Lets face it, Trump gave his BASE exactly what they wanted, a brutal, relentless, LYING, insulting attack dog, and Sleepy Joe seemed just that, often confused and a bit rattled by Trump...    But I saw Melania was there, so I am sure she was coaxing him on how "to be best" ?      We got Trump at his finest, most vicious, and poor Daniel Dales head was spinning....he could keep up with the lies tumbling out of Trumps mouth.....   And that stupid, foolish "undecided" focus group CNN had on hand.  What a bunch of absurd excuses for leaning towards Trump....  Obviously there are Americans that cant comprehend or understand WHAT is going on, and live in Trumps fake Reality WITH him (and his Proud boys)....
And actually, I think YOU were born to be a HAND maiden since I heard that you give great "Handies".... So stick with what you are Good at !  
My only hope is that Biden wins and Kamala becomes President......   OY VEY, we are fucked !!!

That's quite an understatement. The Toobin story is international. Toobin has been a star legal reporter since Iran-Contra. The OJ Simpson trial made him a household name. He was born of TV producer parents in Manhattan. Toobin's television exposure is older and more substantive than Donald Trump's. He's written seven books. For many years, Toobin was the legal opinion juxtaposed with Dershowitz', on a variety of network channels. Perhaps Trump voters don't know who he is, but they're all cultural nincompoops. To all the news junkies and readers out there, Toobin is as well known as Fruit Loops.

Agree (somewhat contradicting myself above) this whole thing is a bit silly, and should go away. But imagine if a Walter Cronkite had made such a muddle?

She wasn't my first choice, but ever since she made Brett Kavanaugh cry I've liked her.  In fact every time I've heard her question somebody she's struck me as bright and capable.  Bit run-to-the-center and her prosecutorial history is a bit disappointing, but everybody else running on the left under 70 fell on their face hard.  And we really do need to move on from the Biden/Sanders/Warren generation.

As for me, I'm a proud liberal. But, I'm always willing to give the President his or her picks based on the election. However, in this case, I do feel unfair after what the Senate did to Obama's last pick. I would have taken it like a man if that had not been the case. However, I will say this, if Biden wins and the Senate flips, if Biden does not stack the court with 4 additional Supremes, I'll never vote for a democrat again. I'm tired of pussy footing around Republicans. They have no desire to work together and have proven this. But, the Dems never get that and if things are not rammed through (if the above scenario takes place, which I am hopeful), I'm done with them.

What a great film!   Being a fan of President Obama, I loved this movie even more.

The dems strategy about the SC composition drives me crazy. They should respond when they are asked whether or not they will pack the SC. Kamala Harris had a good beginning in the debate, when she flipped the question to point to how the GOP is actually packing the court. But they should not stop there. They should openly say that if the GOP chooses a judge now, they will increase the numbers of judges if they win Senate majority. If Republicans respect the criteria they set 4 years ago, then Dems will respect the traditional size for the SC. Just as there is nothing ilegal or unconstitutional on voting a new SC member now, there is nothing ilegal or unconstitutional in increasing the number of judges. They need to start playing the bully game as the GOP does.
