I feel sorry for the boys that feel they need such enhancements. 

Once small Thai boy I know recently had such implants. He is a 'straight' karaoke boy, but with the misfortune of a very small penis; not so much an issue if you are primarily a 'bottom', but more of an issue if you are a 'top'. One of my regulars  in London, is a Brazilian guy, now over 30, but young looking. He decided to have silicone implants, I think worried about the future. I advised against, but he went ahead. He had a nice large cock anyway. The result, I think, is unsightly,  bit like sucking a sea cucumber!
