Preparations Required

Hello,

Not much has been said about this in other post but I understand that being the bottom would require some preparations to your bottom.

I am having the intentions to visit massage location with the intention of being taken a full ride. I am a newcomer to the scene and has zero experience asking for such. Might just go and return empty handed. But asking for the what if situation.

How do you go about dealing with these? Do you have to go back to your hotel to douche then go to the location after being prepared?

If there are spaces to douche, do they eat into your massage time? Normally my douche takes around 1/2 hour and even then I do not feel prepared.

Also what is the waiting time between entering the shop to entering the private massage room? Assuming locations such as The Prince Spa. Similarly asking for clean locations such as Prestige Massage / Prime Massage / Chillax Massage.

Well for me whom have reintroduced my body to bottoming when I reached Thailand.

Bottoming needs preplanning, for meals its either don't eat 2-3 hours before bottoming or do not eat at all. I'm also eating high fiber food and even taking fiber supplement like Psyllium husk for easy passing. 

For douching, it should be done 30min-1hr before the expected penetration to help your bum recover first from irritation during douching.

For some massage shops, if you have an appointment then as soon as you enter the shop and paid your dues to the cashier you can immediately go to the massage room with your boy to shower. I don't douche in the massage shop as I'm shy 🤭. Please note that some shops have only shower stalls and no toilet bowl, so for me it's better to douche before going to the massage.

Wow, after reading this I have just now realized that the TOPS have it much easier - as perhaps the only pre-meeting requirement may be (if required) to pop a blue pill 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activities begin.

Hahaha it really does take time to plan and prepare to avoid messy outcomes during the deed, as it way ruin the experience and could turn off the Top unless if that's his kink 😣🤣 it's also embarrassing 😞 

So me even if I wanted to whore around all throughout my stay here Thailand, If I didn't plan my preparations properly that day then even if I wanted to bottom, it will be a great risk to proceed so BJ/HJ/JO is only option. 🤣🤣🤣

Hi @clericchain and welcome to the forum. The first thing you need to do is to distinguish between the different spas you’re going to.

If you’re going to The Prince then full service (H) is definitely on the table, but the other shops you mentioned will as a general rule not offer it, but will limit themselves to HJ and B2B mostly. So no need to douche for those shops. At Prime massage you can expect a good massage and usually nothing more.

You will find that Southeast Asia in general has shower hoses connected to the toilets which makes douching easier. Most hotels have them (notable exceptions include Le Meridien which has Japanese style toilets). As mentioned, douche before you go, especially if you need to use 30 minutes. However find a way that suits you. You might find it is better to eat a fibre rich diet and douche sparingly.

Constant douching can adversely affect the balance of bacteria in the rectum and medical advice seems to be not to douche more than 3 times a week.

When I'm on holiday I douche every day - once before I have sex with my regular guy in the afternoon and again before I go out at night. At home it's 3 or 4 times a week, as I usually top more than bottom. I have a Thai-style bum hose, which makes it easier.

When I first started bottoming, douching was a real pain in the arse (so to speak) but I can now get it over and done with quickly.

In all my years of topping I have never had a 'messy' experience. And the guys who take care of us in Thailand know the importance of cleaning themselves properly,and consequently, I've never had a problem.

If you are using the bum-guns to clean, then you need to check the water pressure first !  

Hotel bum-guns usually seem set to blast a jet of water across the room, and you will need to turn them right down, using the tap at the base of the appliance, until you get a more gentle flow of water.

Enables you to be kind to your bum while still ensuring a pleasent bottoming experience. 😁

As we don't drink the water in these countries, I don't rely on that water to douche, I feel the bacteria that would make you sick will do the same thing going in the other end. As the ass absorbs liquids without many safety measures that the mouth has.

I know there are more medically smart people here that might chime in to say if my concern is warranted or not 😷

I know a few guys that use these to do a complete cleanse, available in most pharmacies and some 7-11s for a few baht.

Have used them myself after some Imodium related constipation and can vouch for how effective they are at completely emptying your guts!

I was going to chime in with this, but you beat me to it. Totally agree, which is why I use bottled water. I think I read an article a while back about a guy who used tap water to douche in perhaps a South American country (?) and ended up with a parasite. or something like that. Ah the life of a bottom.

Douche at hotel -> go for massage -> shower before the oil massage -> shower after the massage, shouldn’t be an issue unless you have stomach issues, douche 1-2 hours before you go.

I don't drink tap water in Thailand.

I've actually never considered the water from the bum hose to be a potential problem but I guess it could be. Makes sense.

Having said that, I've douched countless times in Thailand and have never had a problem. I wonder if others have?

I never had a problem. Quality of the tap water in Bangkok is good, many of the higher end hotels have their own filtration system in place so you might want to check first.

Hmm this is good to know (regarding using tap water/bum gun).. which brings me to my next question - how to use it in that way? Just press the trigger until the water goes inside you??

Good advice. And the same when going to a bar. Douche before going out so you are ready to go when you get back. However in some circumstances where I have prepared before going out, only to top the guy later and then my preparation goes to waste haha

Never a problem with any tap or shower water all across Asia. I don’t know how that problem would really manifest though. Sore stomach? Most people take DoxyPEP which is an antibiotic after unprotective sex which might kill off bacteria from dirty water too. 🤣

Yeah was not looking into full service at these location, more of asking if there is waiting time after entering. Is there a queue etc.

Had seen but never used these. Usually just the water.

I get nervous and go limp.... Not that I have much experience. My previous and virgin breaking experience was tough. I was excited at the start but the tension wasn't there and I got bored. Both us us did not release.

My nephew married a Thai lady who only drinks bottled water. I won't drink water from the tap, unless it has been boiled, but even to make a hot drink I prefer to use bottled water. I don't brush my teeth with tap water either, as I don't want to risk being confined to barracks because of potential digestive issues.

I think that the recommendation from colmx to use the unison enema is worth considering too.
