December 9, 2025Dec 9 I feel sorry for the boys that feel they need such enhancements. Once small Thai boy I know recently had such implants. He is a 'straight' karaoke boy, but with the misfortune of a very small penis; not so much an issue if you are primarily a 'bottom', but more of an issue if you are a 'top'.
