Despite being Monday night, there were full of customers in Soi 4 Telephone & Balcony bars, especially farangs.

Mistaken identities at Moonlight:
My friend had a look at the Chinese gay forum to see if they were still making trips to Bangkok bars. He translated some funny snippets from clueless Chinese customers who had problems telling the models apart.
Nicky and Male’s great resemblance seems to cause the most confusion, with customers completely unable to figure out who is who. Finally some detective discovered this was because their forehead, nose and chins were courtesy of the same Bangkok clinic, Adonique where Male is a spokesperson. 
One Chinese customer with an interest in dark skinned lads fell for a photo of York, rushed to the bar and eagerly searched for the darkest skinned of the lot. Started cursing when he realised York was far less impressive than his picture. Not surprising, considering he was actually looking at Mark in the line up.
Other funny mix ups include Nut and Nest, and Smart and Babe. 
 
 
 
 

The problem with Boss is he is good-looking but not gym-fit which he can be easily outshined by the muscular boys...

Do you guys remember ex Moonlight model Mr Boss?
I saw him presenting himself on Jupiter’s stage.
Although he is handsome he does not stand out amongst other Jupiter boys without Moonlight’s elaborate MODEL package somehow, also it doesn’t help if he was wearing shirt throughout the evening.
He was remained until 12 o’clock walk. 

I am glad to inform you that #31 appeared in the show last night.
Also Boom and Arm.
Arm isn’t worried about Coronavirus but concerned about the shortage of customers.

The current situation of the bar is simply disastrous.
Even a star boy is offering himself to a customer who he normally wouldn’t give a second glance.
They are scared of Coronavirus but more scared of the financial fall out.
Numbef of boys   40% down

Dreamboy - very empty at quick glance. Freshboy, there were 20+ boys but only 2 other customers while we were there.
Moonlight is currently weathering the storm quite well but for how long? I don’t know.

I'm glad to hear he is still there and at the same time sad to hear buys are going through bad times.
It looks it's good time to be there though as market forces are at work  and even star boys  are looking at Hunchbacks from Notre Dame and the like with smile. I wish I was retired - would be on the plane tonight with salvation mission.

My experience was at BTS Saphan Taksin station evening rush hour
Body temperature scanner machines installed at Paragon,Empoli, Em-quartier and Iconsiam.

A few observations from the farewell /last show of Mr Babe last night @ Moonlight 
Looking as cute as before and with his humble attitude Mr Babe looked almost embarrassed from the all the attention and cheers he got from the audience when he appeared on stage at the model presentation (maybe it was the 4-5 garlands of 100B notes that he received; never seen a moonlight model receive that many). Mr Babe gave a short speech (in Thai followed by a shorter version in English) thanking everyone (Moonlight, guests) for the support in his 1-2 years at Moonlight. 
 
Mr Babe will surely be missed; the true star on stage @ Moonlight. I have said it before in this thread, but he is second to none when performing/dancing. The energy and the way he moves on stage - simply outstanding! As always his performance /dance in “She Bangs” (by Ricky Martin if you have forgotten) last night was nothing but spectacular. As a finale Mr Babe also did the shower show (although no erection was apparent in the boxer shorts he wore; - it is Ok, Mr Babe! didn’t come to Moonlight see that). 
At the end of the first show Mr Babe left with what appeared to be a group of Thai (cannot rule out they were Chinese). An era at Moonlight has come to an end, but hopefully he will be back one day. 
Although it was a special occasion (but it was announced fairly late by Moonlight I think - only on 28 February I believe) it was far from full house at Moonlight yesterday   (but still quite busy; more people than on my previous visit on 20 February)  - it is clear that the virus also impacts the business of Moonlight. Entrance fee is still 480 B though.
Off-topic observations: Mr Nut (also performing last night at Moonlight) is indeed very handsome/hot; it was my first time to see him last night. Amazing looks. For those who fancy Nicky, he was also on stage last night and did well. He and Mr Nut received 2 garlands of 100 B notes each in the second show at midnight.
I found No 39 (a 24y Cambodian guy) to be very hot (dark skin and very lean body but smaller framed/not muscular in the same way as the models; man/top only). Smiling a lot and with confident attitude on stage are big selling points for me; he was in the big cxxk show). I was seriously considering to off him; he quoted 2000 B when asked; left him with a 100 B note in his pocket). I also had a chat with No 41, a guy from Chiang Mai; tall, lean and very muscular with a body that matches the models) - friendly guy and easy to chat with (he said to have been @ Moonlight only 10 days).

Just arrived Suvarnabhumi airport this morning.
There was one thermographIc scanner check point where officer was shouting “ walk one by one” urging all passengers to walk in the line.
At the immigration hall, I have never seen so few tourists, only 4 or 5 people, considering I always use the same flight it’s quite alarming.
There was a big bottle of alcohol hand sanitiser beside fingerprint scanner.
Immigration officer was quick to clean his hands after handling my passport.
At the hotel, every receptionists were wearing face mask and there was a note saying masks are complementary for guests if requested.
Me? I am armed with N95 masks, disposable surgical gloves and tons of hand sanitisers. lol

The procedure at Prime massage now is your hands are sprayed with some sanitizing spray and your temperature is tested using one of those forehead guns before you can get in to make an appointment.  You have to wear a mask while booking (there's a sign that says they sell them for 10B if you don't have one) and the manager and his girl sidekick are both wearing masks.  Masseurs wear masks.  The usual spa smell is now a mixture of lemongrass and disinfectant.   I and the other patrons were all wearing masks during the foot massage part.  I took mine off for the Thai massage (but I am pretty sure the masseur kept his on).
All very re-assuring.  I wouldn't mind if the bars adopted similar procedures at the door.  
(Obviously the spray of disinfectant isn't as good as a long proper handwashing, but it's still better than nothing.  Good for them for doing it.)

Day 13 - Back to Bangkok
We woke up quite early today, and i decided to follow Y to wear he had his breakfast yesterday. Y told me yesterday he actually ate steak for breakfast. I was equally in disbelief, both the fact that one can eat steak at breakfast, as well as the fact that there is a restaurant offering steak at breakfast time. Apparently Y found a nice french restaurant/cafe on a street a block from our hotel. I ordered french toast set with coffee, and Y, again ordered steak lol. Price is reasonable. Back at hotel, reconfirmed with reception on our shuttle to airport. Before leaving the room for checkout, I gave Y his tips. 
We arrived at the airport on time, not many people except for one or two group of tours. At the counter, they asked to weight our carryon, something that DMK didnt bother to do before. Flight was on time, and we took the taxi back to silom. Y asked the taxi to drop him off at the traffic light near chongnongsi bts, which is close to where he lives and taxi continue to drop me at my hotel, Furama. 
Checked-in and in my room by 5pm. Took a nap before heading out to eat dinner and back to hotel and ready for my night adventure. As i walked toward Silom, i bumped into Y and his friend getting ready to go to jupiter. Tonight however is another meeting with fellow forum member, @DivineMadman and @Keithambrose. We met at red dragon bar, at around 8pm. We chat for quite a long time comparing notes about boys, bars, massage places, as well as weahter politics, immigration as well as our plan for tonight. We drink and talked until close to 11pm, when keith and david announced they will go back for rest. 
Tonight i wanted to go to Moonlight. I already had my eye on myanmar guy, K, Jericho rosales look-alike, who i already saw on my first visit to moonlight this trip, and offed him LT before on my previous trip where he used to work in screwboy. I remember i had a nice time with him before. I arrived in the middle of the show, and somehow the middle row near the walkway have one seat empty, near the pillar in the middle. Not my favorite place but still allow me access to the model boom boom shake dance routine, and at the center will be Babe, though i prefer at the end where ill be closer to Nut but hey, i did came in late and Babe is cute hot and sexy anyway. For the first time as well, i saw Spai doing show, where he is the main with another ladyboy doing a number that is quite sexy. A saw me, but not for tonight, so i gave him 100 baht note for still being the best body there. I asked mamasan to bring K to me and off him without delay. He stills remember me on my first visit this trip, and this time i plan to off him so no point of waiting. He changed to his street cloth and off we go. 
As always, asked if he wanted to eat, he buy some street food on the way to the hotel. I told him i want LT, too bad he said he cant do long time as he has day job now, stating he wont have enough if he just rely on bar work. I guess partly my fault for not confirming at the bar if he can do LT or not, but thinking back, I wouldnt trade other guy anyway that night, so ST it is. His service is as before, great passionate and eager to please. His smile is a winner and he stays with me for more than 2 hours before he goes back home. So far, all my off in bangkok has been a repeat.
