In Phnom Penh, I stayed at the Arthur & Paul Resort (A&P). Here too, the rule applies: you get the lowest price by booking directly with the hotel. This is in contrast to Bangkok, where, strangely enough, I often find a lower price for a hotel through a booking site like booking.com or trip.com.

The new Phnom Penh airport is beautiful, by the way. A very large, beautifully shaped roof. I find the architecture very beautiful. See photo. Unfortunately, the airport is quite far from the city. It was a drive of well over 45 minutes to my hotel.

It has been many years since I stayed at A&P. Before COVID. Because during COVID, they closed for a renovation period. The hotel rooms on the first floor have disappeared. There are only five rooms left on the second floor. Where there used to be hotel rooms on the first floor, there is now a locker room, a cruising area, and two beautiful massage rooms.

On the ground floor, where there used to be a small massage room, there is now a new dry sauna. With a large window. When you are in the sauna, you see all the guys walking past through the cruising area. Very nicely done. There is a virtual tour video on the internet where you can see everything. See below.

The hotel is well-maintained and luxurious. Highly recommended. And the sauna and cruising area are busy with visitors from outside. It can get crowded when the sun goes down. Nice. The massages are also very good. In luxury rooms with a comfortable massage table. There are currently five massage guys working at the hotel. I saw three of them immediately on Grindr (see photo). And they are willing to do more than just massage... You can communicate pleasantly with them in English and their massage skills are good. The staff at A&P are all friendly, like to chat, and are very helpful. The massage guys are also the ones who take your suitcase to your room for you. So I had already received the first massage offer and had already touched, cuddled, and kissed a bit before I had even unpacked my suitcase. Lol

A fellow forum member stayed two nights when I was also there, at the hotel next to A&P. So it was nice to be able to meet up again for food and drinks. Over two evenings, we went to ToolBox Bar, Space Bar, and Blue Chili. They were all very fun and sociable. Naturally, the muscular guys at Space Bar appealed to me the most. The drag show at Blue Chili was very entertaining, and the atmosphere among the visitors was energetic.

In Phnom Penh too, you only have to turn on Grindr and the offers come flying at you from all sides. Both free ones and those from moneyboys. And the MB rates are lower than in Thailand. All in all, had three good days in Phnom Penh. A good combination of relaxing by the pool, eating and drinking out, and excitement during hotel cruising, massages, and a Grindr date

Back in Bangkok for the last five nights of my vacation. This time, I am staying once again at the familiar Ibis Styles Silom. I do like a modern room, so I’ll settle for a slightly smaller room, as some forum members suggest. For me, it is more than big enough.

In the evening, three forum members and I were supposed to meet up for dinner at G's. However, more joined us during dinner, and eventually, there were seven of us. It turned out that many forum members were in town. A number had individual plans for the evening and had arranged to meet up with guys (regular or new). So, just as some forum members dropped by, others went their separate ways. We had a few more drinks at Midnight Bar, where several forum members brought their boy of the night along as well. It was very enjoyable.

I had arranged with a forum member to take a look at the shower show at EDT (Eau de Toilette) this evening. It is only open on Fridays and Saturdays, which is why I couldn't go last time. The shows start just after 11 o'clock, and every weekend they have a different (international) headliner. See the flyer for this weekend below.

I really like it there. It's a club and the shows are energetic. The crowd is fun too. Although people were mostly there to watch the shows from the sidelines, there was actually quite a bit of dancing going on. I filmed some of the shows for my Instagram and made this video out of it.

It's not a host club. No dicks are shown during the shows. And you can't take guys back to your hotel. That is why it won't be of interest to everyone. But I find it a welcome change from the regular boy bars and (big cock) shows. Or do as my fellow forum member did: just bring a guy from one of the host bars to EDT.

for overnight , yes.  For shorter arrangements  treat it as invitation to counter offer.

Selection may not be as big as in Bangkok but  on my last trip  in early Feb all three guys  I hosted seemed to be more enthusiastic than their  Bangkok brothers so I gladly spoiled the market  but upping their expectancies  . Fair exchange for them upping mine.

Tonight was an evening of many visits to various bars and other venues. It started early in the evening at BEEF. They were celebrating their birthday with a flea market. Very busy, there was a lively atmosphere. The concept appealed to me. Various vendors selling everything from (second-hand) clothing to sex toys (not second-hand, I hope...) and from food and snacks to quick sketch artists for mini portraits. And all of this while the beats blasted from the speakers.

I was with another forum member. We decided to take a look at Side. Never been there before. It was just past 8 in the evening, and according to their announcement, they were going to have an event in their cruising area starting at 8. You pay an entrance fee that includes a drink, and you receive a coupon to enter for free next time (you only pay the price of the drink then, so no extra entrance fee). It was my first time in Side. And I must say that I appreciate the owners trying to create something different from what was already available in Bangkok. I don't know if the concept will really catch on. During the time we were there, I estimate I saw just under 20 other customers. Mostly younger Asian customers. No older people actually, and certainly no farangs. But I didn't feel unwelcome, as another forum member wrote in earlier report. The staff were also friendly towards me.

You enter via the stairs on the first floor, where the bar and a small, dark darkroom are located. The "event" was taking place in that darkroom. Other rooms for cruising were on two other floors. Some were themed, e.g., a classroom or an office. I didn't see much action, but what I did see were guys just carrying on with each other when I came to take a quick look. They didn't seem to mind having an "audience." The event of the evening turned out to be a hired (porn) model that anyone who wanted to could play with. When I went to check in the darkroom, there was one other guy who was "busy" with the model. The model was eager to feel around in my pants too, and before I knew it, he was blowing me. Feeling a bit shy, I let it happen for a moment, but left for the bar pretty quickly. After all, I was with a fellow forum member. So I had to behave myself a little, right?

I went to take another look. There was only one other guy in the darkroom with the model. He left pretty quickly, leaving me alone with the model. He could focus entirely on me. And I certainly felt the consequences. I had a good time playing with him, and eventually, he asked if I wanted to cum in his mouth. Naturally, I didn't want to come across as rude. So I complied with his request.

Between 8 and 9, this model was busy in the darkroom. Afterwards, he was relieved by another model. As a result, during the two hours that the event lasted, there were two different models present to play with as customers.

After that, it was time to eat something. Sarica is opposite Side, so that was a logical choice. Just as logical as ordering the much-praised chicken cashew nuts there, of course. Delicious.

After dinner, it was time for another first time. The first time at Big Boy bar. Earlier in the evening, we had walked past to see if it was indeed open. The man outside the door said there would be 10 guys tonight. Now, it is possible that it got very busy before 10 PM (because that is about how late we arrived, showtime at 10:30 PM) and that all kinds of guys had already been taken by customers. But that seems highly unlikely to me. There were only 4 guys on the stage. A twink, a big boy (I think I saw him before in Taiwan), and two 'other' guys, one of whom was past his sell-by date.

A few more customers came in. Eventually, about 12 in total, including the three of us. Because a third forum member had joined us by then. The show was very short (only 5 segments of I remember correctly), but in terms of quality, actually quite good. The ladyboy numbers were better than those seen in some other bars. And there was a sexy dancer who did his act quite well. A bit of a Magic Mike-style dance. He was only there for the show, because unfortunately, he wasn't on stage with a number tag before or after. After the show, it was time to go.

After that, stopped by Goodboy, but actually nothing special to report there. A little after 1 AM, played a short round of Connect Four at Midnight Bar with two of the guys there. Then it was time to head back to the hotel.

 most likely you are right but  there's chance he may be sincere , he spread his net wide but when he lands somebody he is looking for , he may be quite truthful  , if only  no to put financial benefits in peril

I wouldn't  built too much theory ,  both guys worked very well , whatever  their motives would be . It's month since I returned home and I'm getting messages from them regularly but none is even remotely close to asking me for anything .

perhaps  he meant ' 10 boys including customers " ? Just kidding.

I'm impressed that at least they did not give up and are trying to stay afloat. I wish them success even more than before

More accurate would be 10 staff in total - 4 boys on stage, 2 waiters, 1 DJ, 3 managers (maybe co-owners?)
