spoon Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago The few times i bring guy to join me on a trip outside of thailand, i had one incident where the immigration stopped my guy at entry (through air) due to multiple visa runs issue. Luckily, or maybe unluckily, he got "detained" temporarily, by a gay senior/lead officer, who thankfully let him go for a "price". He did told me before our few days before our return about his concern crossing border by air, and i told him, he shouldve told me before i book the flight instead of two days before departure. Anyway, this was few years ago (pre-covid), so it might not be applicable anymore now. My point is, to my guy, crossing through land is safer for him, than crossing by air. He is from cambodia though. Plus we never know how individual officer will decide to enforce the rule. Hopefully we can get better picture once we gets reports from the guys themselves. vinapu 1 Quote
