre-emptively told us he is already booked tonight which was fine since we had our own plans set already.

 My friend announced that HC is coming to see him tomorrow  so we decided to go to MahaNakhon at one point of day  to entertain us and our guests since I expect  K from Tawan to see me mid-day tomorrow.

 Show was quite long tonight and music too loud so when we left bar after midnight I was kind of relieved. We went toward  Tawan and as usual after bar is closed (for some reason Tawan   empties early , right after midnight , perhaps because most boys have day time jobs? ) few of their boys were drinking in the corner, two of them known to me – their resident twink and Dam

 I can’t waste such opportunity so asked them about going with me ,  first twink who declined quoting sneezing or something but I told him ‘ it’s Ok , you don’t like me “ so at least he tried to deny even if this was 3^rd if not 4^th time between May trip and this when he declined my advances. Then I turned to Dam  but he requested tip higher than I was prepared to offer and did not budge so I gave both 100 each and marched with my friend to Super A.

 No customers there but still 3 boys available  so we had them sitting with us. It was bit of fun as one of them , Lao boy was very witty and talkative, we checked what they have , one of them had his cock grossly deformed by silicon injection but and end of it we decided to go home empty handed , at least as far as Super A is concerned. Before we left we tipped guys for their time of course.

On our way to hotel on Suriwong we saw few boys coming home after their shift in bars and at one moment I noticed Soviet, guy I know for few years from Pattaya and Sabaidee Spa. He was my rescuer in December. When I got drunk in the party there, Sabaidee boys tasked him with escorting me to hotel . I was quite eager to take him home tonight but he declined saying is going to some club with his friends to dance. What a evening ,  after two excellent encounters in the afternoon , past midnight I got 3 declines in span of perhaps 90 minutes, all from guys more (Dam and Soviet) or less (Tawan twink) known to me. Time to become monk I thought  at end of day 2.

freedom of choice I guess. Why poor, it saved me 3000-4000, I look at bright side.

On most serious note, twink rejected me because I thought I only off long time and he , having full time job is not available for that. We cleared that issue few days later.

Dum learned from his bar friend how much he got even if I told him to be quiet and wanted the same , that's my guess.

Soviet probably did not want to lose face to his friends he promised to go to dances with, again my guess.

I don't take those things personally, after all we are summarily rejecting guys every night we are in bars.

   Day 3

 After such busy and fun filled day I slept like a baby till almost 8 am. Line message from my friend  asking about breakfast together  was already in so I speed up in view that he expects HC to arrive from Pattaya well before noon. Of course breakfast took place in Unesco as we started to call world famous UNESCO heritage designated 7.5 stars Foodland Patpong. He is full of expectancy about HC as he heard so many good things about him, from me as well as others. But I feel excitement too since as I said I like the guy even if I feel it’s one sided.

 After breakfast we went our ways confirming  to be in contact about Mahanakhon as we planned yesterday.

Shortly after noon K from Tawan showed up as promised  for a bit of steam. I noticed he become much bulkier than in May and he confirmed. I warned him jokingly that while I like big boys I don’t like them too big and asked him not to overdo it like  and I gave example  of one of guys from his bar. Neither of us was in rush until we start feeling hungry.

It turned to be well co-ordinated with my friend and HC as soon Line message come that they are hungry to and HC is  proposing some seafood   buffet place  in Icon Siam. In great company I can even eat seafood which normally I don’t,  tending to be allergic to it and in Thailand I always have ZYRTEC, allergy relief on me.

Shortly we meet downstairs and HC was very surprised to see that  guy my friend told him will be going with them and his boy turned out to be me. It was  nice to be back in his embraces even for short moment but long enough to notice  that he lost a bit of his weight and muscle mass which he confirmed when I asked still proudly noticing he doesn’t have a gram of fat on him . (Soon I will have an opportunity to check that it’s true as we learn in due course).   

 We took BTS  to first station on Thonburi side , forgot her name (Krung Thonburi? ) and from there short ride by Golden Line , just one station requiring separate ticket for 15 baht. Golden Line is run by unmanned trains by the way.

Restaurant we were heading to was not opened yet so our boys suggested nearby Japanese place and I wondered how come they know such upscale places. It must be their affluent clients taking them there , no doubt.

It was kind of fun, food was delivered by robots, tasted great but portions were not that big and I had suspicions that I was only one in our gang who left table feeling kind of full. Bill was sizable as expected, I got quiet reflection that Madrid would be much better option for 1/3 of price but said nothing.

It was one thing which caused me to scratch my head discretely. There were 4 of us but dinner conversation was held by K, my friend and me. HC spent all his time on his smartphone which I found odd and indeed  bit disrespectful to his host, my friend, never mind K and me.   We exchanged knowing glances with my friend and I knew something doesn’t work as it should.

 Going back to Silom civilization we took mall’s ferry to Saphan Taksin and from there BTS to Chong Nonsi, on the train K announced he is passing MahaNakhon option since he has some business to take care of so it was only three of us who went there. Visibility was good , both boys bravely but visibly uncomfortably  stepped on the glass  so I had fun not only being there but also watching their trepidations. Trick is , when stepping on the glass floor   to look straight ahead , not at chasm under your feet but it seems it easier said than done.

My friend , being in his own words   not as much butterfly as helicopter,  was planning to send HC back to Pattaya tomorrow and since well before start of this trip I was planning to go tomorrow to Pattaya by taxi I told him I will take HC with me , my pleasure indeed. In the hotel both gentlemen went their way and  I went to my floor to ponder my next step. Inside room  immediately got idea and called V, guy whom my friend recommended back in Dec when we both were in Crown Plaza.

He is not  a bar nor massage guy but not averse to supplementing his income   by keeping guys a company. Great guy with great personality and no nonsense attitude. Other attributes are nothing to sneeze at either.  I Lined him, answer was brief “where you are ? , I will come at 6”.  

We had 1.5 hr of fun, decided he will stay with me till morning to chase away midnight ghosts but in meantime we need to eat something. Being earthly , modest guy he suggested UNESCO i.e Foodland and there he asked if we can go to see the show at Dreamboys.  He used to work there briefly but did not like it and found regular job but somehow  still has pull  to visit bars. I was actually happy since it was my first visit there after their move to former Lucky Boy premises.

As soon as we entered and sat down who is smiling at me ?, Soviet who preferred dances to my charms last night and Dit, guy I had reunion with  in May,  known to me since early days of Roman Empire or 2013 , whatever comes later. Invited both , offered drinks , warned that tonight I’m busy pointing at V who promptly dismissed two boys solution suggested cheekily by Soviet.

Tipped  200 each for their troubles of course by way of putting notes deep in their undies, so called by Wikipedia ‘ vinapu tuck”. We watched show which was kind of so-so. Boy parade after show was impressive due to sheer number of boys , perhaps more than 50 but truth to be told quite a few of them are well past ‘best before “ date and several I remembered from various bars in half forgotten already soi Twilight. Honestly I have doubts some of them get ever offed but what do I know? Of course at least half , may be more,  were quite to very attractive, great number brings great choice, right?  

 At midnight V and  I left and on departure I forced another 100 into undies (yes, vinapu tuck again) of one whom I considered most attractive and who I remember from New Twilight bar visit in May.

 Day 3 ending in V embraces, one can’t ask for much more and there’s no need for more indeed. Truly comforting , no drama,  specimen  of man.

Guys are one among my several weaknesses. 😎 but my bigger weakness is that once i've learned their anatomy, my curiosity is quenched.

I wanted to fly from Singapore to Bangkok during the weekend when both of you gentlemen were there but I had to work on a Saturday so I couldn't. Hope our paths cross next year.

Yes I confirm Soviet is a great boy, love him. He was with me for DJ station party when you met him .....

I confirm, Soviet didn't lied to you. I hired him all week. We were really meeting for some dance

first week of November, definitely he was working that day in Dreamboys. I hauled him from the stage.   It's strange as Dreamboys have reputation  of hiring only Thai boys and he is not.

He is busy man as during day he works in Sabaidee Spa and features sometime in their Line feed.
