That may just be why the flight price is higher, as you stated in another forum. There are about 5 fare classes in business class. Generally I find that nearer the fight date, especially in business class, fares are higher because all the cheaper fares have been sold.

I even booked my flights now they are $4707 😳😳

I may have to go to Malaysia first then stay a few days then get a separate flight to Bangkok

you can easily get occupied from 2-3 days in Kuala Lumpur, there's street with massage places in Bukit Bintang so you even can get mildly entertained but don't count on much but city itself is quite pleasant and has few memorable sight including world's biggest aviary ( kind of Zoo with birds flying kind of freely ).

Sorry no spare room, But there is a small balcony for your morning coffee. Just bring some Nespresso capsules with you. The new Cafe Florian ones look really nice!
