Nothing. It's important to clear the air and any doubts without feeling guilty as we and our feelings in the equation are just as valid and worthy of respect. The Thai guy is no babe in the woods and I wouldn't worry about him losing face as nothing the OP could say would be something the he hasn't heard already, most likely from his fellow Thais. What I do know is that a lie from the start - even a white one - isn't a good start. Look at how much the OP has toiled over the lie and it's a blessing that he found out about it at this point. What I also know is that regardless of what happens, the Thai guy will move on and be alright.

Ok, I returned from BKK today. I don't really know what to write, but to thank you all especially @Travelingguy, @jimmie50, @mauRICE and @khaolakguy for your input. I really didn't discuss the moneyboy situation because it was "I know that you know, and you know that I know" situation. But the whole ten days with him were so sweet. and y I don't really care if he is or not. he still seems to be very much into me. I think your opinions have changed my view on this. Thank you. I will be back to Bangkok soon to see him again. And I am at peace with this.
