To my surprise I recognized the room. This is The Athenee on Wireless Road, while an older hotel, a very classy joint in the grande dame style of Hyatt Erawan, Anantara etc and better maintained than both as well. I believe the land is royal owned. 

I stayed there on several business trips and stopped bringing back companions due to the disapproving stare of the doormen and reception staff. Both of whom you need to parade past to get to your room. 

Whoever brought 🍆 back is a braver man than me!

Yes the most annoying thing about the Capella is being greeted by a parade of staff hands clasped together everytime you walk around the hotel

If course not sure what their looks would be if I was hand in hand with a big muscle boy 😂 

If I was bringing guys back I would choose a different hotel
