For tight fisted people splurging occasionally senselessly may be actually mind  liberating moment. They are people , myself included , who live low maintenance, frugal lives,  fully knowing that reward and reprieve will come in vacation time. 

Once in Dreamboys Pattaya I was sitting beside  calling every boy, one by one,  and they had probably 20 that day, did through inspection of undies content and tipped them with at least 2 red notes. Next day he spot me breakfasting at on of Bitch Rd restaurants and invited himself to join me. Using occasion I told him I was impressed with his generosity last night and he told me he is normal  behaving guy, just once per trip, as he formed it "for mental hygiene" , he splurges senselessly like that.

no, he was nursing only his own . If was quite a spectacle, calling boy at random, manipulating inside undies a bit , forcing tip upon them , taking a sip of his drink and repeat.

I saw once similar spectacle in Hot Male but there only guys who took part in big cock show were treated similar way, forming nice line to wait for their turn.

He is really generous.

I have seen China customers throwing notes into the air but they are green 20-baht notes.
